We enjoyed our stay! It was consistent with all reviews we read. Clear instructions were provided. We appreciated the attention to detail on how the room was setup and organized including phone chargers. Amenities and convenient items were available. The host was also very responsive to any questions. It was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Miryan’s place is the perfect location for exploring Beacon and the surrounding Hudson River Valley. From the front door, you can walk to all that Beacon has to offer including restaurants and shops, but also hiking trails. The apartment is very peaceful and quiet, but just a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Main Street. The apartment itself surpassed our expectations —- especially the kitchen, which is stocked with everything you might need to cook a meal as well as a nice big table to gather round. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The home is very beautiful and clean! Felt extremely comfortable and at home as soon as we walked in. Amazing hosts as well, they were very accommodating to what ever we needed and very responsive. I personally loved that beacon is only a 12 minute car ride, there is so much to do over there. And the scenery around the area is soo beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet at night. 10/10 definitely recommend, I would definitely book again.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Finally, an AirBnB where the air conditioners actually cooled the place down on a hot summer's day in Poughkeepsie! The kitchen is well appointed, the space is well-designed, clean, and has great energy. Lloyd is a total sweetheart; when we blew a circuit running too many hairdryers/hot brushes/the microwave etc., he came by and reset it for us right away, and we had a pleasant chat! The neighborhood is lovely, and getting in and out was a breeze. For a group of 4 girls on a budget, this was paradise on the Hudson. So grateful to be able to spend our early-summer getaway in such a welcoming home!

Carmen's place is an amazing getaway. Set back and quiet, but close to town. Very clean, and with all the amenities you would need. Very responsive to all questions leading up to the trip. 5 stars all the way!

Fantastic place, very cozy and comfortable. Rochel was incredibly communicative and generously accommodating before, throughout and after the trip! Lovely place for a weekend away, intimate but spacious enough for a group too.

Chris has a hidden gem in this studio! We have never before rented a studio - usually only full homes - but Chris’s was the model for all future searches we will perform. The location is gorgeous. The views from the room and the balcony are stunning. The studio itself was well furnished, comfortable and very clean. We were so happy when we entered the door and saw that the description matched the accommodations. Chris communicated clearly and responded quickly to the one or two questions we sent him via the app. We used the studio as our launch pad for some local hiking and biking - and the studio added to the amazing experience and memories we made. If we are ever back in the area we’ll be checking availability!

The place was exactly as described, communication was great and the place was spotless. No fault to the host but the only issue we had was a VERY obnoxious neighbor upstairs who was running up and down the stairs at all hours of the night. I would suggest staying on the top floor of this place if you are worried about noise. Other than that it was great! Ample parking on the street and a safe neighborhood. We would stay again!

We loved staying in Newburgh with Marin! Especially liked the unlock by phone feature, the clean and bright space, and its proximity to local eats/drinks. We also made good use of the projector. Looking forward to a second stay in the future.

Lovely and clean place. Served our purposes great. Comfortable and cozy. The pullout couch was very serviceable. Only small thing missing was a bedside lamp of any kind to read by at night. Very enjoyable stay overall.

This was a wonderful, comfortable apartment with a nice backyard area, close to the train station and a very short drive to Vassar College. A lovely spot to enjoy exploring the Hudson Valley from! The hosts are communicative, had a bottle of wine waiting for us, and everything was very clean. They were also kindly flexible about adjusting our check in time. Thank you for a great stay!

The property is very close to some key places we wanted to visit, Beacon (great town), family, easy to get to the city or tour around the Hudson Valley area. We loved our stay. They provided everything you need plus more. So comfortable, lovely ambiance and the sauna and hot tub were fantastic. We came on a rainy day and still had a great time. Location is 10/10. Loved the calmbucha. Highly recommend!

I had a great time staying here. A lovely and quiet retreat. Douglas and his family were very friendly and responsive to any needs I had. The place was tidy and clean and the grounds around the house were beautiful! Will definitely be back!

Theresa was an amazing host, she clearly communicated with us along the way, and made sure we had our privacy & provided the upmost comfort. Her space was well kept and full of considerate touches to facilitate a relaxing stay, the subtleties go a long way. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow, shared a few stories of skiing adventures & loved the friendly visits from Ben. The views were picturesque to boot, we definitely plan to come stay in other seasons.

Very quaint little spot! Located in a very quiet, serene area. We absolutely loved the yard and the trails behind the house, my dog felt right at home! Renee was very responsive when needed but otherwise felt we had plenty of privacy despite being on the same property. Space was clean and charming and everything we needed for a quick wedding weekend! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing quiet weekend!

Every little detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the thoughtful local recommendations, showed the care John puts into ensuring his guests have a memorable experience. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and John went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests, and it made our trip even more special. We especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and taking in the stunning view of the Hudson River. I can’t recommend John and his Airbnb enough! This was a great weekend getaway! The place is very clean, safe, and close to local restaurants and Haines Fall! I would recommend to anyone. The hot tub made it magical, it was perfect at the end of a long day of hiking. The hosts respond quickly and I didn’t need to ask any questions because everything was explained well and there were helpful tips throughout the room. No complaints!
