We had a great time in this completely refurbished house: everything is clean, modern and perfectly equipped, there is absolutely nothing missing inside. Marine was very available and responsive throughout our stay, always quick to respond to our messages. It's a place you feel really good in, and for sure: we'll come back and rent again without hesitation!

We spent a wonderful weekend discovering the charms of the Marais and the north of the Vendee. The setting is peaceful and refreshing, with plenty of activities nearby. We enjoyed local specialties like brioche and oysters, and ended our stay with nice billiards at the accommodation — a real pleasure! This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

Jacky is a host who lives in a quiet and very well decorated environment: shrubs, flowers, animals... He knows how to make himself available to his guests. His welcome and availability made our stay very pleasant. Heavenly place, we will gladly come back.

This is perfect accommodation for a couple. A very nicely converted apartment, well equipped and charmingly furnished. Bénédicte was kind enough to spend time explaining the area to us on check-in. The apartment is very centrally located in Nantes within walking distance of the main sights plus shopping and restaurants. As it is on the second floor and looking out onto a central courtyard, it is also very quiet. Be aware that the kitchen is small and there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment.

The apartment was lovely. Light, comfy, more spacious than you might think. A cosy design and style. Well located, a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk to the coast, easy access to town and area. Independent access to apartment with balcony, but above Valerie and Christopher if anything needed.

Great place to stay for two. We stayed here for the weekend. Apartment is quietly located, superbly equipped and also ideally suited for longer stays. Communication was great. We will be happy to come back!
