Great place to stay while we had a tournament at LakePoint. Close to restaurants and other amenities ! Spotless and had everything we needed !

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Communication with the host was smooth. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions provided ahead of time. It was clean. Would stay here again.

The apartment was soooo nice and beautiful. House smelled fresh soon as I entered. I loved the view especially at night time . We slept like a baby and didn’t want to leave this morning .Overall great stay . I will be booking for again for my birthday .

I would have to say, without a doubt, that this was the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The unit itself was amazing and as-advertised, but what really set it apart was the immense beauty of the back yard and pool area. Don’t bother buying a ticket to the Atlanta Botanical Garden—essentially an entire botanical garden is included with your stay!! My family came into town for a wedding on a Friday. We had all day Saturday free, and spent a big chunk of it just relaxing i the back yard by the pool. Dina was a great host! Would absolutely stay here again!

My stay at this retreat was EXACTLY what I needed. The house was super clean, spacious, warm and inviting. The host sent me check-in/check-out tips that were extremely helpful. I love this place and would definitely stay here again. It was a lovely stay!

Reo was a very responsive and kind host. The home is very private and has an incredible amount of space. Unfortunately, our route down took longer than anticipated due to a flat tire so we couldn't take proper advantage of the fire pit and things, but sitting on the back porch in the morning was really lovely. So many bathrooms! And the man cave downstairs was huge. The only downside was the cleaner that was used throughout the house had a very strong, sharp smell and left an oily and slightly slippery residue on the floor and surfaces. Not an issue for everyone, but myself and one of my friends were a little allergic. Also, there seemed to have been a dog in residence on a previous visit and my friend experienced some allergies due to that. But again, nothing too bad. It is only 13 minutes away from a little shopping center with restaurants and things. The whole thing was very convenient and I would recommend the stay!

The property has such a stylish and welcoming vibe, and the host’s hospitality is always top-notch. Every space is spotless, from the fresh and clean linens to the sparkling kitchen and bathroom. The attention to detail is unmatched, and everything feels warm, open, and inviting. The grill setup is fantastic, and the game room is always a hit with everyone—it’s a perfect spot to relax and have fun. This was our fourth time staying at this property, and every single visit has been just as amazing as the last. We’re already looking forward to our fifth stay! Tran truly has one of the best homes on Airbnb. Priceless experiences every time!

What a perfect cottage style home for a long weekend. The home was perfect, had all the right amenities and felt very clean upon entry. Nice interior layout for the space left everyone feeling like we could gather at the table or get some privacy in other places throughout the home including the patio. Would stay again. Thank you

This was a great place to stay while we were visiting Bouckaert Farm. It was a short drive to the venue and was peaceful and quiet. We also caught a lot of fish on the pond behind the house. We would definitely stay again if we come back for another horse show.

We were in town for a wedding in Serenbe. Place was close to everything we needed. Very cozy, delightful farmhouse. Would stay again

We lucked out and were in the house when the Season 5 Trailer dropped on Netflix’s Tudum. It was an awesome experience. Some might be turned off by the age of the house and fixtures, but it felt like stepping back in time. I am pretty sure my husband was transported to his childhood and slept in longer than he has in years. The hosts were very communicative and kind. Our 15 year old son is a HUGE fan of Stranger Things, so the whole experience was definitely a core memory. If it isn’t booked, I highly recommend someone snatch it up to rent for November 26th, December 25th and 31st, 2025! Thank you!

Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean home with spacious parking, comfortable living areas, well-stocked kitchen and SUPER comfortable beds! Jacqueline thought of every detail in providing supplies for guests! It was an absolute pleasure staying here!

Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

💯 ❤️ 👍 ☺️ 😎 No problems, very nice. "It's a suite lifestyle!" I loved Julian's condo. Clean, and stylish. Definitely, retro feel. Its downtown location was/is wicked cool, because, it was within 15 minutes walking distance from, the venue where the show I was in Atlanta to see was held. The local flavor is one, of a typical downtown setting of course, and one that Julian has no control over. I worried a bit, walking to the venue alone. But, relieved, that most everyone I encountered was pleasant, or helpful and kind. Or just, kept to themselves. I'll definitely contact Julian, again. If, I make plans to come, and stay in Atlanta in the future.

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

I really enjoyed my time here! First I was visiting a conference, which was perfect as the conference center was super close by. After that I enjoyed a few days off in Atlanta. In this case it was great that the place is close to public transport, some interesting locations (World of Coca Cola, Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame etc.) and lots of places to get something to eat. The studio was clean and as described. Anjel was very reponsive and helped me out quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Prince was a great host. His penthouse was pristine, the view is AAAMAZING! Walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend, 10/10. Thanks for your attentiveness Prince!😊

it was great! we had everything we needed. it was close to Marta which was wayyyy cheaper than Uber to the Airport. Uber to the condo from the airport was almost $60. Marta was $7 for 2 people! we went to the GWCC for Momocon and it was about a 30 minute walk. But there were Lime and Bird bikes and scooters everywhere! We loved having a kitchen and a separate bedroom. My son enjoyed having the whole living area to himself and the husband and I took the bedroom. Bed was super comfortable! John was very good at communicating throughout our stay. lobby attendants were friendly and helpful. There is a liquor store, ice cream shop and mailing/package store attached to the building. Mail store was super helpful shipping souvenirs instead of traveling with them. oh and having a balcony that overlooked the city was a nice bonus. John was even gracious enough to extend our checkout so we didn't have to sit in the airport for hours! overall, very pleased and would stay again.

The stay was in fact very cozy. The place was clean and welcoming. The best part was that the host was extremely proactive and responsive. It said that the host was likely to reply within a 50 min window, No they replied in IMMEDIATELY . Everything was clear and helpful would definitely stay again.
