We had a perfect weekend at Nadia’s house. The house was extremely well-styled, comfortable, and cozy. The multiple decks overlooking the river were beautiful, and we spent an entire day enjoying the sunshine, then the sunset, then a fire at night, all overlooking the water. It was extremely quick and easy to get an Uber into Kingston for a dinner out, and aside from that we felt no reason to leave the property. We hope to come back soon!

We had a GREAT time at Feyza’s cabin. It was clean, quiet and exactly as described. We especially loved the secluded setting, the lake views and the jacuzzi. Feyza was helpful, communicative and very responsive. Her digital guidebook was very insightful as to the local attractions and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at kim’s. The location was great, having a hot tub was really nice even with the weather getting warmer, the space was very clean and kim was very responsive to us throughout the whole stay.

The perfect stay for horse showing at HITS! My only hesitation in writing this review is that I didn't want anyone else to know about this place for future horse shows! ;) An excellent place to stay with above and beyond amenities, easy check in and great for traveling with a dog. Will absolutely be back!

An incredibly beautiful, immaculate cottage with lovely mountain views and the most thoughtful, generous, and responsive hosts! Scott and Annika absolutely deserve their title as "Superhosts." We felt like we had our own private resort with a luxurious hot tub and a fire pit under the stars. Scott and Annika sent clear instructions for how to let ourselves into the cottage and had a great online guidebook. A kind handwritten note was there to welcome us. Scott and Annika checked in with us often to ask if we needed anything, and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. They set up the cottage with extra comforts such as slippers and snacks, and we really enjoyed using the espresso machine. We were especially happy that we were able to bring our 30-lb. dog with us, and we loved exploring all of the nature and art in the nearby Berkshires and southern Vermont. We highly recommend this cottage, and we hope to go back to stay there again soon.

We always stay at Little Willow when we go skiing at Belle Ayre. I think our three years and running relationship with the house tell you all you need to know about working with the Little and Littler gang and their spot.

Really a beautiful, peaceful escape. Easy drive to so many adventures! Hot tub while listening to the creek... chef's kiss. Just be prepared for mosquitos, wow. But there was bug spray and citronella candles to help.

Three friends met at this beautiful carriage house with the feel of a French chalet! We stayed two nights with varied weather conditions. The house, grounds and location was perfect. Hot tub was used and so relaxing. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. The host, Diane was very helpful and friendly. What host makes scones each morning and delivers them warm?! Visited the Ashokan Reservoir trail, Opus 40, and Woodstock. Recommend this home highly. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful peaceful stay at Regina’s cottage. Everything was as described. We had our Labrador Retriever with us and the fenced yard was perfect. There are places that say dogs are allowed and then there’s a special place where they are welcomed. We are from the Berkshires and were out of our home due to construction. This is a beautiful area. For us it was peace and quiet vs. attractions. Loved the fireplace. Very comfortable bed with great linens. Regina sent check in info and it couldn’t have been any easier. GPS brought us right to the cottage which is set back from the street. You’ll be nestle between two mountain ranges. The area is beautiful. Thank you Regina!

This was so charming & cozy, while also being conveniently close to nature nails & downtown Woodstock. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would recommend!

The cottage is lovely, clean, and immaculately decorated. Great taste. We enjoyed the pool, which was perfect for our four year old given how shallow half of it was, and how the temperature was perfect, even on days when it wasn’t too hot outside. We hadn’t realize that the kitchen didn’t include an oven or microwave—but even so, we had a great time and enjoyed the fire pit! WiFi was a bit spotty but the hosts went above and beyond to try to help. Highly recommend!

We loved the place, it was a beautiful home with lots of light and accessible green space. It was perfect for a short getaway. It’s a short drive from nearby towns and was very easy to find based on the directions. Mark was a responsive and accommodating host and we had a wonderful time in his airbnb.

We've stayed at Jenna's home a few times. Each of our visits have beeen wonderful. Her home is pristine, extremely comfortable, and very well thought-out for easy use by guests. The kitchen is very well equipped. Things like thoughtful labels on light switches, quality linens, very comfortable mattresses, nice towels, a complete lack of clutter while still being thoughtfully decorated, always makes us feel very comfortable in this space. The area is very peaceful and quiet. We will gladly continue to return!

Very cosy cottage in Monroe Bridge. Isolated enough to feel in the middle of nowhere yet close enough to North Adams that I was able to take in the Clark Museum, MassMoCa and other attractions. Very comfortable and cosy and dog friendly! Several nice trails nearby that I took my dog on long walks without any crowd, in fact with no-one around whatsoever. Highly recommend.

R’s place restored our faith in beautiful and affordable air bnbs! We said numerous times during our stay that we would definitely be back. The setting was so beautiful and the outdoor spaces were incredibly enjoyable, especially with our dog. R’s kitchen is the best and super well stocked so we enjoyed many meals in. This place did not disappoint and we cannot wait to go back!

Swan Cottage could not have been more perfect for us. We were there for 3 nights and wished it was so many more. Charmingly and beautifully updated and decorated, immaculately clean. Maria thought of everything and was highly responsive. She also had great advice about restaurants, shopping, antiquing, walks, local activities, and more. And the views! The singing backyard birds! We cannot wait to go back. Thank you, Maria.

Cute house in the Catskills! Close drive to Tannersville, Hunter - for restaurants. Very close to trailhead for Devils Path and Kaaterskill. Clean, comfortable, and for just the two of us, plenty of space!

else's place is gorgeous, the pictures are a perfect reflection of the property. the qood burning stove is gorgeous and it was amazing to spend the evenings chatting about our days adventures watching the logs burning. the gardens are beautiful, the beds are really comfy and big and the kitchen well stocked. I would deffi lately recommend this lovely home from home.

By far one of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed at! The cabin was beyond adorable, comfortable, clean, so well decorated and very private. It was so relaxing with great outdoor areas to hang out, places inside to read, comfortable den to watch movies and super comfortable bed. Would definitely come back!!

This is a unique and special stay. From the very first interaction, Rich was very responsive and kind in his communications. The property is well cared for and very welcoming. The school room on the main floor is accessible and open to children playing - lots of books and toys. The living space upstairs was large, yet cozy. Stocked with all the things someone might need during their stay. It was so quiet at night, and filled with birdsong in the morning. My young nephews visited in the mornings (Rich was totally okay when I asked him) and they loved "my house." The farm adjacent to their property has alpacas and mini-horses that loved to crunch up the carrots we fed them (provided by Rich). The hosts have honored the history of the one-room school house, while making a fun and very enjoyable place to stay. Highly recommend!

Peaceful and private cottage in the woods. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quiet. We saw deer and a bear. Screened in porch a plus for listening to the sounds of the stream as you take in the night air.

Have stayed in Sonya’s cottage many times and each time is better than the last. Definitely the place I check for first when in the area.

This was our second stay at this home. We have come to expect only the best from this host and we’re not disappointed!!

This was our second time at “Clausterhaus” and we love it. This time we had a wonderful 4 day stay while attending our Granddaughter’s high school graduation and it was perfect. Philip and Liza are fantastic hosts and are always quick to respond if you need them or have questions. The place is very well kept, clean and cozy. The bed was really comfy and we slept like a babies. Temperatures were in the high 90s so we greatly appreciated the AC units on both floors. The WiFi was fast and login was easy. Our favorite part of Clausterhaus is the little stone patio just out the front door, it’s a nice shaded oasis and a great place to relax and unwind with a glass of wine. It’s walking distance to Tivoli’s main street with excellent restaurants and shops. We especially loved Tivoli Bakery for morning coffee and baked goods. GioBatta Alimentari Italian restaurant was definitely our favorite eatery. In short, if you’re headed to the area Clausterhaus is definitely the place to stay.
