Matthew’s place was perfect for our family trip. Clean, well-stocked , and comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out and so many thoughtful touches. Truly felt like home while we were there. The sunrises are gorgeous!

We had a great stay at William’s. The location was beautiful and the house was comfortable. We had a great mix of day-tripping and relaxing with a view. We also ran into William and he was very helpful and friendly.

Our recent stay with Stowe Mountain Rentals was the perfect way to spend a long weekend! It was conveniently located to downtown Stowe while far enough away to get the peace and tranquility from the mountains. The host was very proactive with restaurant and activity recommendations. The hotel staff were also great and made our stay very comfortable

This house was perfect for our weekend stay, it was clean and beautiful and staying right on the lake was peaceful and beautiful. We would definitely go back here and enjoyed every minute! Kylie was so sweet and responsive, and the rate was fantastic.

I honestly couldn’t imagine a better Airbnb experience for a family of four and a dog. I feel so lucky we had this experience and we had two extra family members with us, everyone had a blast and had plenty of space. The toys for kids were really engaging and the scenery was more serene and beautiful than any pictures can do justice. Plenty to do not far away in a car. David was super communicable and friendly and everything felt very private and homey. Thank you David!

Great location and lots of space. We were able to ski in/out (look for "Cliff's Road" sign when skiing back) fairly easily, which was nice. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Haven in the Hollow was an incredible home to spend a long weekend in with my family! Plenty of space to relax (even privately if desired), tons of kitchen appliances, cookware and dishes to accommodate any needs. Everyone commented numerous times on how comfortable they felt being there. There are too many positive things to say about this home and property as it needs to be seen to fully appreciate. Jayla and her team at Atlas were amazing with all communication prior, during and after our stay making our trip worry free and most importantly…relaxing. Thank you so much!

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend skiing at Gore mountain and staying here at Shyra’s place. Everything was clean and accommodating. We wish we came when the hot tub was available but otherwise we loved our stay and would definitely return!

What a wonderful stay we had. The space is so clean and every amenity is thought of. Comfortable beds, great showers, and very close to Middlebury. Wish the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed the outdoor space more, but that will be for next time!

Great spot in Burlington for a group of 6. Walkable to a a few breweries and restaurants. Very short drive to downtown. The house appears to have been renovated recently and everything looks and functions great. You have a view of the lake from the back window and deck. It is also very nice have the parking space in the carport.

This was a beautiful, well appointed place that with Mac and Anne's friendly welcome made one feel right at home. With a lovely garden setting it felt very serene and a kind of sanctuary, with good privacy even while in the backyard of the main house. The bird's nest aspect has the ladder to the loft, but also they were accommodating for an older guest who was better off not tackling the ladder. The space is clean, very well thought out, comfortable, easy to access and really a terrific spot to feel like you are well treated and relaxed. A few poems on the sunny doorstep or a bit of guitar strums to top off the experience. Many thanks for a great stay.

A rustic, beautiful location with a great view of Lake Champlain from the screened in porch. If you like the quiet, look no further. New 2nd floor bedroom & bathroom looking out onto the lake were awesome. Our only issue was that the dock on the lake was not accessible for us older, more physically challenged. If peaceful and beautiful lake views and sunsets are your “thing”, stay here.

My sister and I stayed in Tatanka’s charming house during the weekend of my son’s graduation from Middlebury College, but it would have been a great place to stay just for a peaceful base to spend time in one of the most beautiful parts of Vermont. The property is completely private with a view of nothing but green lawn, green trees, and the Green Mountains. All its furnishings and appliances are solid, good quality, and work. The owner generously left us food in the freezer, milk in the fridge and ample supply of Green Mountain Coffee. A 5 in every aspect.

Lovely home and would 100% visit again. The porch sitting over Lake Champlain is one of a kind - we saw many of the surrounding properties from the water during our time in Essex and I don’t think there’s another porch in town with that type of water view - can’t beat it! We spent 10 days in late August with our 3 yr old daughter and some grandparents in/out over the course of the visit. The home was perfect for our getaway. The hosts, Lisa and John were flexible and welcoming. The space had everything we needed for our stay - kitchen was great and we cooked many meals at home. The open kitchen/dining/living floor plan is perfect for spending time together and so cozy… all alongside an unbeatable view.

Very responsive hosts. Space was as pictured and described. Super convenient for UVM/Burlington activities while being a little away from the traffic and crowds. Comfortable for two adults and one teen child. Good value considering local market. Would stay here again, and can recommend to other future guests.

Scott's place is very quite and peaceful, ideal for couple looking for a romance getaway. We have everything we need in his place. Temperature dropped the weekend that we were there, so Scott was nice enough to prep the indoor fireplace for us and it was amazing! The kitchen was nice and he had left a few items for us in the fridge. Overall a really good stay, definitely recommend!

It was a wonderful home for our family to gather and celebrate my daughter’s recent graduation from Middlebury College. I just wish we had discovered Kathryn’s house before now, as we would have frequented the place on the many trips we made to see our daughter. If you are coming to the Middlebury area to see family or just to take in all that Middlebury has to offer, we would highly recommend The Birch at Barnum Hollow.

Fabulous stay. Amazing home that we didn’t want to leave! Loved the kitchen and Sonos surround sound. My 2 kids had a blast playing outside in the snow. Hayden was a great host and has a truly unique place. Would love to see it in the summer!

Ashley’s home is gorgeous! If you like the idea of staying in a lake house with a magnificent view you will not be disappointed. The home has two larger windows, one in kitchen and living room that provides a breathtaking view of the lake. The home is exactly as described and more, very nicely decorated with all new appliances. We could not have been happier with our stay and look forward to the next opportunity to stay again.

An exceptional home! Libby thought of everything: with high quality linens, appliances, toiletries, snacks, coffee... The lay-out was wonderful and all the added touches made our stay magical. Perfect location to great restaurants and to BVT, and great fun watching the golfers from the patio! Highly recommend!

Getting family together for the big graduation weekend at Middlebury College meant locating a nearby, comfy and pleasing space for family to stay. Zoe's place was outstanding. Beautiful. Unique. Convenient. It's a great place to stay when visiting your child at Middlebury, or just for a nice visit to this beautiful corner of Vermont.

Jackie’s place was clean and comfortable, and a ten minute drive to downtown Burlington. She was incredibly responsive and helpful, I’d definitely book again!

The home is beautiful and had everything we needed for our weekend. The views are spectacular from almost anywhere in the house. Our favorite was the three season room on the back.

We loved our stay at this beautiful cottage. We didn’t have the best weather but we made the most of it. Susan’s home made it easy to be comfortable and have fun! We can’t wait to come back!
