It is located 1 km from the Louis Rouyer-Guillet golf course. Saintes with its rich heritage is 3 km away. Pharmacy – laundromat – Intermarché and Lidl nearby and a bakery 3+1 300 m from the house. In the heart of the Poitevin marsh, on the immediate edge of the river, in a quiet area, the accommodation is ideally located to travel between Niort, the marsh, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Futuroscope, Vendée, Puy du Fou, Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron… Christelle and Jean-Michel, former boatmen guides, will be happy to introduce you to the marsh. You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.

This is an independent studio (within a newly finished house) with its own access to the street and cut from the rest of the house. There is a queen size bed, a bathroom & toilet Coffee & Hot water maker. There is a few restaurants (for all price range) near by No bikes provided but there is the possibility to rent them near by.
