It is located 1 km from the Louis Rouyer-Guillet golf course. Saintes with its rich heritage is 3 km away. Pharmacy – laundromat – Intermarché and Lidl nearby and a bakery 3+1 300 m from the house. The studio has a 140 cm bed as well as a 140 cm sofa bed (+ 1 baby bed), the emphasis was placed on comfortable and quality bedding. Linens and hand towels provided.
