Holiday rentals with a patio in Chapel Hill

if you're looking for a place to stay in Carrboro, look no further. Eddie's very friendly, always responsive if you have any questions or remarks, and his place is as colorful as it is neat and clean (and he thinks of all sorts of convenient items to be present in the apartment). The kitchen has good quality of appliances (oven, microwave, fridge and freezer) for guests to feel right at home. The neighbors are friendly, the town is within walking distance, as is the free local public transit, and otherwise the property has ample parking. Will definitely recommend and will definitely visit again.

This was a great place for the price. Located so close to many restaurants and shopping as well as equidistant to UNC and Duke. A few times I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but it was not loud and never lasted more than a minute. Overall, a quiet, peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed, too.

The location was easily walkable to downtown Cary and we felt safe at night coming back from dinner. The property was as expected. I arrived about 30 minutes after check-in time and the dishwasher and dryer were running, which made me worry someone was inside but there was no one. Host was accommodating and responsive. Overall our experience was good and I do recommend the property to other guests.

Great one-bedroom spot just a block from Transfer food hall and Burial. Perfect for a 2-person weekend stay. Plenty of street parking in the area but not even needed since there's a driveway for one car! Occasional road noise overnight, but there's a sound machine provided to drown it out.

Wonderful stay while in Chapel Hill for our daughter's graduation. Just minutes from campus, in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the space with comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and sitting area. Nice linens and towels! Shower had excellent water pressure. Air conditioning worked well. We had a really busy weekend with graduation activities but there are lots of books, games, and DVDs if you're just hanging out or have downtime. We really appreciated the early check in (which gave us a place to change clothes before an event). Super clean! Highly recommend!

Joshua's place was modern, convenient and comfortable. We left our lawn chairs at home and they let us borrow theirs. Overall, a great place to stay.

We visit our son and DIL who live nearby, and know we would love to book this home in the future. Michael took a chance on us, allowing me to host a family dinner in honor of a special family occasion. It was magical. The back porch lends itself to gatherings with friends and family. I loved sitting on the front porch overlooking the pond with my coffee watching the various birds, including hummingbirds. The house was well-appointed, comfortable and stocked with necessities. The shower in the master bathroom was total LUX! Mainly, Michael was one of the most responsive and enthusiastic hosts I’ve worked with in my many years of staying at AirbnB’s. Thank you so much!

My family and I were in town for a graduation and this home suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the large kitchen space, the big blue couch and the eclectic decor throughout the home. I appreciated the steam iron for our fancy dresses too. We didn't get a chance to try out the sauna so will have to try and stay here again!

We loved staying at Justin’s beautiful house and definitely hope to come back someday soon! The home itself is bright, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for our family of 4. We also really enjoyed spending time in the yard and on the deck, eating all of our meals out there, hanging out in the hot tub and sauna, and enjoying the peace and quiet of the surrounding woods. The house feels very private, even though you’re close to the road and have easy access to Hillsborough. We were very happy with the location. Justin and his family were also great communicators/super nice people and easy to coordinate with. I would definitely recommend this place!

Loved our stay at Villa Pinea. We are MCM lovers and this home is a perfect time capsule. The design and furniture are super livable and beautiful. The space is perfect for a long stay. There are spaces for work, rest and hanging out. The kitchen has everything and the listing is well stocked with all you need for coffee or big dinner. During the day, the house is serene and peaceful with views of nature from every window. At night you will be joined by all the sounds of nature including frogs and an occasional screech owl. This is a great place for rest and relaxation and Durham/ Chapel Hill are both 10 minutes away.

Great spot for a weekend in Chapel Hill! The house is filled with amenities & is conveniently located. The ducks in the back yard are the best part!

Great stay. Very close to wedding venue. We had 6 adults and plenty of space. Great front porch. Very comfortable and the host are very communicative and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

The home was absolutely beautiful. My friends and I all agreed we would be overjoyed to stay there again. The deck, the kitchen, the bathrooms, the coffee availability, awesome Italian restaurant 10 minutes away! This home is phenomenal, I can’t say enough about it!

Beautiful location in wooded neighborhood. We had two families stay in this house- one couple stayed in the master bedroom and the other family with three kids stayed very comfortably on the other half of the upstairs. Very convenient location to downtown Chapel Hill and 18 min from the venue of the wedding we were in town for.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay to attend Duke graduation. Peaceful and quiet with plenty of room. All was as Lois said it would be and she was very responsive before and during our stay. The master bedroom and bath were particularly wonderful and the view of the lake and bird life made this a peaceful oasis. Thank you, Lois!

The place was great, only problem was the listing had said sleeps 6 with 2 pull out couches. It has 2 queens and a non pull out. They offered an air mattress immediately and said they thought they had fixed that error. Plenty of linens, clean and only 10 min to chapel hill hospital. Firm beds

Ann's place was quite lovely and comfortable, and the courtyard is peaceful and beautiful. I only wish I was staying longer so that I could enjoy the place a bit more.

Very nice place to stay. kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and instructions were clear. I found the bed VERY comfortable. everything we needed was already there for us. It felt almost like a second home the moment we walked in. 20min (without traffic) from just about everything. absolutely lovely stay.
