Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Chapel Hill

What a great home in a nice neighborhood with coffee shop and grocery store in walking distance. Loved the outside area and back and front porches. Very comfortable.

This was a perfect place for me and my 2 kitties in Durham for two months. Kay was responsive when we had some wifi troubles, and otherwide let us be (which works great for me). Plenty of room, well stocked, decent desk for my workspace, two comfy beds, nice yard. It's not a great neighborhood, but the immediate space around the house, the block we were on, was perfectly save. Adorable home, obviously a place where people have lived.

Loved our stay at Villa Pinea. We are MCM lovers and this home is a perfect time capsule. The design and furniture are super livable and beautiful. The space is perfect for a long stay. There are spaces for work, rest and hanging out. The kitchen has everything and the listing is well stocked with all you need for coffee or big dinner. During the day, the house is serene and peaceful with views of nature from every window. At night you will be joined by all the sounds of nature including frogs and an occasional screech owl. This is a great place for rest and relaxation and Durham/ Chapel Hill are both 10 minutes away.

Michael's place was great. Loved the back deck and interior. There were many extras including automatic lights when entering the house, plenty of supplies for bathroom and laundry. Specifically liked the make up removers as I always forget mine and extra toothbrushes and tooth paste. Plenty of extra towels and blankets. The gas fireplace and outdoor fireplace was nice but unfortunately, we couldnt get either of them to light. Michael was very responsive. Thanks again.

We were coming to the Durham area for a wedding and loved this home being located in a quiet, private setting. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very quiet location on gravel road with friendly neighbors who waved every time I was out walking with my dog. Two people slowed, rolled down their window to wish me a Happy Mother's Day. Spacious home for my family of 5 to celebrate my daughter's graduation from UNC-CH on her 21st birthday. We were on the large screen porch for a majority of our stay ~ including meals. Grilled out as well. Beds very comfy, plenty of linens. The coded lock started chirping and stating battery needed to be replaced. We received a prompt response & notification prior to arrival of host to replace the battery. A perfect location to get away from all the congestion & chaos in Chapel HIll during graduation. We enjoyed several of the uncrowded restaurants in Pittsboro.

For my first time being in North Carolina, it truly helped elevate the experience with such a beautiful location filled with trees surrounding and nature. Mohmeet was always responsive and attentive to anything I needed and worked their best to provide the very best. Price was also amazing, thank you for making my first time in North Carolina much more memorable for me and my partner! ❤️

Bridget was a lovely host, very quick in responding and super helpful. The place was awesome! Stayed here for four weeks during a business trip. Easy check-in, kitchen was well equipped, bed was very comfortable, all in all very happy with the accommodation.

Eight of us rented this house for a book club 20th anniversary celebration. It is an older building, but has been beautifully renovated and modernized. The kitchen was well-equipped, including basic supplies and the entire place was immaculate. I believe this is the first Airbnb I have rented that had enough towels for everyone. It also had a lovely back porch for morning coffee and adequate parking. The owners answered any questions almost immediately in addition to providing detailed information about the house and Durham on their Airbnb page. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Durham.

Great stay with a rustic experience. Loved hearing the rooster when i arrived and the frogs at night. The Magnolia tree smells amazing. Definitely off thr beaten path and a great get away for fast paced city folks. The studio had some many detailed touches and was very nice!

We were happy to find this rental on a busy graduation weekend. The place is beautiful and clean with all the essentials. Most important to me-- the bed was a super comfy king with great linens. The bathroom and kitchen were also great and the location was quiet, in a transitional neighborhood. Some places renovated, some awaiting a re-do. The entrance is at the rear of the house and feels safe and private.

If I could give this property and management 10 stars I would! The house Is quaint and surrounded by trees. It has two large screened porches with plenty of seating. It is the epitome of peacefulness. You feel like you are alone in the woods but you are only 5 or 10 minutes from everything!! The owners were so very responsive and helpful. They are really kind people. We stayed two weeks and wish we could have stayed longer.

10/10 would absolutely recommend! Super cozy for a girl's weekend. The grounds are gorgeous, peaceful and private. We loved hanging down by the pond and walking through the woods. Inside is comfy and cozy. I had trouble opening the door when I first got there and Daniel was super responsive, calling within seconds to help me. Of course I was able to get it open right as he answered. The place is perfect and my 5 star review is accurate, we would absolutely stay again - but just a heads up the owners are offering a free return night in exchange for a 5 star review, which may bias some reviews.

Great location! Loved the property and peacefulness of the River and tranquility of every view and fire pit.

This was truly a stunning cabin. The pictures did not do it justice. There are some chickens on the property which was the highlight of the trip for my two sons. My oldest was able to catch fish in the lake. Ben gave very detailed instructions on how to find the cabin and even left us some fresh eggs in the fridge. He responded quickly to my questions. The house was stocked with all needed amenities and the beds were extremely comfortable. The cabin is in a beautiful secluded spot but still very close to the places we wanted to see in Raleigh and Durham. We had a great stay here and would absolutely book again.

Stunning home and property - we spent the majority of our time outside. We particularly loved fishing the pond. Hosts are proactively communicative and also respond quickly to any requests or needs. If we’re ever back in the area we look forward to staying again.

We spent 2 nights celebrating my wife’s birthday, it was as described. Mrs. Betty was a Gracious host. Cabin was all decorated everything needed for A short trip. The farm was peaceful and picturesque. Mr Jerry was friendly and helpful and made sure everyone had fun. My 6 and 9 year old kids easily caught there first fish by themself, the teenagers in the group caught a Whopper Largemouth Bass and plenty of smaller 1 and 2 lb fish also. We will come again

Cozy, simple cabin on a beautiful property with a great, communicative host.

This house is located in a beautiful peaceful neighborhood (Stonehenge) and it’s surrounded by tall trees and flowering shrubbery. The home was very clean and comfortable and the furnishings provided a modern mid century vibe. The screened in porch and deck were great areas to relax and a couple of nights we used the fire pit out on the lawn. We were happy for visits by five or six deer during our stay and our two dogs loved the big yard, too. We appreciated the owner’s communications and she checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We really enjoyed our time at this property and wished we could’ve stayed longer!
