Beachfront holiday rentals in Chania

What better way to start a holiday by drinking a complimentary wine on a balcony with amazing views of the port. The apartment is close to an array of places to eat and relax . We loved our stay at the apartment and really appreciated being able to stay a few hours past check out to make the most of our last day before catching the plane home. For a couple this is a fantastic place to stay

Absolutely beautiful location, 2 minute walk to the main Old Port area and tons of nice shops in the back streets.

We are delighted with the stay c/o Eleni. She is attentive to the details that make you happy (small attentions on arrival, enough to prepare a small breakfast). We loved the rooftop terrace area with the city and bay views. We'll be back if the opportunity arises.

The place is so beautiful and clean. The view from the outdoors is nice and peaceful. The scene of sheep eating grass multiple times a day in a small field under the pool is wonderful. (Photo first house) Maria, who showed us around, is so kind and nice.

Exemplary communication from the moment of booking! Great location of apartments, no crowds, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A great place and neighborhood to feel Greek hospitality. Great views of the sea and mountains, lovely hosts, and all the staff. The rooms are clean , regularly replace the linens - a huge plus - all scented. An intimate beach with divine views of the mountains, a gentle descent to the sea, umbrellas and sun loungers without problems, a clean pool. Restaurants and taverns in nearby Stavros offer brilliant seafood as well as traditional Greek and Cretan dishes. I keep my fingers crossed by Blue Beach to preserve its peaceful and intimate atmosphere of the holiday, away from the loud resorts. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I spent 5 nights here with my mother and 10 year old daughter, and I have not one negative comment…the house is better than pictures! The beautiful gardens give it a feel like being in a movie, and there is beautiful beach literally a few steps outside the house. There is lots of great restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. We rented a car, but if you plan to just relax and stay close by, you don’t need one. There is also a bus that you jump on to take you to Old Chania. This place is perfect for families with young and older children. And it’s so comfortable you will not want to leave. Natalia, is so kind and sweet, and is near by should you need anything.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, well-kept, and lovingly furnished place. Everything you need is there. The host was super friendly and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and the surrounding area. Upon arrival, the fridge was already stocked with drinks, fruit, and other items, so there was no need to go shopping on the day of our arrival. It was a perfect stay, and we would love to come back.

Extremely beautiful and friendly!

Beautiful villa in a great location. If your are stunned by the pictures, you sure will be stunned by the villa itself - it is simply a gem. It lies at the top of a hill overlooking Kissamos. If you don’t mind a short, steep walk, you can even reach the town (and a supermarket) per foot. If there is anything to criticize then it is the kitchen equipment - a few more big bowls for salad etc would be great. Ioannis is a great host, super friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

Absolutely wonderful! We were so happy with our stay at Villa Sissy. Booking was smooth and all questions were answered. The house is beautiful and the pool is amazing. We had the pool heated (in april) and was perfect. Everyone, especially the kids, enjoyed it. We were 3 generations staying - 4 children, 5 adults. Each bed room nicely decorated with en suite. Sissy as a hostess was welcoming, informative, helpful and friendly. And the welcoming package was amazing. Sissy even managed an extra bed in one room to suit the family. Chef Spyros recommended through cretevillas4u was great! All in all - a great vacation in villa Sissy!

This little villa was the perfect find for us! On a beautiful little cove with a beach across the street, private pool, very quiet and serene—a great hike up to a cave on the adjoining mountain, restaurants and groceries nearby, drivable to many of the islands locales—but even if you only get to nearby Chania, it’s such a charming town and well worth it. Stavros is the most gracious of hosts, very responsive and thoughtful, left us treats, kitchen was well stocked with basics, and he was full of helpful information to make our stay amazing. Wish we’d stayed here longer, honestly!!

Clean, compact with everything we needed. Beach was a 2mins walk, so perfect for a quick dip. Communication was clear and promptly responded too. The couple downstairs were helpful and friendly. Small supermarket and bakery 2 mins away. 20mins walk into Chania via main roads or along the coast. Being out of the city made parking very easy on all local roads. Lots of places to eat and great location for discovering whole west area. We were left some wine, oranges, breakfast items and Raki, so thank you for making our stay so welcoming.

Wonderful place to stay in Chania! Super convenient location, very nice and comfortable place with everything we needed. We did a lot of road trips so it was especially nice to have such an easy and convenient parking spot! I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Chania!

Pasifai Residence was better than one can expect! The decor has neutral tones, perfectly complimenting the stone accents & medieval architecture of Old Town. The living room is very comfortable & the dining table is ideal for breakfast overlooking the pristine blue water. The kitchen & bathrooms have all the amenities you need & there are even additional items (sugar, coffee, wine, water, fresh fruit, lotion, etc.) thoughtfully provided by the host. The bedrooms have ample space and soft bedding. Bedroom 1 has harbor/water views & although the 2nd does not have windows, surprisingly, that makes it feel like a private hideaway. It is tucked beyond the kitchen, up two short steps & through a whimsical arched wood door that is like entering a magical hobbit home. Konstantinos is a superb host! He was helpful even prior to our arrival, arranging transfers, private tours & help w/luggage. The apartment is in the heart of Old Town with shops and restaurants at your doorstep. 10 stars⭐️!

Incredibly friendly hosts, very helpful, quick with the replies and the apartment looked really nice. A terrace with a lot of space, very nice interior and a fully equipped kitchen. The beach is 4 mins walk away, there is a nice supermarket with the friendliest staff ever. The old town is a 7 min walk away and you have amazing restaurants everywhere next to your flat. The owner‘s mom was so sweet and kind, we want to give her extra 5stars for being so sweet. We totally recommend this flat and the beautiful city of Chania!

Karolina and Jadwiga are very pleasant hosts and the communication between us was always very quick and helpful. Check-in works perfectly. However, Google Maps showed us the neighboring building. However, the accommodation is written outside and accordingly you can find it that way. The accommodation itself is excellent: modern kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful rooms. And the outdoor area with sunbeds, umbrellas, tables, chairs, BBQ areas and beach is phenomenal! The only thing that is a bit disturbing: you are directly on the main road and in the house itself you can still hear this noise well.

Fantastic stay at Kladisso’s apartment. The family was so thoughtful and even sent us some cute gifts throughout our stay and was very accommodating to us. Location is unbelievably convenient to the beach, and an easy 20 minute walk into the main area of Chania. Would definitely recommend this place!

A stunning new apartment - spotless, comfortable with all the luxuries of a fine home. Everything is new and it’s decorated beautifully. Quiet too. Amazing location.
