Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Chamartín

Myself and 3 friends visited Madrid for a weekend trip, Eduardo's apartment was exactly what we were after. Was very easy to check in, and close by to the metro with a short journey into the city centre. 5 minute walk away from the Bernabau too if you are a football fan! The apartment was spotless, Eduardo was quick to respond with any messages, or questions. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return for a trip to Madrid, would recommend! Thanks again!

Staying in the apartment for a business trip. It was very convenient to be mid-way from UAM and downtown. Very clear info given in advance, flexibility, and available for any questions. The apartment is perfect for 1-2 person, all that you need for a short stay in Madrid! Only the view is missing, but you probably should go in the city anyway… I’d definitely recommend!

El departamento tiene todo lo que uno necesita y la ubicación y conexión en transporte público está perfecta. Está ubicado en una calle muy tranquila, con supermercado y algunos cafés y panaderia cerca. La comunicación con Manuel es fenomenal! Es super amable y atento y es rápidisimo en contestar! Muy recomendable también si viajas con niños pequeños

Javier and Natalia’s place was as homey as it gets, it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was perfect. It’s close to all the restaurants we wanted to try and nearby all the sights we wanted to visit, so we barely had to use transit. Communication could be a bit more consistent, but it was okay overall. What we appreciate most is that they accommodated us with an early check-in. When we arrived, we met Carmina, who was so welcoming and gracious toward our kids! We’d definitely stay there again!

Muy buen alojamiento, muy organizado, excelente servicio, muy cómodo, muy buena atención e información del anfitrión. Ubicación perfecta y tranquila, muy cerca a estación del metro.

Excellent location. Walkable to good restaurants and bars and for sightseeing. Good communication with host. Stylish apartment with everything you needed ie washer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, etc. The apartment was super clean and private. Really enjoyed staying here and would stay again.

Todo bien. Camas comodisimas. Lo unico que echamos en falta fueron bolsas de basura, pero por lo demas genial.

S il y avait une note au dessus de 5 nous l aurions mis ! L appartement parfait ! Piscine privée et piscine de l immeuble, salle de sport , parking , 2 superbes terrasses le tout très bien équipé enfin un véritable Airbnb de qualité ! Ramon nous a donné d excellentes adresses pour déjeuner en attendant l heure d arrivée, a été arrangeant pour nous laisser partir un peu plus tard ! Nous comptons bien revenir très vite

Gustavo’s place is amazing, and Gustavo is the best host. He was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. He made numerous helpful recommendations, and really made our time in Madrid enjoyable. His place is pristine and beautiful, & we will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in town! Carmen est une personne très agréable qui a le souhait de prendre soin de ses hôtes. Le logement était très bien, un vrai petit cocon qui nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour. Je recommande sans hésité cette petite pépite.

Our experience was excellent. The property's condition, cleanliness, and location are perfect, with plenty of options for food, transportation, a gym, a pharmacy, a hair salon, and a market. Patricia and Miguel are wonderful. We will definitely return in the future.

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

Excelente hospedaje, amplio y con todas las comodidades que necesitábamos. John siempre respondió rápidamente. La ubicación perfecta, a un paso de la mayoría de lugares emblemáticos de Madrid pero al mismo tiempo en una zona tranquila. Recomiendo totalmente, principalmente nosotros fuimos con un bebé y estuvimos muy cómodos.

We loved our stay at Marcelo's place! It was right in the heart of Madrid with beautiful views. The home was lovely and perfect for our family's visit. We highly recommend this place.

Wonderful flat! Comfortable with lovely view of the street. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Amazing location close to public transit, cabs, restaurants, cafes, and all tourism sites. Amazingly quiet given how close to the action. Stepping onto the street was suddenly private. There are markets nearby for food and essentials. The host was not only incredibly kind and timely, but even flexible with check in. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Recomiendo este apartamento por su ubicación, cómodo, en un lugar muy tranquilo y a escaso 100 metros de La Gran Vía, la anfitriona Nuria muy amable.

El departamento muy cómodo y completamente equipado con lo necesario. Aire acondicionado en los dos ambientes, cocina bien equipada. Buena presión del agua en la ducha. Apto para estancias largas de una pareja.

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.

Excelente depto y anfitrión muy rápido para responder, le falta un par de zapatillas eléctricas para tener mas enchufes disponibles, muy amable el anfitrión ya que dejó mantequilla, mermelada, pan de molde y otras cosas de comer que se agradecen mucho.
