House holiday rentals in Chamartín

We were in Madrid for a few days to visit a friend's wedding and this apartment provided us a practical base. Enough big for 4 people, practical apartment. Transport to the airport and to the city centre with metro is easy and quick.

El apartamento de Ramón es literalmente como lo describe. Es un oasis que no esperas encontrar en medio de una ciudad como Madrid. Él en todo momento ha estado pendiente de nuestras necesidades y ha sido muy atento y simpático con nosotros! Sin duda nos encantaría volver!

We had a great family holiday with four children aged 5-10. Vic was really helpful with the all our questions and quick to respond. We were walking distant to the Bernabeu. The beds were super comfy and the house was so stylish but family friendly. Thank you for having us 😃

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

We loved the place. Lots of space. Very good for us. Lovely living area. Garden and pool not looked after. Very peaceful place.

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at Bárbaras apartment. The apartment is just a short walk to a metro station or you could head into Central Madrid via a beautiful park. Everything you will need is in the apartment and the pool was a fantastic treat after the hot Madrid days. Thanks Bárbara for a wonderful stay.

Laura is een fijne host; ze ontvangt je persoonlijk, heeft antwoord op al je vragen en is super goed bereikbaar. De locatie ligt gunstig voor een groot deel van het centrum en is rustig. Wat achtergrond geluid van de bussen en taxi’s voor de deur maar we hebben er heerlijk geslapen. De inrichting is super luxe en schoon. Het voor ons uitklappen van de slaapbank omdat we twee aparte slaapplekken wilden, was voor Laura geen probleem.

Carlos war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber und sehr grosszügig und herzlich. Bei unserer Ankunft begrüsste er uns mit einer unglaublichen Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken (laktosefreie Milch, Vollmilch, Sojamilch, Tee, Kaffee, Marmelade, Butter, Toastbrot, Obst, Croissants, Wein, Bier etc). Carlos war sehr hilfreich und aufmerksam. Er gab uns im vorab viele Empfehlungen für Madrid und war auch während unserem Aufenthalt jederzeit erreichbar und fürsorglich. Ausserdem hatte er eine Metro Karte zur Verfügung gestellt, den wir aufladen und benutzen konnten, dies verinfachte unsere Rundreise in Madrid. Die Wohnung war makellos. Alles war sehr sauber und sorgfältig gepflegt. Carlos hatte kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (Schokoladen, Kerzen, Handcreme und Gesichtsmasken) in jedem Zimmer für uns hinterlassen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer). Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen und hatten viel Raum. Wir danken Carlos für Alles! Bleib so wie du bist ❤

We had a fantastic seven-night stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location is truly unbeatable — just a short walk from iconic spots like the Royal Palace, Mercado de San Miguel, and countless restaurants and tapas bars. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the cathedral right across the street, visible from several parts of the apartment — absolutely breathtaking both day and night. Roberto was a wonderful and accommodating host, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a place that puts you in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to the city’s best sights and an unforgettable view, this apartment is a perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Jose Miguel has a very cute, clean, comfortable apartment in a neighborhood in transition. It's about a 8-minute walk north from the Puente de Vallecas Metro stop. We were very comfortable in his well-furnished, clean, easy to enter apartment. The instructions were clear, and communicating with him was easy. We joked that we wished we could copy his apartment and paste it into every place that we visit! In terms of comfort, layout, and space, it was one of the top 3 places we've stayed. That said, we didn't cook there, so can't speak to the quality and ease of cooking, but everything else was a gem!

The apartment was lovely, and actually was better than the pictures. The location is also good, with a five minute walk to the metro one way, and 10 minute walk to the beautiful Retiro Park the other. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and you won’t be disappointed. The only minor grumble was the fact the bedroom blinds (which are automatic), decided to open themselves every night at about 02:00, which wasn’t ideal as they aren’t quiet…. Apart from that though, the place was great.

David a été un hôte parfait du début à la fin. Sans que nous demandions quoi que ce soit, il nous a envoyés le détail pour accéder à l’appartement ainsi qu’une adresse pour dîner le soir même puisque nous arrivions tardivement. Il a même fait la réservation pour nous. Il répondait très très vite aux questions et l’appartement était conforme en tout point à la description. Nous étions quatre couples, c’était parfait ! Le quartier est très calme et le métro El Carmen se situe à 50 m de l’appartement et permet d’accéder au centre de Madrid en un petit quart d’heure à peine. Franchement, si nous devons revenir, ce sera avec plaisir que nous reviendrons chez David. Nous recommandons vivement.

Exceptionally great Airbnb! Just as gorgeous and even more spacious than the photos show. Extremely clean, has every possible appliance, convenience and amenity, more closet and drawer space than you could need, and a wonderful soaking tub, too. And all around fun and luxurious place to stay.

Appartement au calme, nous avons pu nous bien nous reposer après avoir visiter les endroits incontournables de la capitale. A recommander. Hôte réactif, a répondu rapidement à nos messages.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para tener una estadía placentera. Laura y su pareja fueron muy amables y dieron instrucciones claras desde el inicio. Muy recomendado.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa nel quartiere La Latina e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è davvero ottima: in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono tutti i principali punti d’interesse di Madrid, il che ci ha permesso di esplorare la città comodamente. La casa era pulita e rispecchiava perfettamente le foto dell’annuncio, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Unico aspetto da considerare è che, pur essendo ben organizzata, risulta un po’ piccolina per quattro persone, soprattutto perché il divano letto non è tra i più comodi per dormire più notti. Detto ciò, l’host è stato estremamente gentile e cordiale, sempre disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Nel complesso, una buona scelta per visitare Madrid, specialmente per soggiorni brevi.

Una maravilla de alojamiento. A estrenar, con todos los detalles que puedas necesitar para tu estancia. En pleno Malasaña y sin embargo es un oasis de tranquilidad. Rodeado de Supermercados, bares, cafés, restaurantes.. al lado de la gran vía. Proceso de check in super fácil y Paola ha estado para resolver nuestras dudas siempre. Lo aconsejo 100%. Volvere!

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, se puede ir a pie a todos los sitios y, además, si no quieres caminar hay estaciones de metro muy cerca. Hay muchos bares y restaurantes en los alrededores. El departamento es como se describe y estaba muy limpio. Los anfitriones son muy amables, sin dudas volvería.

Una estancia perfecta. El anuncio es fiel al piso y el piso tiene una situación inmejorable.
