Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ovacık

Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. The villa is in a very good location, we have everything nearby, there is even a Carrefour 100 m away. Thanks again. See you soon, I'll be back.

The house was super amazing and Ipek was very helpful and communicative. But the Ac unit were not working properly.

We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

Ms. Ayşe was a really amazing host. She was flawlessly supportive. We've never had such hospitality before. It was both very nice and cozy at the facility we stayed in. We felt at home and incredibly enjoyed it. Ms. Ayşe supported us before we felt the need. She greeted us with very nice treats when we checked in. Thank you so much for everything 🙏🙏

We had a great family vacation and a great time in the house. Korhan and his family were very friendly, helpful and always available for any questions. The house fully met our expectations and the quick accessibility of various restaurants, shopping and the beaches within a few minutes by car was great. Nothing in this world is perfect and I could certainly name 1-2 things that were not 100%, but overall we were more than satisfied and would book this accommodation again and again. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. This was a perfect spot for our visit to Komi! The location is truly unmatched and the space itself is wonderful. The balcony and ocean views were extraordinary! So cheery and welcoming! We would stay here again when we return to Chios. Thank you, Antonis!

Accomodation for four in an apartment with two bed rooms, each with his bathroom and big common spaces (living room with kitchenette and huge terrace on the sea). Big, clean, well organized apartment, with fantastic view on the bay of Volissos, in a quiet area, close to beaches within walking distance for a morning swim. Anthigony, the perfect host: always reachable and present (she gave us her phone number and we could reach her any time for informations and suggestions), but with discretion. Like being at home. Should I be again in Volissos, I would choose the same accomodation for sure and suggest it to others. Thank you Anthigony!

We had a wonderful holiday hosted by Ms. Yasemin and Mr. Hüseyin. Everything we needed at home was carefully thought out, and we loved the decoration, atmosphere, and the feeling of peace it gave. The breakfasts they prepared with their own hands in the patisseries just below the house were also wonderful. Especially lemon butter has become our favorite flavor. It is the most beautiful place you can stay in Alaçatı. A home we'll go to again and again. We were very happy that they immediately found solutions to all our needs and made suggestions for places. Everything was perfect. Apartment has a beautiful view as seen on the pictures. Its not much of a problem but the building is always smells fuel oil.

Mrs. Ayşe and Mr. Yılmaz were serious about hosting, but they were also warm and friendly. I stayed with my mother, siblings and cousin. We felt like we were at home. Everything that was necessary in a house was more than available. The pool, garden, and balcony were very enjoyable. They gave us all a gift when we were leaving. Thank you very much for your kindness. We recommend it to everyone.

The host was really sympathetic, helpful and thoughtful. When we first arrived, he brought us two bottles of water and apricots, which was really kind of him. During the welcome, he explained everything in detail and asked several times during the stay if everything was okay. He said he would always help if we had a problem - fortunately, there were no problems, everything went smoothly and perfectly. The house was even nicer than it looked in the photos. It's huge, spacious, and the terrace is really great. Thanks to the wonderful wind, the air was neither too hot nor too humid. We enjoyed the sun with a fresh breeze. It had a large bathroom with a jacuzzi, the house was clean. In general, everything was perfect. Honestly, this may be one of the best Airbnb homes I've ever stayed in. This is a large villa and it provides complete privacy for you. The host treated us not as strangers, but as a brother. I recommend this house to everyone with peace of mind

It was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever stayed in. The house was really clean, the furniture was brand new and tastefully furnished. Every corner of the pool, garden, and barbecue area was enjoyable. It was also a great advantage that its location was very close to both Alaçatı and the beaches. But what made this experience so special was Mr. Evren's interest and kindness. He took care of every detail and made us feel at home. It's really lucky to come across hosts like this. We would prefer it again with our eyes closed, and we sincerely recommend it to everyone.

Such a nice house! Perfect for large families and groups of friends. Everything you need is available. It's nice to have a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There is a very large living room and kitchen. We had our family dinner at the big table in the garden and enjoyed the pool. The sea is a 4-5 minute walk away. The host is definitely very attentive. Thank you for everything!

We spent 9 nights, six of us with a small child in the beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished house. We immediately felt at home. The house is a nice size, the three bedrooms are different sizes. A slightly smaller room, a normal size and a large one with its own bathroom. We were certainly one of the first guests, everything was new and what was missing was brought to us in a short time. For example, there was no barbecue, but a new one was brought to us shortly after we asked. The sauna was great fun, especially in the not-so-hot evenings. The pool isn't very big but it's enough. The communilation was great. We would definitely come again, thanks for the great time.

One of the best houses you will experience on airbnb. A location in the middle of all the important beaches in the best neighborhood of Çeşme. The house is better than it looks in the photos and has all the facilities. If you are going to Çeşme and looking for a place to stay in, you can stay without hesitation.

Ms. Şehriban was a really good host, she answered our questions immediately, made it easy for us to enter and exit the house, the amenities of the house were as seen in the pictures. The house was magnificent, in a quiet neighborhood. We provided very easy transportation to Alaçatı with a 10-12 minute drive. The house was clean with everything we needed. The only thing I need to add is that the water did not heat up when everyone took a shower at the same time, but if you take it one by one, there is no problem. I would recommend it to everyone as a great place for a weekend getaway or for long vacations. The host was very interested, he responded to all our messages instantly, thank you again.
