Holiday rentals with a fireplace in İzmir

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was SUPERB - walking distance to Major Attractions ( Basilica of St John , Ayasuluk), Restaurants, Minimarket, and Public Transport ( Train Station and Otogar to catch Dolmus). The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds. The host was responsive and welcoming, providing valuable local tips. The property's design was really unique in 180 years old building. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as fresh towels and stocked up kitchen. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall, this Airbnb was a fantastic choice for our stay. We felt right at home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base. Five stars isn't enough - we'd give it more if we could! Book with confidence, you will not regret it.

We stayed for the first time, but it will never be the last. If you want me to rest your head and be affordable, you can choose. Ms. Ece responded to all our questions at any time. We did not have any problems with the pool, it had a temperature of 25 degrees when the weather was 6 degrees. You can safely choose

Despite arriving by car on an incredibly busy Sunday afternoon in Sirince, a tiny historic village with steeply narrow cobblestone streets, with Süleyman’s assistance we managed to navigate our way through the crowded throng of visitors to his remarkable location. Nearby we spent time at the brilliant Ephesus and adjacent museum as well as having a great seafood lunch on the coast about an hour away after hearing about this special possibility from Süleyman. All in all a very different and interesting few days.

The location is 800 meters from the sea, there are markets on the beach and a bakery, etc. 3 km away, a quiet and peaceful house, I recommend it to everyone

Such a peaceful retreat--surrounded by an olive grove, listening to the melodic Muezzin call to prayer and the crackle of the wood in the fireplace (with plenty of wood provided) This is a sanctuary of silence and nature. There is a luxurious, infinity pool filled with artesian spring water which you can hear flowing from the cottage. So private- but only a short drive away is the bustling, well visted Sirince Village, and a bit farther are Ephesus, the Basilica of St. John, and the House of the Virgin Mary. The amenities are simple, but beautifully adequate. Our hostess, Alison, was very helpful and can really help with any touring questions. A great place to get away from it all and not be too far from it all.

Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. After that, I will definitely spend the summer here, the house is immaculately clean, Mr. Uğur helped us with whatever we wanted. The Apartment is beautiful, with spectacular views from the large balcony garden overlooking sea to Pigeon Island. Lovely just sitting watching the boats come and go with an amazing sunset. An easy walk into town for those who like the hustle and bustle. Aydemir was a fantastic host who responded promptly to any enquiry, was very friendly and kind, he helped with our luggage on arrival and departure, a good guy. The Airbnb house we stayed in Alaçatı was really great. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, helping us with everything. The accommodation was spotless, tidy, and had all the amenities we needed. In terms of location, it was in the best place to be found in Alaçatı; it was within walking distance of the bazaar, restaurants and cafes, we did not even need a car. After this beautiful experience, we plan to stay in the same place again on our next trip to Alaçatı. Highly recommend. Thank you Unda Homes :)

The house was well prepared. All needs have been taken into account. Everything I thought was missing was more than enough. The apartment is very old but the house is very authentically decorated. We had 2 days of pleasure. The host was very helpful, thank him. I think I will choose it again. Those who will go with their own vehicle can rest assured, the house is not on the street, but there is a parking lot nearby.

The location of the house is very calm and quiet; it is suitable for those who want to get away from the crowd of the city center and relax. It may be necessary to use public transportation to reach lively places. Its location is close to all kinds of public transportation. You only need to climb the hill to reach the house after getting off the tram (you can avoid the hill by using the famous elevator). She was meticulous about house cleaning, leaving no room for doubt; the tiles were shining, the furniture was tidy. The house was furnished with great taste and we immediately embraced it as if it were ours with its warm atmosphere. In fact, some days we preferred to sit at home in front of the view instead of visiting Izmir. The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

The location and sea view of the house were very satisfying, clean and tidy and had quite enough heating for those who would stay in the winter. The house is heated by natural gas and fireplace, and the fireplace and sea views make this house stand out from other houses. The house is in a decent neighborhood and the shop owners around know the artisan. The residents are not disturbing people, the apartment is generally quiet and peaceful. I recommend it as a Tourist.

Nurten and her husband were beyind kind and always checked in to see if we needed anything. Their home is situated on a pristine piece of property, that reminded me of a painting, the artists used every color available to bring life to their garden, while complimenting the breathtaking view. Mordogan translated means purple birth, referencing the sky and we witnessed quite a few from this lovely property. The home, was clean and had everything we needed, plus some things we hadn't thought of. The kitchen didn't leave us in despair, like so many other places that had us buying extras. If anything had been missing, I had no doubt Nurten would of come to the rescue. The beach and town are walkable if you are an avid walker, if not a taxi is within a phone call away. The town is full of cafes and eateries. My family and I will miss being there and hope to visit again someday.

It was a great place to stay for a trip with a large family. It was clean, comfortable, and comfortable. Parking was convenient, and there was a separate bathroom in each room, so it was useful. Many types of cutlery were also useful. The small garden was also pretty and comfortable. The air conditioner in the living room on the first floor also works well. I would recommend this place to friends and family. I hope to see you again.

Wonderful stay for my family. Deniz speaks English perfectly, provided tons of recommendations, and walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.

Ms. Leyla is an extremely caring and very positive host. The location of the house is amazing and very close to everything. we took plenty of walks. The interior of the house is incredibly beautifully decorated and sparkling. You can wake up with the sounds of birds and enjoy your holiday watching that beautiful backyard. We stayed for 5 days and when we left, we felt sad as if we were leaving our own home. We thank Ms. Leyla for everything and we are counting the days to stay in that beautiful house again as soon as possible…

Everything was very nice, the interest and closeness of the hosts made us feel as if we were in our own home. The house facilities are also quite sufficient, especially the 3 bathrooms and the garden was very comfortable. The site has its own beach, but the showers and toilets were not open when we went, so we couldn't use it, but it was within walking distance of the house, and it was quite clean and enjoyable. A pleasant location where you can go as a family, very close to Alaçatı and Çeşme, we were very pleased :)
