Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ovacık

Antonis' place is wonderful, and really a great choice for groups of 2-4 people (2 bedrooms, suitable for 2 solo guests or 2 couples). He prepared nice toiletries and a generous amount of water for us, which saved us time fron making an extra trip to the supermarket. The Best: 1. Location — just a short 7-8 minute drive from the city center and Chios port. 2. View — the first row of houses overlooking the ocean. If you enjoy getting up early for the sunrise, this is a prime choice for you. The Good: 1. Laundry — Generous backyard with a clothesline and lots of clips. With the sea breeze and all day sun, clothes dry quickly. 2. Bed — Not too soft or too hard, quite a comfortable mattress. 3. Price — Great value, appropriately priced. Things to note: 1. Shower is small (~1 m²). If you need extra space (I had an injured ankle), it may be challenging to maneuver. 2. Front door lock requires a bit of finesse to open. Would highly recommend this to first time travelers to Chios.

Christina is a very nice host, she was very helpful. The overall condition of the house was good and clean. The location is also very good. There is a very large grocery store within walking distance. Close to the airport and downtown.

It was a great stay experience! The location was perfect, and thanks to being in the center of the city, we could walk everywhere. The house was really clean and everything we might need was thought of. We owe a special thanks to our host, who was incredibly helpful and understanding, and was also very supportive in matters related to our belongings. We felt safe and at home. I prefer it again without thinking. The location was very good, very close to the ferries and the beautiful restaurant at the port for those who want to stay in the center of the city, and the local restaurants as well.

Clean and cosy apartment, close to the city centre (approx. 10-15 min walk), good wi-fi, excellent hosts communication and reasonable price.

A house, which is in a very central location, met all our needs. They were very interested in us at the restaurant within the house. We especially thank them very much. I think the price is enough for home quality. Thank you for the facilities of Orkun and the family.

Angelika was very friendly and helpful. The house was as seen in pictures and immaculately clean. In addition to the coffee machine, coffee-water (liter of ready-made water) was available at home. There were also snacks in cookies. Also, Angelika served a local dessert she made one evening, it was very delicious. The apartment had an independent entrance and a garden overlooking the sea. She was very helpful. Helped us get a rental car and answered all other questions that we have. House has a breathtaking view and very calm beautiful waterfront. She was very friendly and fast responder.

Accomodation for four in an apartment with two bed rooms, each with his bathroom and big common spaces (living room with kitchenette and huge terrace on the sea). Big, clean, well organized apartment, with fantastic view on the bay of Volissos, in a quiet area, close to beaches within walking distance for a morning swim. Anthigony, the perfect host: always reachable and present (she gave us her phone number and we could reach her any time for informations and suggestions), but with discretion. Like being at home. Should I be again in Volissos, I would choose the same accomodation for sure and suggest it to others. Thank you Anthigony!

Everything was very nice, I can recommend it 👍🏽

First of all, the attendants were very helpful. Since the check-in time is 2pm, we set ourselves accordingly and put it over half an hour and reached the location, but the room wasn't ready yet. It was stressful to come all the time with our cat and wait in front of the door, but thanks to them on the way out, they offered the same flexibility. The housekeeping was very good, but my humble advice would be to put at least a small broom and vileda bucket in the house because when they stay for a long time, they inevitably want to clean every day when there is a pet. We asked the attendant for a broom and a vileda, they helped, but we couldn't reach him every day, of course, so we felt this lack. There were no mosquito nets on our balcony door, maybe our room was just missing it. Unfortunate, our next door neighbor was the young people chasing each other in the hallway with laughter every morning, and it was very difficult for us, but the attendants helped him too after our complaint. It deserves the full star for its location and being a modern and attentive home. Thank you.

Ms. Nurşen and her hotel were literally great. My sister and I preferred this hotel to have a head vacation for a few days. The location of the hotel is 10 seconds away from all the popular places. You can walk everywhere and that's gorgeous. Ms. Nurşen and her family have always been very caring and friendly towards us in everything. The hotel was clean and spacious as described and very safe. The breakfast of the hotel we had by the pool every morning was very hearty and magnificent. Looking forward to seeing you again in the summer:)

I should preface this review by stating that we weren’t Başka’s typical Turkish tourists but rather tourists from California. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Ersin generously took the time to communicate with us (via translation app) despite the language barrier, making sure our needs were met and just being personable. The property has gorgeous gardens and views of Urla throughout, and the accommodations were clean and new. We also thoroughly enjoyed thoughtfully prepared meals that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The pool was also well kept and refreshing. Many thanks to Ersin and his team for a relaxing time in Urla!

We had a wonderful stay, thank you so much for welcoming our family. Venus and the hotel staff were brilliant with our children and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The traditional Turkish breakfast was freshly prepared daily and absolutely delicious. We were also offered cakes and refreshments throughout the day. We had the family room and a travel cot was provided for our daughter. the room was spotless with everything you need including toiletries and drinking water. We had a balcony for relaxing and taking in views of the sea. The hotel is a 5 minute drive from Çesme so perfectly located for exploring the town. Nothing was more than a 15 minute drive away (apart from Izmir airport which was about an hour away). We visited some incredible places thanks to Venus's recommendations including beaches and hot springs. We wouldn't hesitate to visit Çesme and Venus again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday x

Very nice hotel

Good location, close to the center but not noisy in the night. Sait, his family and staffs were very helpful and friendly, thanks to which we could be relaxed at the hotel. Breakfast is also lovely.

It’s located in the center of Alaçati town, close and walkable to everything yet very quiet. The room is well decorated and the breakfast is the BEST among our whole 2 weeks trip in turkey, so delicious and fresh. If you are driving there, you might need to park outside and then walk in, a bit tricky to walk on the pebble way with luggage. You can park in the alley like everyone else does. It’s safe, no need to park in the paid parking lot.

He was in a position to take advantage of all the possibilities of the Ural. It was a quiet, clean and very enjoyable stay.
