Very nice apartment with everything we needed. The terrace is really nice and the bed comfortable! It was easy to communicate with Maria Luisa and she was accommodating! The location was great, very close to the train station and the center of Ravenna! I would recommend this place!

The apartment perfectly matches the description. It's small, but complete with everything you need for short or long stays, including a washing machine in an outdoor storage room. We found everything perfectly clean. The host, Peter, is available for any request or need and ready to give directions to the area. He is also very friendly and available to chat about any topic. The area is quiet and safe, so you almost don't need to lock the door.

The apartment is in an excellent location, 10 minutes walk to the train station and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. It is also on a road which is very quiet at night. The apartment is very spacious and clean, a very good price for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Very nice host, very close to the beach and strip. Would definitely recommend you to stay here if visiting Rimini. Good restaurants near by, bike shop close too. Rooms comfy and clean, shower and bathroom really good too. Amenities were cool.

The location of the house is unique, with a wide view of the valley and the mountains. The apartment is lovingly designed and very clean. A narrow street leads to the house. The staff immediately helped us find a bike workshop and announced us. Thank you for that. Breakfast was plentiful and with great views from the terrace. The pool is fantastic, but we didn't use it. All in all perfect. Mille grazie!

I thought the apartment was great. The kitchen incl. dishwasher and everything you need would also do for a longer stay. It was also great that at the entrance you could take everything you need, such as coffee capsules, salt, pepper, oil. David is very friendly and helpful.

The space was clean and comfortable with incredible views. In the heart of everything. Easy to walk anywhere. When back in Urbino, I would book again. Also perfect location if visiting bcic students.

A dream week in the Marche region with the whole tribe: cousins, sisters, parents, dog and mother-in-law (yes, even her). The villa? A paradise. Top pool, therapeutic whirlpool (also for the nerves), BBQ for serial grillers. Stefano and Alessandro: 10 out of 10, always present but never intrusive. Postcard panorama, comfort everywhere. We relaxed, had fun and... gained weight. We'd go back tomorrow. In fact, we'd move there.

Centrally located town house literally a stones throw from the old city walls. Mews type accommodation that has been thouhtfully renovated so retaining rustic charm that has been punctuated with modern features and fittings in perfect syncopation. Drop off possible immediately outside property with secure private off road parking available further away, (e scooter or bike recommended to minimise travel time otherwise 5min walk). Thoroughly recommended for a short stay in this interesting city.

Modern and clean structure, located a few minutes away by foot from the sea, reachable by a nice cycle - pedestrian track. Great as a base for touring Gabicce and its surroundings. The property is arranged on two levels and offers a nice outdoor patio where you can eat and relax. The condo was great! Very spacious, pleasant and with two nice outdoor decks, AC, comfortable beds, my own garage space for my car and washer and dryer in one, I felt right at home. The only thing missing that would have made it perfect was a microwave. The Airbnb host was very attentive, helpful and gave great recommendations for restaurants and sights to see in the area. I’ve recommended this listing to my family members when they stay in Ravenna.

Our stay at Alessandra’s apt was perfect. It was more spacious and even nicer than the photos suggested. Well located, easy private parking, clean, quiet, convenient to everything. Her information brochure was better than visiting the Ravenna tourist office. Highly recommended, great find.

Communication with Eleonora was straightforward and very friendly. From arrival, Stefano was our contact, very hospitable and helpful. He showed us the apartment, explained all the special features, helped with everything and was quick to respond when there were problems. Friday afternoon arrival, Internet/WiFi does not work. Although the repair lasted until Monday, our departure day, Stefano took care of it, despite the weekend. We found it very pleasant to have personal contact. The apartment is truly special. Clear architecture, pleasant colors, good amenities, cozy. Actually, it is quite close to the sea, but it is all very built up, hotels and restaurants have probably taken over the squares in recent years. Unfortunately, no access to the beach in the nearby area was possible with a dog, so we drove to Pesaro and Fano. Thanks to Stefano and Eleonora and all the best!

Accommodation in a decentralized hamlet, but close to Faenza and excellent solution for those who want to visit the city on the occasion of the Palio or events such as Argillà

Very well equipped and modern apartment in a private location but still walkable to riccione. Clean and well organised. Friendly and responsive host.

Very helpful and responsive host - offered us the bikes to get around the city which saved us a lot of time. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Would recommend fully!
