David is an outstanding host, and the fishing cabin is on an amazing property that allows for seclusion and privacy if you want to relax when not casting a line. As a host, David often checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and would even sit with us and offer fishing tips, which helped me as a new angler. Overall, Toledo Bend is an outstanding lake with surprisingly low boat traffic and several available guides for both crappie and bass, and I would not hesitate to recommend staying with David at Jack's Anglers Hideaway.

Absolutely adorable place. The whole place felt extremely homey and the host is absolutely amazing. Super sweet! Recommended some local places and they were absolutely amazing! Would come back if in the area again.

Peggy and Josh were very accommodating with our arrival- even when we changed plans twice. Good use of the space, very homey. Very comfortable beds/bedding! Nice, quiet location.

The Depot apartment was beautiful and we loved the gardens in the courtyard. The location was fantastic! We easily walked to the Farmer’s Market, restaurants and boutiques. Saturday night the traffic was loud but that is to be expected staying in a downtown area.

Chris was most accommodating, described his property just as proposed to be. All appliances, bathroom operational to standards expected and all features were as described. the place was great. even though it felt like low income housing, the neighbors were friendly and it was peaceful. it's a small town but had lots of restaurants, mostly fast food, and enough services to get you buy. I was there for work so for the price and place it was good. best priced for sure. only issue was the train ...lol.. but it's like a game almost.. any way. I'd stay there again.

Blanch met us as soon as we drove in and was so friendly and welcoming. The BNB was perfect for us..room and location. I was Super Impressed by the house and Area. I know where to go on my next visit to DeRidder, La. Couldn’t ask for better accommodations and Hostess . Blanch is Awesome and So was our little Home away from Home. I definitely recommend this Air BnB!

We had a great weekend celebrating the wedding of our son and new daughter-in-law! Their wedding officiant and came to the house for the ceremony which they did right out on the dock. It was a beautiful setting for photos. We loved the house - everything was so clean and comfortable. The porch swing was lovely - a few more good rocking chairs would be great so everything can enjoy the comfort and beauty of the views from the porch. We loved the firepit and the availability of camp chairs to all sit around it. The dining room table was perfect for playing cards and enjoying meals together. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Alfonso's place was perfect for our work crew. We will definitely revisit if we have more work in the area.

Regretfully we had to cut our trip short but already looking forward to booking again in the future.

The cottage was decorated so cute! One thing I did not realize was that there was no actual shower, it had a soaking tub and sprayer. The property was extremely noisy, but that was in the listing. It had everything we needed for our quick trip. Lisa was very responsive to any questions or changes.

My husband and I stayed the weekend in this precious home for our wedding anniversary. We were so excited to have a weekend away that was still close to home in Baton Rouge and the plus was having a space to bring our two little pups with us. It’s such a charming little home. The location was mostly quiet. We felt safe and secure. It’s perfectly decorated and had everything we needed. We brought our kennel with us for the pups while we were out of the house and the street behind the house was a quiet little walk for them to enjoy. Thank you, Sarah. We look forward to coming back soon!

Staying at Sarah’s place couldn’t have been more perfect for why I came into town! While it’s a historic home, Sarah has done a great job at updating it inside and outside… I enjoyed the large amount of counter space in the kitchen for both work and eating purposes. The living room was cozy especially after a long day of working and I slept like a rock in the dark cozy queen bed! I underestimated the proximity to the historic Front St. area! It made for a memorable stroll on a perfect weather day to truly enjoy the shops, the river front, and the historic homes along the way. I definitely recommend staying at Sarah’s no matter the reason you are traveling! The neighbors are also extremely friendly! I will probably stay there again on my next work trip to the area!

This Airbnb is an absolute dream. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home; warm, welcoming, and perfectly peaceful. The house is immaculate! Super clean and beautifully decorated, with every little detail thoughtfully prepared to make your stay unforgettable. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and we all slept like babies. The screened-in porch is our favorite hangout spot! The view of the lake is breathtaking, and it was the perfect place to sip coffee in the morning or wind down in the evening watching the gorgeous sunsets. The amenities truly are above and beyond. A golf cart made getting around a breeze, and having access to a boat, grill, and fryer meant we never needed to leave! Whether you’re looking to fish, relax, cook out, or just sit and soak in the peaceful surroundings, this place has it all. And the host? Absolutely exceptional. They go above and beyond in every possible way from communication to thoughtful touches that made the whole experience extra special

Willie was a wonderful host! He was extremely friendly and responsive! This was a great place to stay for the price & location! We were in for mardi gras in Mamou so this wasn’t a long drive to/from that. Overall great deal!

This was such a cute little condo and perfect size for me and my husband. Upon arrival, we encountered some issues with the public boat launch due to an event and Matt worked quickly to find us a solution! We will be returning!! I highly recommend
