Loft holiday rentals in Central Florida

Super clean & awesome place ! My family & I loved it so much , would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming little loft, located just off the intercoastal. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but only a short distance from an entertainment district full of restaurants, shops, and galleries. We attended a weekend wine walk and outdoor concert there. In addition, a short drive took us to the beach area with more local entertainment and shopping. Communication was great - Marcus and Kim were gracious hosts responsive to any questions. Such a pleasant location and the place itself was wonderful. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

Perfect place with beach, restaurants, groceries and small shops nearby! Perfectly located place for a stay at the beach. Very clean, very comfortable everything is perfect! The only thing that would be nice to have on site would be a barbecue but it is clearly stated in the listing that there is no barbecue! I highly recommend it!

Great stay! Was right in the middle of everything and super walkable it was an amazing time!

Really a gem. Much roomier than the pictures show, and there is more furniture. Was really nice to taste the downtown loft life for a week. Perfect for the business traveler, as the Internet was like 400 up and down. Everything you need is walkable with CVS and like 20 restaurant & food truck choices all within 2 blocks. The unit has all of the little extras you might need. The cooler bag in the freezer came in handy for going to a concert, and it was stocked with craft ice cubes, but I left those for someone who would really appreciate them. Fred was proactive and responsive to my needs, and even followed up with me about an item I lost. So nice! The lack of parking was not an issue for me. The Poe garage is the cheapest, and it's easy to find a space right by the loft at night time. I had no problem loading and unloading, and I brought a lot of stuff! Just make sure you use the city machines by the parking spaces. Using the app will be more expensive.

Janaina is super friendly and welcoming. The condo is in nice proximity to universal studios and the restaurants and attractions on international drive. She has been doing this for a while so she has an intuitive sense for what you need and is attentive to all aspects of your stay

I gave 5 stars for everything assuming I would be able to comment. I very rarely - if ever- write reviews. After paying there was some consternation on my part because I had not read all the "what's not included" info. Turns out- we did not miss being able to use the on premises bar and restaurants. This place was perfect for my wife and me. There are some good restaurants around - but not in "walking" distance - at least for an old fart like me. We did not have time to try all the local fare. I will not provide reviews of the restaurants here but I think our favorites were Lo'Key Grill, Drydock Waterfront Grill and Old Salty Dog. Pricing was increased for us because I bought trip insurance - not quite hurricane season when we visited but close enough to be cautious. The per night breakdown was a little more than I normally pay but we had a wonderful time, so no strong complaints.

Fourth time staying at Len‘s place. I stay when I visit family and it is the perfect combination of a nice place all the amenities you would need and a very fair price. Len is an excellent host and very quick to respond. I plan to keep coming back!

Just back from our second stay at the Barndominium. Shelley and Bruce are great hosts and a pleasure to deal with. The loft is quiet and peaceful in a rural setting but centrally located to major attractions in Orlando and Tampa. Feels like our home away from home after the second stay and we’re already looking forward to our third.

We had a wonderful stay at Jose’s home! He truly thought of everything in curating this experience. I was hesitant at first if a studio would be comfortable enough for 3 people, but it felt like a mansion. The setup inside was outstanding. Outside, it’s a private oasis! Jose was so generous in providing ample space for a family. The pool is gorgeous, he provided pool toys and all beach needs, it is very quiet and peaceful, and well maintained. The Bradenton area is close to all beautiful beaches. I actually preferred staying outside of the craziness, and being able to drive a short distance. We did not want to leave and can’t wait to come back.

Mark’s place was nice, clean and comfortable. It was also conveniently located and close to many restaurants and bars in Thornton Park. He was also responsive when it came to questions about the place. I highly recommend any guest to stay at his Airbnb!

Wonderful space, comfortable, super clean, very pretty in the great, walkable community of downtown Jensen Beach. Publix and numerous restaurants and fun venues, as well as the Indian River Lagoon are within an easy walk. Andrew was an accommodating, accessible host with great communication. My hubby and I absolutely loved every minute of our 4-day stay here and will definitely choose Andrew’s place again next time we visit the area. Thank you to Andrew and Family!

Place was just like the pictures. Beds could have been a little more comfortable. Perfect location to walk to the boardwalk but out of the craziness.

We are return renters, simply because this is a great place to stay! Quiet, private, well appointed. Easy walking distance to beautiful lakes, and great restaurants. The art gallery is not to be missed. Hopefully we'll be able to rent again.
