The apartment is exactly as described, with beautiful light and very spacious. Moran is an excellent host, always very responsive every time we had a question. The location is perfect, walkable distance to many restaurants and a great shopping center. We loved it and we’ll be back!

We really enjoyed this week at Peter's place. As a newcomer to the American continent, Peter helped us with all questions: airport transfer, car rental, money exchange, bus ticket, visit market, etc. The house is spacious , the bed has a good mattress, the air conditioning cools down quickly and the kitchen is well equipped. Great was the new grill on the large terrace, which we used a lot. Finally, the large pool in the middle of the bird-rich garden is even enchantingly lit in the evening. If you’re looking to experience the real Asunción and Paraguay as a whole, I can’t recommend this place enough! The neighborhood is a fantastic choice: peaceful, safe, and full of things to see and do. I stayed for a month and felt completely at home. The apartment checked all the boxes with very fast WiFi for work, plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen, and a charming antique style with cozy furniture and warm welcoming colors. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always available with great tips and advice whenever I needed it. Whether you’re working remotely or just looking for a place to explore the city, this is the perfect home base. You won’t regret staying here!!!!

Excellent apartment, it is well designed and decorated with very good quality. It includes all the services it offers. As for the cleanliness, it's impeccable. A very nice balcony with a large grill included, wide views in the windows of all the rooms. Very spacious garage and has a trunk. Highly recommended. I'd come back without thinking. We are very happy with the price, the communication, the cleanliness of the depa and the amenities and details of the same. Currently, there is another tower under construction together and unfortunately it is a lot of noise from 6:30 in the morning. The traffic of the avenue is also quite heard. Other than that, the place is highly recommended. We stayed my wife, daughter (9 years old) and I for two weeks. It is very small but exactly as described and it did serve us very well for the visit to our family who live in the area.

I highly recommend this listing! The apartment was very clean and as advertised. Beautiful and spacious. Quiet street but close to all amenities: shopping mall (2 less than 600 m). Not to mention the Urban café with these great breakfasts and great cafes. I would highly recommend it Thank you so much. We'll be happy to go back.
