The place perfectly matches the description, I did not need to contact the hosts at any time since there were no problems during our stay, the place is ideal for having a good time with family and friends.

Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

Excellent stay at Alicia's house, it far exceeded our expectations, the house is impeccable, with a beautiful view, and Alicia is very kind and always attentive to every detail.

With my family we were very grateful for the hospitality and human warmth of Elba and his family who were very attentive to our needs during the stay. It is a very welcoming and enjoyable home that would undoubtedly return to that same home. Thank you very much for everything. Enzo and his mom were very friendly, they were always attentive, they waited for us with a rich snack and soft drinks. The house is nicer than in the photos, with all the comforts and in a nice area (quiet and close to shopping, 24 hours, etc.)

Most definitely worth the asking price. A spacious one storey house with a nice balcony. Well equipped kitchen. I don't know where they got the pillows from, but best nights' sleep I have had in a long time. Jeffrey was there to greet me when I arrived and was pleasantly welcoming.

A very comfortable and in an excellent location apartment. The best feature was the big windows on the opposite sides of the apartment, which created a nice current of ventilation. Lots of natural light and close to everything. Raquel was very communicative and helpful. Recommended.

A cozy studio with everything you need in the heart of Asunción – just a few blocks from the Pantheon, other attractions and restaurants. Steph was very friendly and helpful from the first contact. She even allowed me to enter the studio early in the morning, as I had to leave my previous accommodation before 10 a.m. Steph was very proactive and gave many useful tips. In the studio itself, I found a thick binder with a lot of background information and addresses of laundries, restaurants, and more. In addition, she always kindly informed me about the many events that took place in the city. Thanks to their support, I was able to take part in a free city tour on my first day.

Jonathan was a 10, always friendly and available for any concerns. The apartment is luxurious, with all the amenities, air conditioning that freezes, a washing machine in case you stay for many days, many places to shop and if you go by car there is always a place to park. Very happy with the place.
