Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Central Department

Highly recommended!!! Communication was super fast and good at all times. The same goes for coordination at check-in/out. They are flexible and considerate of check-in/check-out times because they are right there. The place has spacious, bright, ventilated and very comfortable spaces. It's equipped with everything you need to enjoy it without having to move around. Helpful fact: it is close to the Ornibus Terminal of Asunción (2 km in a straight line on Av. República Argentina). Very easy to get to, even on foot. The building is located on Avenida Eusebio Ayala, with bus lines to the main points of the city and quite a daytime movement. On the ground floor, a mechanical workshop works on business hours, but noise in general is tolerable. The area is super quiet at night, ideal for optimal rest. Very close to the apartment (1 block) there are shops, gas station, supermarket and even a gastronomic venue of the VITAPAN chain with coffee/confectionery/24 HOUR ROTISERIA. Well, nice and cheap!!!

Lindo apartment a 3 blocks from the shopping Mariscal. The location is excellent, a quiet area, close to everything. Very accessible regarding check-in and check-out times, which is always valued. Silvia is very friendly and predisposed. The apartment is on floor 2 and is accessed by stairs. It is spacious, comfortable and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It has parking in the building. Super recommended.

Very nice stay. Organized parking, the guard at reception was friendly at helping out. Tidy and equipped. We liked that there is everything to clean up the space and kitchen for a relaxed stay.

Jonathan was a 10, always friendly and available for any concerns. The apartment is luxurious, with all the amenities, air conditioning that freezes, a washing machine in case you stay for many days, many places to shop and if you go by car there is always a place to park. Very happy with the place.

Very good accommodation for both families and friends. The place of residence is quiet, we leave the vehicle in the street and nobody touches anything at all. Not to mention the comfort of the house. 100% recommended. Impeccable host predisposition. Very kind to any questions.

The place perfectly matches the description, I did not need to contact the hosts at any time since there were no problems during our stay, the place is ideal for having a good time with family and friends.

Great for someone that is looking for a really nice and big place to stay, pretty much close to everything you need in Assunsion. Everything was really clean and organized and I would give lots of extra points for the easy communication with the host that were really about some check out situations I had due to flight issues. Would definitely book again if coming back to Paraguay.

Great house, place is quiet, huge front porch. Large area. We enjoyed spending a few days in this house. Nearby store and pharmacy. Our little dog enjoyed playing on the property.

Beautiful home! Comfortable, spacious, clean and welcoming. Special to spend a few days relaxing with family. It has everything you need and more. Super complete. The large patio, cared for; the comfortable and nice rooms; several bathrooms; the common spaces are spacious and complete with everything you need. Perfect location - Away from the noise and close to everything at the same time. The hosts are great, warm and pending. We're definitely going back!

The apartment is very nice, equipped with all the amenities you may need, the location is very good, minutes from the shopping area in Asunción, very safe to leave the vehicle and quiet.

christina is super responsible and does everything to make your place always perfect and comfortable. And if we need something it is responding right away. The place is super nice.

My wife and I had a splendid time here. There is easy access to the historic center, where we spent much of our time, but there are also lots of good restaurants nearby, a few important touristy locations, it’s just uphill from the costanera and the seat of the Paraguayan government (where you can surprisingly get free tours), there’s a good view of especially the palace from our balcony, and we didn’t feel like we lacked any important conveniences. We had a fully stocked kitchen with just a couple quirks, there were three big supermarkets around us that we could choose from, we enjoyed all of the nearby restaurants and cafes, many of which were also available on PedidosYa, and the area was pleasant enough to walk around and explore. Many major events were hosted just down the road from us as well, which we took full advantage of. Nelly, the building manager, was a delight — she was always available for help or guidance. This is an ideal spot to explore Asuncion for the first time.

Maria was very responsive and kind. The night I was arriving it was pouring rain. Many streets were flooded. Maria was corresponding with me constantly until I got a ride and arrived at her place. It was not possible to get dinner anymore at that point, and all the restaurants were closed due to the rain. She kindly brought me some food so that I didn't have to go to bed hungry. The next morning she again kindly offered me coffee. I had to go to the nearby Tigo office to get a SIM card, and the wait there was much longer than expected. She patiently waited for me to return so that I could take my things out for her to clean the room for the next guest. Thank you Maria (Minerva) for being a gracious hostess. I will stay with you again when I come to Asuncion.

Fer is a super friendly person, responds quickly and solves everything you ask for! We felt very comfortable in the condominium! It's SUPER safe and there's a lot to do. We regret not making more of our stay.
