Holiday rentals with lake access in Central Department

We felt very comfortable, the accommodation fully met our expectations, the welcome by Henry was friendly and helpful. The house and surroundings are beautiful and well maintained. A place to feel good and unwind. You can see and feel that someone here takes care of detail with a lot of love. Especially the pool allowed me to survive the prevailing temperatures in Ascuncion as a North German:-). Thank you for providing the right framework to say goodbye to Paraguay from sister and brother-in-law and this great country after 5 weeks.

Beautiful house, the view that has the lake with its own dock, comfortable rooms, everything you need to pass excellent. Lilia and her family are very friendly at check-in and check-out time. I would definitely come back.

Home is located in the middle of what can be considered the new "emerging" center of Asuncion. I was surprised at the elegance of the neighborhood--it was beautifully quiet in the midst of an area exploding in development. The home itself was beautiful, and contains all you need to have a fantastic stay, including utmost privacy. I enjoyed a rum and Habano in the quaint back porch. The house is fantastically secure, and the hosts were careful to assure this was the case. Very sweet mangos in the back are an added treat. All in all, an A+ location.

The house is of contemporary architecture and decor, it has everything you need and more for a few days on vacation. The place is super quiet. Communication with Nicolas is super fluid and cordial. My pleasure is our stay and the house highly recommended.

it was an excellent stay, the neighborhood is very quiet , quick access to supermarkets, downtown everything very close full place had everything, it was very welcoming would always come back!

Excellent stay in Aqua Village, Paraguay I had a wonderful experience at this apartment in Aqua Village. From the moment we arrived, everything was impeccable. The apartment is fully equipped, modern and very well maintained. The views are spectacular, and access to the complex's amenities, such as swimming pools and recreational areas, really makes the stay unique. The location is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the place, but it is also close to Asunción if you want to explore the city. The host was always very attentive and accessible, responding quickly.

We loved the apartment, with all the necessary amenities. The photos don't do it justice. Very well located . Close to everything . We will definitely be back. They even have a patio behind , very nice and with a good grill. and a beautiful balcony .

Very nice hotel, with a spectacular view and the place is very quiet, at least now in low season. We used the grill to make a barbecue. We had a great time! Nora was very attentive to the queries and the receptionist took good care of us.

Thank you Pamela for the warm welcome. The house is really beautiful with a wonderful view. We went in search of winning the Copa Sudamericana and knowing that we had won the match, he understood that we would go to bed late and made the check-out easier. We returned grateful and excited for the treatment and hospitality of the Paraguayans.

This was our second time staying here, so we already knew it was a great house in a beautiful neighborhood near the lake, near a pharmacy and 24 hr minimarket and supermarket and coffee shop, etc. Once again we likes San Bernardino and recommend staying at this beautiful house!

The place was beautiful. That's all we need to say about it. If you want to be surrounded be nature and enjoy summer time with friends and family,this is it. Now come prepare with some repelent because there's plenty of mosquitoes. The one thing I would say I was disappointed or surprised was that the place didn't offer towels so we had to go buy towels and we were traveling from one airbnb to another so we didn't have any other than that,no complaints.
