With my family we were very grateful for the hospitality and human warmth of Elba and his family who were very attentive to our needs during the stay. We felt very comfortable and the rooms were very cozy and above all very clean. The garden was a great relief for our dogs. So a perfect stay!

The space is wonderful, modern, great for spending a few days in great comfort. The region is wonderful, safe, with many options of cafes and restaurants. We went to La Cuadrita on foot super quietly. We will definitely look again on our next trips to Asunción!

Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and a lot of attention to detail. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, and the living room with integrated kitchen is super bright and nice – ideal for rest and relaxation. Everything went perfect. Elke was very nice and flexible with the check-in time, which is very much appreciated. I'm glad I was able to stay at this place. I definitely recommend it to those looking for a quiet, well-kept and energy-filled space.

After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.
