Beautiful home near Chianti. Clean and comfortable, with amazing vineyard/sunset views. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and they gave clear instructions. One thing to note is that the property is listed as "Entire Home", but it is actually a condominium that shares walls and outdoor common areas with the neighbors. There is a divider in the backyard between us and the neighbors, but it is not completely private. Overall, we had a great time here.

My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

Amazing place! Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the Lucca hills. Very peaceful. Lots of birdsong. We saw a deer in the garden! The grounds are brilliant and the place is the perfect size for a couple. We loved eating on the terrace with the great view, and swimming in the private pool. Only a short drive to Lucca which has some amazing restaurants (our favourite was Osteria de Pasquale). There’s some great vineyards in the area - our favourite was Fattoria Sardi. If I was reading this review I wouldn’t think twice about booking!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubszeit in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Lage in dem kleinen Dorf oben in den Hügeln der Toskana ist so authentisch und typisch italienisch. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind ein Traum . Die Zimmer sehr sauber, groß und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Bett war fantastisch. Ich habe auswärts schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Einzig eine schöne Salatschüssel und ein Toaster hätten uns jetzt gefehlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal um die Toskana zu erkunden. Die bekannten weißen Strände sind in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es gibt überall Parkplätze. Einkaufen ist in dem kleinen Dorf vor Ort beim Bäcker und in dem Tante Emma Laden möglich oder unten in der Stadt bei Lidl und Coop usw. Restaurants sind in Fußgehzeit erreichbar. Toll fanden wir den Imbiss gegenüber der Metzgerei in dem Dorf. Man sitzt ganz idyllisch auf dem Platz mitten im Dorf. Wir bedanken uns für die schönen Zeit.

I don’t have the words to describe how beautiful this apartment on the hillside is. The apartment itself is nice and cosy and spacious, and the kitchen contains a little bottle of olive oil produced from their own olives. But it is the location, the gardens and the little farm and the view across the valley which can take your breath away. Sonia is happy and welcoming and patient. She showed us around the wine and olive farm and was always approachable when we contacted her. There are two guest apartments side by side, but it is quite private nonetheless. Note that you can hear sounds from the other apartment quite easily. I cannot recommend this enough! Would love to come back.

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

Amazing location and responsive host. Incredible pool with an outstanding view. House, especially the Kitchen, was well well stocked with amenities needed. Highly recommended!

Wir haben 10 wunderbare Tage in Carolinas geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und perfekt ausgestattetes Haus verbracht und genossen besonders die Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick in die toskanische Landschaft und das malerische Städtchen Montecatini Alto mit mehreren guten und gemütlichen Restaurants. Eine Gelateria und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind fast vor der Haustüre. Durch die urige Standseilbahn nach Montecatini Terme (fährt alle 30 min bis Mitternacht) und eine Buslinie zum Bahnhof sind Ausflüge auch ohne Auto möglich. Carolina ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin - immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

We loved our stay here! The house and the views were truly as picturesque as it seems in the photos. A dream spot! The town itself is full of local flair and is beautiful too. Not touristy at all. Close enough to nearby towns though to explore more of Tuscany! Overall a great stay and Laura was a kind and responsive host.

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft überzeugt nicht nur wegen der tollen Lage und Umgebung, sie war auch wunderbar eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Ranieri. Er war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir waren zu 2. und ein Hund für eine Woche da. Die Wohnung ist eher klein, dafür der Aussenbereich gross und eingezäunt. Andrea hat uns alles gezeigt und gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Man sollte gut auf Mücken vorbreitet sein, aber auch da hatte Andrea ein Starterset😏 bereit.

Onwijs fijn appartement dat goed koel blijft tijdens warme dagen. Uitzicht vanaf het prive terras was adembenemend en het appartement was smetteloos schoon. Alles behalve een weegschaal om de koffer te wegen was aanwezig, echter die was binnen een half uur geleend van de ontzettend vriendelijke eigenaresse (die overigens olijfolie en honing van eigen kweek aanbiedt).

Die Unterkunft von Daniel ist wie auf den Bildern und im Inserat beschrieben und für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend! Alles war sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch Daniela war immer für uns persönlich erreichbar und sehr flexibel was den Check-In anging - vielen Dank dafür! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter empfehlen 🙂

Отличное месторасположение дома, прекрасный вид, частная парковка у дома и пляжа, близость к центру, прекрасный свежий воздух, отсутствие комаров, что в полной мере даёт возможность насладится прекрасными видами под бокал прохладного просекко. Владелец дома Родольфо очень приятный и внимательный хозяин.

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. We had a great stay with our friends and made some great memories. would recommend the accommodation, as well as the hosts, and would definitely stay again. Kind Regards, Boyd and Naomi

Cudowne miejsce, życzliwi ludzie, piękne widoki. Byliśmy 4 osobową rodziną. W tym miejscu wypoczniesz, zrelaksujesz się, pomyślisz i na chwile przystaniesz. Poczujesz się jak w raju. Tu znajdziesz coś dla siebie i dziecka. Bardzo duży, czysty basen, jacuzzi, leżaki, parasole. Piękny sad olwiny. Można pograć w piłkę nożną, w ping ponga. W sadzie zrobisz grilla, a rano jak wstaniesz wypijesz kawe na tarasie z pięknym widokiem. Apartament wyposażony rewelacyjnie. Bardzo czysto we wszystkich pomieszczeniach. Do miasta 5 min drogi autem. W miescie różnorodność sklepów. Znajdziesz wszystko co chcesz. Stąd dojedziesz w wiele innych ciekawych miejsc. **Bewertung für Daniele und Familie** Wir hatten eine wunderbare und erholsame Zeit bei Daniele und seiner Familie. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst großzügig und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Bei kleinen Problemen oder Fragen erhielten wir schnell und unkompliziert Hilfe. Die Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft – sie bot alles, was man braucht. Die ruhige Lage sorgt für eine perfekte Entspannung, besonders am Pool, wo wir viele entspannte Stunden verbringen konnten. Lieber Daniele und Familie, vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Unterkunft war einfach super. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt und alle unsere Bedürfnisse wurden ohne zu fragen direkt erkannt. Kaum schien die Sonne standen zwei Liegen parat. Die beiden waren sehr herzlich und man sieht mit wieviel Liebe zum Detail sie das Haus saniert haben. Wirklich einzigartig. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr idyllisch umgeben von viel Natur. Ein Traum, um einfach mal abzuschalten.

Simone ist ein ganz besonderer Gastgeber. Die persönliche Begrüßung war sehr herzlich. Es gab neben Obst, Getränken und Gebäck auch einen leckeren Chianti zur Begrüßung und von der Nachbarin wurden direkt frische Eier für uns gekauft. Zudem gab Simone viele hilfreiche Tipps für Orte, Restaurants, Strände, Parkplätze etc. in der Umgebung. Für Fragen war er jederzeit einfach zu erreichen. Auch die schön eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, nicht zuletzt das bequeme Bett. In der Umgebung gibt es zudem viel zu sehen, z.B. haben wir Pisa und den schönen Strand in Rosignano besucht. Eine Anreise mit dem Auto ist zu empfehlen, auf dem Grundstück kann man problemlos parken. Wir empfehlen einen Aufenthalt in Simones Unterkunft sehr und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Fünf Sterne!!!

Alloggio corrispondente alla descrizione, posizione buona rispetto al mare ed alle molte destinazioni da visitare in Toscana. Molto pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Host molto gentili e disponibili. Consigliato :)

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sogar an unser Baby wurde gedacht und extra Utensilien bereitgestellt. Die E-Ladestation konnten wir nicht gleich nutzen, aber einige Stunden später was schon ein Techniker da und hat das Problem behoben 👍 Die Lage ist super, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Wir hatten leider viele Moskitos, aber das ist ein natürliches Vorkommnis 😃 Die Waschmaschine war sehr praktisch besonders wenn man länger auf Reisen ist 👍 Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt
