Cottage holiday rentals in Cayuga Lake

What a lovely stay! The cottage's location right on Keuka Lake was absolutely perfect, offering amazing wildlife and lake activity. We truly appreciated the privacy and genuine homey feel – made us feel immediately comfortable. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. We'd definitely stay again!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the hot tub, the peaceful atmosphere of the stream right out the front, and the coziness of the cottage. The location was ideal for the wineries we hoped to visit as well as Canangaigua downtown. The layout is small but perfect for 2 and cozy and comfortable for a relaxing stay. Check in was super easy and checking out as well.

This location is beautiful! Right on the lake. Easy to go down the stairs to the water. Randall was an excellent host and very responsive. The home is lovely and well kept. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect! We used the canoe and kayaks and had a wonderful time on the lake. We would most definitely rent this again and we’ll keep it on our list! Highly recommend!

Nice setting easy to get to all activities we were looking to do like Watkins glen and wineries. Tony provided detailed instructions and gave good recommendations!

Loved our stay! The cottage is so peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Especially appreciated arriving to a fire going in the beautiful fireplace and the farm fresh eggs. Such a relaxing getaway and we hope to visit again!

Everything we needed was supplied and at our fingertips, without being overrun with “stuff.” Well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect to attend a wedding at Fountainbleu Inn (just a short walk to venue). Also, the location next to lake was wonderful. We had plenty of bedrooms with linens/towels and extras like trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, dish soap etc was very nice. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for 10+ people, except crock pot and griddle (which we brought from home). We enjoyed the hot tub and used the propane grill on the large deck. The owner stays close by and was in communication often.

Great cozy cottage on the Keuka Lake. Garrett was a great host and the house was very comfortable for my family of 4. Got to enjoy taking our paddle board on the lake, sit by the fire pit during sunset and enjoy the hot tub after a cold rainy hike at Watkins Glen gorge.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming, cozy and comfortable house on a quiet street. We so appreciated how well-stocked the bathrooms and kitchen were. The personalized front door code made getting in super easy, and easy to remember. Thanks for a great week!

Footsteps from the lake with a winery on the property, what’s not to love? The living space is even roomier than the photos imply, but you won’t want to be inside other than to sleep! The location is perfect for exploring the finger lakes if you feel the need to leave this little slice of heaven. Cannot wait to return.

Had a great stay. Interior of home was nicely aesthetic, comfortable, and well maintained.

Great time on the Lake. Had horrible cold rainy weather (haha June 1 mind u) but still managed to have a good time. Jesse is a responsive caring host who has a great little cabin (camp) directly on a very beautiful lake.

Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay for long, we just needed a place to stop for the night, but Michele’s place was so beautiful and cozy we will definitely be back if we’re visiting the area again

We were going to Watkins Glen for the week and saw this listing and we were so happy to be staying on the water! The directions to find the driveway and house were good. The driveway is a touch long but taking it to get down to the water, literally, is just fine! There are some stairs to get from the driveway to the house, but thats worth it to get down to the water location. House was very cosy inside and we really enjoyed the rustic and cabin like feel. The weather wasn't the best for us, but the view on the water made it better. Warm weather, this place would be everything you need. Dustin was great and even reached out to us to give us the lay of the land since we were bringing a toddler and an infant. We will be looking for this place in the future and it is highly recommended!

Another wonderful stay at Michael and Raylenes cottage! As always the peaceful surroundings made for the perfect long weekend with our dogs. Michael and Raylene are incredibly welcoming and responsive; we can’t wait to come back :)

The Little House is in a perfect location, near scenic trails and some of the best restaurants, wineries, and breweries in the area. Communication with Hannah and Dustin was great, and they recommended some local spots and even places in another nearby town we were staying in the night before checking in.

we loved our stay here!! everything was perfect, we truly couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful little place to stay. everything was spotlessly clean, plenty of kitchen utensils/supplies and clean towels, and a beautiful property to enjoy spending time outdoors.

Had a great time at Paul’s place! The place had everything we needed, and was right on the lake, what more could you ask for?! Hope to be back!!

Our family had a fabulous time. (A little nerve wracking with the parking situation, but we managed) The set up of the home was perfect for a family of 4, two decks with a view; felt as we were in a tree house. Easy check in, easy to navigate around and clean. We swam everyday, nice swim spot for kids. Our son fished morning and evening, ended up catching 2 and half in total. Marine near by, for a boat rental. Grilled homemade pizzas, overall great way to end the Summer- thank you for sharing your home with us.

Wow - what a fantastic lakeside retreat! There must be 6 different places to sit/gather outside - the fire table was especially nice for sipping some Riesling on a chilly night. Well equipped kitchen, and lots of amenities (including kayaks if so inclined). Very quiet surroundings (we were there during the week-end, too), but you have to watch out for the seagulls - they like to hang out on the deck. Great location is within 1/2 hour of many excellent wineries and restaurants. Would definitely return here the next time we are in FLX!

The location was perfect! It was private, quaint, and several amenities offered. Unfortunately, it rained while we were there most of our trip, but it didn’t keep us down. We hiked at Watkins Glen, went to several wineries/breweries, got a massage in town, ate at Graft (the duck was amazing!), had Solera, Scalehouse, went to the distillery, Corning Glass museum, antique shops. And when it was cloudy we kayaked and peddle boated. We also visited Painted Stables and I have to say that was our favorite, minus the time well spent in the lake house. What a beautiful location. We will be back!

Absolutely a perfect location. Beautiful little house right in the heart of the wineries AND right on the water. Couldn’t ask for a better spot. Host is very responsive and had lots of recommendations along with times to go (and not go because of crowds)

Adam’s place was the perfect lakeside getaway! We loved the location right on the lake. Amenities were fantastic, from stand up paddle boards and kayaks to the fire pit and private hot tub in the backyard. Highly recommend!

Everything was amazing! Great spot, very clean so many added extras. Very quick to respond if I had a question or concern. We have been traveling to Cortland for 7 years as two of our kids went to college there I wish I found this place sooner!!!! Thank you James would 100 % stay there again!
