Avila Beach is a hidden gem! John and his family shared all their local knowledge which helped us plan. Excellent communication and very flexible on arrival/departure.

It’s the second time me and my wife have stayed at Joan’s cottage. It was even better than we imagined. The place is extremely cozy, lovely and clean. The location is amazing, surrounded by a peaceful neighborhood and the views are awesome. It smells like the ocean, you’re so close to it. I look forward to a third visit in the future. The hosts are so responsive and helpful, they were awesome. 12 out of 10, would certainly always recommend.

This was such an amazing stay! My only regret was not booking more than one day here. But Diane was the sweetest for allowing us to check out later. She was super communicative and considerate. As for the space, it was super spacious for my boyfriend and I! We enjoyed a movie night in the living room before getting a good nights rest in the comfy king-sized bed. The water machine was truly appreciated as well. This place had amazing amenities, comfortable furniture, a peaceful neighborhood, and beautiful backyard. Thank you so much again Diane!!!

We went for a family birthday weekend and this was a great place for that! Despite being close to the main street, it was quiet and the outside deck was a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy views of Morro Rock. Everything was clean and ready to go. We would definitely return!

We have a great two night at this lovely house. It was close to downtown and the water which we loved and the kitchen was the most well equipped of any I have ever seen on Airbnb. Perfect for our trip! Really comfortable beds and beautiful view from the deck. Be aware that you are above another unit and there is sound transfer.

I loved staying in Sherry’s place. I was really impressed with the quality and attention to detail in the apartment. Everything was so clean, comfortable, and accessible. Things like a really quality shower head and great water pressure, great appliances that work really reliably, everything we needed while we stayed a few days, and super clear instructions made it incredibly easy and comfortable to be there. Bonus points for electric car charging! This fit our needs perfectly for my partner and I and our 4-year-old to stay while in town for a wedding.

This spot could not be more perfectly located for someone wanting to experience and spend time in Downtown SLO. The amenities and space were well stocked and helpfully organized. The entire place has so much charm and immediately felt at home. Check in was easy to do on my own and I was able to find parking right out front for my entire stay. Being just blocks from the main street of downtown SLO makes it perfect if you want to be walk to meals or coffee or downtown activities.

Fantastic stay. Best Airbnb yet. Beautiful, clean, artful. We had all the amenities and more. The location is the best spot in Avila Beach. David and Mellissa anticipated all our questions.

Haley's is the perfect place to stay in SLO. The location is near everything, the decor us super attractive and stylish, it is immaculately clean, and the hosting is A+. We had a perfect stay and highly recommend it.

Wonderfully relaxing stay! The house was beautiful and you can't beat those views! Waking up every morning to view the beautiful surroundings and ocean was heavenly. Comfortable beds and linens! Thank you. We love Cayucos and this was the perfect place for our family.

We had a lovely stay at Windrush Inn - Harbor House! The location is perfect and the house is beautiful! It was well-appointed and spotless. It truly felt like a hotel, but better! Mike was very responsive during the booking process when I had questions. The check in process was clear. All in all, a perfect stay! 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to come back and stay at Windrush.

Highly recommended! This house is located in a private and quiet area. Once you get past the entrance gate, there’s a private road leading to the home, which offers a beautiful view to a neighboring field of grapevines. From inside the home, there’s a beautiful view to the fields. If you are in town for the wine culture, consider planning a visit to Willow Creek Wine Co., who offers amazing chenin blancs, and Union Sacre for ecclectic wines. Overall, great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Morro Bay. Catherine was a great host, from our booking until our stay ended. The house was ideal, everything was there for us and it’s a great location.

Jordan's Z Ranch is by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at in the Paso Robles area. Our new favorite! From the first communications with Jordan, I could tell that he is a super friendly and personable host. I knew that my husband and I would feel so welcome staying in his home. He was very informative every time we communicated, and he always replied immediately to questions before and during our stay. When we arrived, he came down to greet us. My husband also met his wife Meilan while we were there. They are both really great people! The accommodations were superb! This home is not only spacious and beautifully decorated, but it is also 100% immaculate. We were so comfortable with every aspect of this home, from the living areas to the comfy bed. The kitchen is gorgeous and spacious. As an avid cook, I really appreciated having this type of kitchen to cook in. The property and views are beautiful and very peaceful, with trees everywhere. Both the hosts and rental are top notch!

Melissa was wonderful. We had booked another place in Arroyo Grande and when we arrived it was nothing like what it appeared to be online. So we needed to find somewhere else to stay. We reserved this last minute and Melissa had it ready for us to check-in 2 hours later. I am so glad we found it. You pull up to a gorgeous property outside. The house is amazing! Absolutely spotless inside. Everything is top of the line from the linens to the appliances. Amenities are great. There is a ping pong table, pool table and lots of games, all indoors. Melissa provides all the stuff to make smores. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, baking, whatever you want! There is a gorgeous deck with a full ocean view, BBQ, and large table and chairs. Great backyard as well. Walk across the street and two houses down, the beach is right there! The only one thing that I did not care for is the beds. They are a bit too firm. I will definitely book this property again!

This place is awesome. Quiet neighborhood. One street away from Fiscalini ranch preserve trails. Minutes away from town. Not far from Hearst castle. The home is clean with stocked kitchen/dishes/coffee pot/tea kettle. The tv is smart tv so you can login to your own streaming like Hulu/disney/apple/amazon. Love sitting on the patio surrounded by trees. Really a peaceful spot!

We loved our stay at Marianne’s flat! The apartment felt spacious, clean, and had beautiful views. The location was ideal, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Marianne was very responsive and accommodated a later checkout time. We’d recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Loved Ken’s place. I loved the welcome note , the gift, and all the small extra details left for us to find. The Makeup Remover came in handy since I forgot mine at home. Thank you 😊.

outstanding location, I don't think any other place can beat this location for the price of our stay. right on the beach and almost close everything you can do around and at Pismo beach, Grover Beach. Highly recommended and what a great host Amber. they made sure our experience was pleasant throughout from booking to check out. thanks again Amber for hosting us.

Was very comfortable & relaxing. Was in walking distance of down town, but place was quiet. Little extras if you forgot something or need something (ex: scissors, q-tips, iron, etc.) Anna was quick to respond & gave detailed instructions. Appreciated having an enjoyable place to stay.

The place was great! The photos and description of the place were accurate. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t too great during our stay so we were unable to utilize the rooftop the way we would have liked to but the hot tub was very nice and there were pretty distant ocean views when the weather cleared up. The spacious open living space inside is what saved us being able to cook and socialize comfortably. I appreciated the sliding open doors to the outdoor BBQ/table area making the space feel even bigger. The immediate surroundings are not very scenic but the place is very close to everything and it’s in a quiet area. They have a surround sound Sonos system to connect to which we had some difficulty with so I recommend bringing your own speaker just in case. I appreciated the supply of beach towels & chairs, the ease of check in and communication with the host and the supply of qtips, cotton pads and black makeup towel for us ladies. Would def recommend especially with great weather!
