Holiday rentals with a pool in Cavite

We enjoyed the heated pool, boardgames in the house; complete kitchen set; stable WIFI connection (I enjoyed the NBA Playoffs on the 60-inch TV); good-smelling comfy guestrooms. Staff are warm and courteous. We had a very relaxing family time in Nang Ayat. Recommendation: Place a wall clock at the living room.

The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

Easy to navigate to. A very private and quiet area in Tagaytay. Huge area and great for families with kids and pets. Clean rooms (with good air conditioning), bathrooms, kitchen. Accessible staff. Fast wifi. Overall, a great stay and good value.

We are a team from a bank and we booked Nikki’s place for an overnight stay on May 10-11. Nikki is a very accommodating host. Her place looked exactly how it is in the pictures. Clear rules were given regarding the accommodation, and her staff were really polite and helpful. We were also allowed use of her soundproof entertainment room in the basement which we really enjoyed. You get value for money here. Her home is a masterpiece and so aesthetically perfect!

We booked this place for a weekend getaway with friends, and it was such a memorable experience! Check-in was a breeze. Ate Grace was very accommodating and patiently waited for all of us to arrive, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for bonding. Everything we needed was available, from kitchen essentials to comfortable lounging areas. The highlight for us was definitely the heated pool, we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying each other's company. There was a minor hiccup with the wifi (Globe was down that weekend), but they provided a backup. The signal was a bit weak, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much since we were there to enjoy each other’s company and the lovely surroundings. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy and relaxing spot with friends. Would love to come back!

The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful—perfect for a restful stay. It’s conveniently located near the boundary of Silang and Tagaytay, but since we weren’t in the mood for tourist spots, the peaceful setting was exactly what we needed. The place was exceptionally clean and well-equipped for cooking, with options like a barbecue grill, microwave, induction cooker, and rice cooker. Utensils were complete and of good quality, and there were even entertainment options to enjoy during downtime. Neil was a very responsive and accommodating host, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a laid-back getaway.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home! The location is peaceful and convenient, and the house itself is stunning. very clean, beautifully designed interiors, and so well-maintained. The pool was a great highlight, and the whole place had a relaxing, vacation-like vibe. We especially appreciated how fresh the linens were and how complete the kitchen was with utensils and appliances, it really felt like a home away from home. The rooms were spotless, and each one felt cozy and comfortable. We also felt very secure throughout our stay, with our cars safely parked right in front of the house. A big thanks to the very courteous and welcoming caretaker, Ate Merlie and her son, who assisted us with everything we needed. And to top it off, the owner personally gave us a call upon arrival to make sure we were all set and comfortable, such a thoughtful gesture! We will definitely come back.

Its a great place to stay in Silang. My family had fun. Ate Nanie is also very helpful.

I was a bit disappointed with the slow check-in process at Pico de Loro’s lobby. It took about an hour just to register. The delay seemed to be due to the large number of guests, and it appeared that those whose hosts were present were being prioritized, regardless of the existing line. That said, Marlon’s place was great overall. The unit was modern, clean, cozy, and had a very homey feel. The lighting was perfect for a good night’s sleep. The only downside was that the shower had very low water pressure. Still, the place was very affordable for the kind of accommodation provided. Highly recommended!

The place was great and it did gave us the privacy and peace we needed. I am actually impressed on how clean the place is when we arrived. Its proximity to the attractions/destinations is also commendable. Most of all, the owner provided very clear instructions that we just had short exchange of chats twice and one of those was me asking for a change in schedule lol 😆. Paolo's place was amazing. The check-in process was seamless, parking was easy. The place itself is quite cozy, and you've got a nice view of the south all the way to Makiling/Banahaw, with a bit of a view of Taal volcano itself. It's also right next to Ayala Malls Serin, which has a ton of options for food, a Waltermart for groceries, two pharmacies, and a convenience store. Overall great stay, and Paulo was such a nice host. Will definitely stay here again next time!

It was our first time doing this staycation thing and the experience was great, the best part was the complimentary breakfast that only Sir Giboy had. We love the multigrain bread and the pineapple jam to the point that we also ordered for our takeout and pasalubong for our family. The taal view was very mesmerizing especially when you go to the roof deck of the building, it’s breathtaking. Hoping we can stay again in one of Sir Giboy’s listings together with our kids.
