Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Cavite

Very nice place and kind host! The place isn't very quiet (you can definitely hear other sounds/voices from nearby units or from outside the window, so if you need a reaaaally quiet place I wouldn't recommend this) but other than that it was a fantastic stay. Complete amenities, beautiful interior design, accessible, very cozy place to stay in.

The unit was small but served its purpose for a simple stay were you can sleep, relax and cook a little. Fridge was a great help in storing our geoceries. I liked how it was a few steps from the elevator and garbage disposal room. The host was also friendly and very responsive. 😊

The place really feels like your home. Nice ambiance and the smell of the place is so calming, it even makes me feel so relax and just staying in bed. 😍

WORTH IT! This is the 2nd time I booked and this time I have booked for 3DAYS 2NIGHTS and for TWO UNITS @Casa Salcedo. We're a total of 10, 5adults & 5kids. Hotel feels, with 5towels each room and toiletries - we appreciate it! If you're looking for a place that is quiet, peaceful and not crowded at all - THIS IS IT. Unlike the other famous AIRBNBs here in NCR (like Azure), here in Field Residences, it's cozy and secluded. Secured community. Swimming pools that is child-friendly and playgrounds too! This is definitely a place for a staycation ❤️ 3-5mins walk from SM Sucat. SUPERB! About the host, Mr. and Mrs. Salcedo? They're AWEOSME! They've patiently and proactively assisted us with parking lot arrangements and super easy check-in. Just log the names upon check-in sa front desk and that's it, smart access or PIN for the doors, easy! Will definitely come back again for another relaxing staycation 🙂

Cris and Chemz were very helpful and awesome hosts. Every question and need for assistance that I had was addressed without me having to wait. They made our stay super convenient and easy. Plus the place was set up in a very modern way, my kids loved it!

Ashley was a good host communicated well I was supposed to I say 10 days but it was not the right place for me. she was kind enough to refund me some of my money. I stayed just few hours since I came late at night left early in the morning to a hotel nearby

Highly recommended. Amenities are clean and complete. Kids enjoyed the board games and the PS5. Host is friendly, helpful and responsive. Will definitely come back.

Just had some slight delay during check in because the contact # may not have service at the time but my kids were assisted by the caretaker and they were given clear instructions about the amenities and where to find necessities. Nice view indeed, you have a glimpse of the city at night and nice view of the pool. Accessible to convenience store etc. Not indicated but I may have forgotten to ask, but I was expecting complete utensils like spoon and ladles though again, convenience store is just a few steps away. Place is cozy and comfortable. Overall our stay is great and will consider going back to the place.

My family and I love the place. There are lots of spaces, the rooms are big enough for our 15 family members. We celebrated Christmas in this house and even had a few guests who stayed with us for the dinner. My most favorite corners are the 2 dining tables which are beside huge, glass windows overlooking the Taal Lake. It was foggy and drizzling but the view for me was still perfect. Thanks to Jay R who was very responsive and for allowing us to chek out at 3pm. Thanks also to Rek who was very helpful with our small requests. There was a hitch however, the housekeeper went inside and outside the property at any given time. She was very unlikeable. I’ll write the details in my private message for you. I just hope that she changes her attitude for the sake of making memorable moments in this beautiful place. Thank you very much!

Absolutely loved our stay! The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

-Anne's place looked exactly as it did in the photos. -House is inexpensive considering the number of rooms. -Located in a gated subdivision. -Accessible for GrabFood delivery riders. - Prompt; When we needed something, they were easy to reach. The owners were so kind and accommodating to our special requests. We really appreciate all the help. Your house was what we needed at that time - a simple place to rest and recharge so we can be nearer our family and relatives at that time. Again, thank you!

The place was super clean, with fast internet and complete appliances. The host is also approachable and responsive to the inquiries when checking in. There's also a sari sari store nearby. I highly suggest that androidtv should have netflix for more movies. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the place. Hoping for another staycation at Michelle's Place. Thank you!

First, I would like to commend the unit’s interior design. It looks small in the first look but once you go inside and live on it you’ll realize how the space was maximize very well. To add up, I love the color combination of gray and nude colors. Secondly, I really love how they have floor mats in every door, and trash bins in every corner, these are my standards of a good hotel/unit. Lastly, the host was very approachable, checking on us from the very beginning and from time to time. She even offered us free drinks for the little inconvenience we had experienced. Overall, the place was perfect, but the host made it even more. We had three wonderful days together inside. I wasn’t wrong choosing this place to celebrate our first month of love and Valentines. Thank you ❤️

Unit is situated on just the 2nd floor - a unique location with a pool view from the balcony. Serene surroundings of Tower 4, very courteous staff at the building entrance. Editha was a discerning host - always responsive and quick to resolve any issues I could be faced with. Editha was extremely courteous and attentive to every feedback I had provided. Just a 5 minute walk to SM Southmall entrance - the convenience of everything within reach elevated the experience of my stay here. Would recommend this listing for anyone planning longer stays. I would definitely consider planning my next stay in this very unit on my next visit. Thank you very much Editha 😊

Isaac’s Place is a great spot to stay if you’re spending time in Nuvali. It’s conveniently close to malls and Nuvali Park, making it easy to explore the area. The place was clean, nicely designed, and had a lovely view. Check-in was smooth with no issues, and overall, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time with someone special.
