Apartment was extremely clean and neat. Views ars stunning and location is pretty good for walking. The appartment is in between two largest malls in the city (1.5 km, walkable). Not too many restaurants nearby but place is worth choosing.

This was our second time booking this apartment, and once again, everything went perfectly. The location is fantastic — close to everything you need — and the apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Guro is an incredibly friendly and helpful host, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Orbi block D2 is the most spacious and modern. You come in, and you already like the beginning of the check-in. Since the trip was not only for recreation, but also for work, it was important for me to have a work surface. There are two additional tables for such purposes - this is a big plus. You can comfortably work on your laptop. Only in these apartments from Orbi I saw a large coffee maker, if you are with a company, you can brew at once - it saves time! Clean,cozy,quiet. Especially I want to say thank you for the care for the guests - in the bedroom there is an extra closet for things and suitcases. There is also the possibility to turn on a calm lighting mode near the bed - there is LED lighting, which makes the room ultra-modern, you can not strain your eyes. There is always water and tea, which you don't need to think about in the first hours of your stay. I recommend it.

Quiet and peaceful location while still being close to the castle and main streets. Özhan was nice and responsive

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. The whole living room is a large French window facing the town of Mestia and the snow-capped mountains. You can see the panoramic view of the village in the house, and the scenery is definitely better than living in the town! The landlord is warm and thoughtful. We decided to book Airbnb at the last minute, and the landlord responded immediately within 10 minutes. Thanks to her warm reception, we spent three happy days in Mestia. There is a parking space in the yard. The house is on the second floor and the landlord lives on the first floor. It is very quiet and suitable for family travel.

A lovely, beautiful place with all amenities. The house literally stands on a mountain river, it is very picturesque. Literally a few seconds walk from the house you immediately get into the tourist movement with shops, cafes, etc. Within a minute's walk, the central park, the funicular to the mountain, etc. The house itself is large, it has 3 bedrooms quite large and the kitchen is a living room. Each bedroom has its own toilet and shower. Plus there is a place to sit outside with a large table, swing and sofa. Also right by the river there is also a place with a gazebo, a grill, a children's swing and a hammock. There is plenty of space in general. The hostess Marina is responsive and friendly, told and showed everything, also provided a place for cars. highly recommended.

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

A great place to stay in Baku that I recommend

We had a lovely stay in this home with our family. It’s right next to a smaller Black Sand Beach cove and also very close to another beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host went above and beyond to provide a comfortable stay. There was an amazing view for the sunrise and sunset. Thank you for everything. We hope to come back .

Great, clean and very cozy apartment. There is everything you need to live like home. There is a private residential area with a swimming pool and a children's playground. There is also a secure parking space for cars.
