In stay you will experience the ultimate stay, I've to. Many destinations around the world and many units and sleep in but this unit is uniquely positioned. The host is super fast responsive, knowledgeable and helpful, while it gave you all what you need for an amazing stay. I've sat for two quite days, away from city noise and literally in the forest that surrounds you, it was cold during my stay and fire place saved the day, logs available for a month tho, we cooked our food since kitchen has what needed. I became a full timer rancher for two days, cut logs that a bit big instead of using small ones, cocks steak on the grill, sat on porch rest of day, while running fireplace while it is dark for warming. It is one of the best experiences we had me and wife ❤️

Great bungalow in the middle of nature. Beautiful surroundings. Ramazan was very welcoming. I highly recommend staying here.

absolutely wonderful experience. me and my partner got there by our own car but its incredibly sweet of the host to offet transfer from and to batumi. the views are breathtaking, bed is big and comfortable. sleeping under stars and moonlight was amazing. friendly puppy, cats and goats wondering around definetely help create an atmosphere of a peaceful runaway place. surprisingly big menu with all kinds of very reasonably priced meals. no need to worry about having something nice to eat while you're there. 14/14 recommend

We had the pleasure of staying for one night in a beautiful and charming cabin, hosted by one of the most wonderful hosts. The host was incredibly responsive, making our experience seamless and comfortable. The cabin itself was brand new, exceptionally clean, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is truly a hidden gem, surrounded by breathtaking mountains and stunning natural scenery. It was an unforgettable stay, and we can’t wait to return!

The great chill! Excellent location, quite for sleeping and superb for waking up. House is so cozy, like I dreamed about to build by myself. Clean and spacious, and it smells wonderful wooden favour.l Xenia is a perfect responsible host, she did everything we could just enjoy the stay, spending no extra minute for checking in and out routine. I'm jealous to recommend, but I have to, best place to visit Svanetia!

замечательный домик, расположение идеальное - море, лес, вкусное кафе, парки в нескольких минутах. в доме было все необходимое, особенно порадовал бонус в виде большого выбора бесплатных велосипедов! обязательно вернемся :)

Gigi's cabin is a perfect place to spend the vacation under the foot hills of the Kazbegi mountains. Gigo was very friendly, communicate and fast to respond when we needed any help

Die Unterkunft von Inga war einfach super. Ruhig gelegen mit einem fantastischen Blick! Alles ist genauso, wie beschrieben. Wir kamen erst gegen 23 Uhr an und Inga hat uns noch freundlich empfangen. Vom Zentrum von Batumi zum Guesthouse kann man unproblematisch ein Taxi/Bolt nehmen. Auch zum Guesthouse finden die Taxifahrer gut. Es empfiehlt sich die letzten 100 Meter zum Guesthouse zu laufen und die Taxifahrt an der Kreuzung mit der Kirche zu beenden. Das gleiche sollte man auch machen, wenn man sich ein Taxi ruft. Inga ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns zum Abschied sogar noch eine Flasche Wein geschenkt. Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt. :)

I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony. Our host was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival. Communication was seamless! The host was ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Location was fab. Quiet but close to everywhere what you are going to visit, also shops are nearby. Place is very cozy and there is everything you will need during your stay. Highly recommended

Wunderschöne Hütte abgelegen mitten im Wald. Der Ausblick könnte nicht besser sein! Obwohl es nachts draußen schon ziemlich kalt war, konnten wir die Hütte mit einer kleinen Elektroheizung gut aufheizen und mussten nicht frieren. Alternativ stand auch ein Kamin zur Verfügung. Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Ortskern von Mestia (Restaurants, Supermärkte, Tankstellen, Touristeninfo) ist mit dem Auto in ca. 15 min zu erreichen. Küche und Bad sind gut ausgestattet, es fehlt lediglich ein Haartrockner. Bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Georgien werden wir definitiv wiederkommen!

This place was exactly what I was looking for. So comfy and had all the essentials. The location is also a huge win, you can easily walk to all the main sights and restaurants. Made my stay in Kutaisi super easy and enjoyable. Would definitely book again!

cozy and beautiful cottage surrounded by beautiful views, plus easy to find. It was equipped with everything we needed and the host even left some extra blankets for us to keep us cozy. The cottage was already warm when we arrived which made it feel perfectly welcoming and ready for guests. The host was nice as well he even checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect for us. Just a heads up: the road was a bit rugged so an SUV is recommended

Bardzo komfortowy i schludny dom w przepięknej okolicy. Widok z tarasu zapiera dech! Zostając na kilka dni odwiedziliśmy Cminda Sameba, zrobiliśmy przyjemny treking do wodospadów i pozostałości fortecy na górze. Niedaleko są restauracja z dobrą gruzińską kuchnią i sklep. Giorgi super gospodarz, bardzo pomocny i komunikatywny! A jego wino Grand Mountains było naprawdę dobre! Zabieramy stąd najlepsze wspomnienia. Dziękujemy.

Je n’aurais pas assez de place pour remercie Maka, qu’elle hôte extraordinaire alors qu’on ne l’a pas rencontré, même à distance elle a su nous aider et grâce à elle nous avons rencontré une personne extraordinaire qui nous a attendu pour nous faire à manger. Ce chalet est extraordinaire à l’image de l’hôte, tout est bien pensé et magnifiquement fait. On aurait pu y rester la semaine sans problème. Tout est beau et d’une propreté irréprochable. Merci Maka de nous avoir accueilli 🙏🏻

Thank you, George! Actually we felt like the whole family took care about us. Thanks to you all guys: you've created a nice atmosphere there. The air is fantastic, the view is awesome. And in the evening I personally appreciated the softest bathrobe that was provided :) We would definitely come again with the whole family for a peaceful weekend with barbecue and ping pong! 🏓

Ruhiges Airbnb am Ortsrand. Wunderschöner Ausblick nach allen Seiten. Supermarkt und Restaurants im Ort sind fußläufig und gut zu erreichen. Man kann hervorragend im Garten sitzen und die Natur genießen. Church of trinity lässt sich über einen wunderschönen Wanderweg in 1,5 Stunden zu Fuß erreichen. Ana war immer erreichbar und die Kommunikation war herzlich

Baita fantastica ed accogliente immersa nella natura e nella pace. Equipaggiata di tutto il necessario per soggiorni anche lunghi e di gruppo. Consiglio vivamente, adatta anche a famiglie con possibilità di attività nei dintorni o anche solo per qualche giorno di relax e detox. L’host ci ha accolto in città e accompagnato nel luogo dandoci consigli utili sulla cena (la baita si trova a qualche minuto di auto dal centro città) e raccontandoci aneddoti storici sui dintorni. La comunicazione ( in inglese) è stata semplicemente e con molta velocità di risposta. Nonostante il pochissimo preavviso per la prenotazione siamo stati accolti in maniera eccellente.
