Very well maintained cottage in a beautiful well maintained green environment. Everything for the home is available and during the high season there’s a grocery nearby. Hosts are communicative and helpful. The only caveat is the spatial layout is compact and not especially ergonomic, but hopefully you’ll be outside most of the time where there’s a generous amount of seating and shaded areas for eating or relaxing including a hammock. The pool is fresh. The place is made with love.

We had a wonderful stay — everything was just right. The flat is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The location is perfect! The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout. We really liked it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

A large and cozy house just a few minutes from the sea. It's a perfect place for a family vacation. Mark is a very responsive and friendly host.

Easy, simple and bicycle fiendly

Macos place is amazing, newly constructed, has everything you may need. Neighborhood is calm, perfect for calm vacation. Literally 2 min walk from seaside. Maco is very responsive host, it was pleasure to communicate with her. Highly recommend and would come back as well.

Amazing apartment with corner balcony View of the sea, the mountains, and the city. Cute interior. I recommend renting an apartment from individuals, not Orby City. Because Georgians are disgusted with Russian. They were supposed to bring us towels (because the host has an agreement with them), so we waited for towels from these Georgians for 24 hours. And Lucas delivered them to us through his friend within an hour! There were all the necessary utensils, a refrigerator, food ordered from Wolt, delivery for 20 minutes, very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea. If we go to Batumi, we will rent a place only here

The apartment, which is located in a quite place - just opposite the house is a beach, a shop is located below the house, there is a bus stop nearby, where buses go to the city center.

The space was identical to the description and comfortable , if you want to walk in the surrounding area it will be all around you you don't need a taxi or rent a car

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect.

Clean and beautiful room with a great view. I recommend all tourists to rent it. The owner is very kind and understanding. He refunds travelers' money if they change their flight. For me, this is the most beautiful apartment I've seen in Batumi.

My stay in this apartment was absolutely amazing! It looks exactly like the photos, and the balcony is simply breathtaking—very high with a stunning view. The bedroom is perfectly designed for restful sleep, as the curtains allow you to create complete darkness. A special thank you to the host—such a kind and well-mannered young lady. Don't be fooled by the exterior facade of the residential complex. A nice and clean apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator. Everything is secured with good internet. Directly on a good beach location. A 30-minute walk along the promenade will take you to the city's attractions.

Beautiful place with a great host.

Such an amazing place on the beach and amazing host, great when you wanna get away from the city and enjoy nature. Just note that transportation could be tricky bring cash in case you wanted to stop a taxi at the road cuz sometimes you need to wait till you catch a bolt but other than that everything was amazing and peaceful 🙏🏼
