We completely loved our stay at Ann’s place. The apartment is large and full of light. The balcony and view are incredible. The location for us was perfect – close to the old city, but not in it. The apartment was beautifully clean. Ann was a wonderful host. She even helped organise a driver to and from the airport making our arrival and (very early in the morning) departure very easy. We feel really lucky to have found this apartment as our ‘home’ for 6 days in Tbilisi. Highly recommended.

This apartment exceeded expectations, it was exactly like the photos. The “master” bedroom with bath also had a beautiful en-suite which wasn’t in the pictures. This is possibly one of the most beautiful air bnbs we’ve stayed in on a city break. I 💯 would stay again.

Absolutely great place. Super spacious. Clean. Hot showers. Able to cook our own food. Comfortable beds. In a safe and quiet location but close enough to walk to the nice areas with restaurants and cafes. Hosts are great to work with. Very nice and responsive. 10/10 recommend this apartment. 🙌 👍

Mako’s place was great with a gorgeous terrace! Very convenient location and very walkable to most places. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful apartment in Tbilisi.

Michael was the perfect host ! so nice, responsive and helpful. Michael did an extra mile to help us in every small detail. the apartment designed in a good taste and equipped with everything you need. (important to mention that the bed is super comfortable) and last, the location is super! 3 minutes walk to the main lift of New Gudaori. We would definitely come again whenever we'll have the chance.

I love this perfectly quaint and comfortable apartment, inside and out. the location is perfect. the little courtyard is peaceful and pretty. inside it's cozy and has the Georgian touches that I love. Tbilisi is such a wonderful experience and this little apartment brings you into the entire experience. Natia assisted me with a personal issue and was so fast and thorough helping me to fix it. the apartment is walking distance to everything. For further away travel download the "Bolt" app (like uber) the app translates everything for the driver. easy and cheap. tip. drivers often do not carry change if you are using the option to pay in cash.

Truly 5-Star Experience – Highly Recommended This was the first time my Airbnb stay has genuinely earned a 5-star rating. The property was exactly as shown in the photos, clean, well-decorated, and furnished with newer, modern pieces. The views were absolutely fantastic and elevated the entire experience. The space is ideal for three adults and could comfortably accommodate four if two are small children. The hosts were friendly, professional, and highly responsive throughout. I highly recommend both the property and the hosts for anyone seeking a seamless, high-quality stay.

Planning my visit to Tbilisi, I faced a real challenge: finding a place spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my 3 kids and elderly parents, while also being well-located for easy sightseeing. Something central but not in the middle of a noisy, touristy area. George’s apartment turned out to be the perfect choice! The location couldn't have been better. The apartment itself is quiet and restful (100% photos). The highlight of the apartment is undoubtedly the private terrace, offering a breathtaking view of the city. We spent our evenings there, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere after busy days exploring. What made our stay truly special, however, was George. He is an exceptional host — incredibly attentive, flexible, and supportive. His thoughtful communication made everything smooth, and I especially appreciated the care he showed toward my parents. His balance of friendliness, delicacy, an genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Thank you, George! ❤️

Орби блок Д2- самый просторный и современный.Заходишь,и уже нравиться начало заезда. Так как поездка была не только для отдыха,но и для работы,мне было важно наличие рабочей поверхности. Есть два дополнительных столика под такие цели-это большой плюс.Можно комфортно поработать за ноутбуком. Только в этих апартаментах от Орби я увидела большого размера кофеварку,если с компанией,можно заварить за один раз-экономит время! Чисто,уютно,спокойно.Особенно хочу сказать спасибо о заботе к гостям-в спальне дополнительный шкаф для вещей и чемоданов. Также есть возможность включить спокойный режим освещения возле кровати-есть в наличии Led-подсветка,что делает номер ультра-современным,можно не напрягать глаза. Всегда есть водичка и чай,о чем не нужно думать в первые часы пребывания.Рекомендую.

Our first trip to Baku and staying at Samir’s place was a great choice. Good location. In the heart of the city a few minutes walk from the Old Town and Nizami Street. Samir provided good instructions for access and very kindly allowed us to check in at 0500 due to our early flight, an absolute saviour. For those who like peace, be aware it can be noisy at night, but that has to be expected where you are, and to be honest, when you stay in somewhere like Baku, you become accustomed to the culture of late nights. So the noise isn’t a problem for us. If we return we would definitely stay here again.

Merci à Jean Marc et Mané qui nous ont très bien accueilli. L’appartement était très propre, bien situé dans le centre de Yerevan. Beaucoup de commerces et restaurants à proximité, on a pu tout faire a pieds.

It was lovely to stay at Mikhail’s place, it was to find, and the host met us to provide with the keys and all the instructions. The place was as on photos. We booked the place because of its location, and it was easy to walk around downtown. We haven’t use the jacuzzi so no comments here. Overall, I’d highly recommend the place because it was very close to local restaurants, grocery stores, attractions, and transportation. The host even provided us with the keys to the parking lot since we had a rental car to park somewhere nearby.

We had a great time staying at Eka's flat, which was very comfortable and above all in a great location from almost every viewpoint: cafes, restaurants, even for catching the bus to the airport. Eka was a responsive and helpful host. We can't wait for our next stay.

A beautiful place with mindblowing view out the balcony. Lot of space to park outside and the host is very quick with any help needed. Kitchen is full with lot of ingredients, we cooked pasta there with those ingredients. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Gudauri or Kazbegi.

L’emplacement du logement est idéal pour réaliser toutes les visites touristiques à pied. Près de tout les bon restaurants. L’hôte (Jeff) est très réactif et aimable. Il ne faut pas être trop grand (+1m80) pour la parie chambre du duplex, le plafond est bas à des endroits. Il offre quand même une expérience inoubliable.

Fabulous Airbnb, it made me RELAX and ENJOY. I loved the thoughtful touches in the apartment and the bathtub is a huge plus to the experience. The apartment is very cool. Mikha is an excellent and responsive host, it was really easy communicating with him. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is not looking to explore tbilsi too much due to its distance from the old town and typical tourist spots, however it’s incredibly worth it as long as you know what you’re going for!! Bolts are accessible too so it’s not a huge deal but i did spend some money going back and forth (still worth it!!), thank you mikha you made my birthday very special with this apartment!!

Anastasia and Eduard were great. Responsive. Helpful. Beautiful , roomy apartment with un matched views. Close to Bolt pickup spot or 20 minute walk to center city.
