Beachfront holiday rentals in Catarroja

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super nice view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there. You drive down the mountain and are immediately at a very nice beach, and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera center is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. We had a great stay in this apartment located two minutes' walk from the sea, ideally located close to all amenities. The apartment was clean, well laid out and above all very functional, with air conditioning in all rooms – a real plus for comfort. The owners were lovely: they allowed us to arrive very late without any extra charge and even let us leave at noon, which allowed us to take our time. A great experience that I would recommend without hesitation!

The stay in this beautiful apartment was fantastic for us. If you have any questions, you will always be helped, the bathroom and the apartment were clean and without sand (despite the proximity to the beach). The view is great and the way to the sea is done in 2 minutes.

The accommodation was well located and a few meters from the beach, although my stay was short, I felt at home 100% recommended

Fantastic location right next to the beach, beautiful home, incredibly clean and stocked with cooking supplies. Perfect stay for a great deal.

Pros- For us, this place checked all our boxes and we gave 5 stars. The apartment was very clean, tidy, stocked kitchen, starter trash bags, plenty of dish soap, and toliet paper. The view is literally 360° and stunning. Both hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Elevator. Plenty of parking. Super close to Valencia Old Town and Aquarium (about 15 min drive). Cons- These are for full disclosure, but did not affect us directly. In order to maximize views, there is a lack of privacy and only one room (the twin) is fully enclosed. Even the shower has a window looking to the living room. Odd, yes, but the views didn't bother us and were gorgeous. One shower did not have hot water (hosts were quick to offer a plumber- we said no). There were some random ants around the apartment.

The place is very nice and located directly at the beach. A huge thanks to David for letting us in the Appartement with much flexibility. As well thanks to Antonio for his proactive and very helpful communication ☺️☺️

Great hostess, very clean apartment! Maria responds quickly to questions. I was there with my two daughters, 7 and 9 years old. Good restaurants are (mostly) within walking distance! There is no subway connection. The city can be reached by bus or, as we had, by car in 20 minutes. Large supermarket 1 km away. There are no souvenirs or other shopping options, but if you want that, you can go to the city anyway. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. Almost everything is available in the apartment (parasol for the beach, beach towels, washing machine, etc.). Hand washing is required for the dishes, as there is no dishwasher available. However, flushing utensils are also available. Upon the 1st entry into the apartment, we immediately felt comfortable! We were thoroughly satisfied, and would definitely come back at any time 🥰👍

Marta's place is amazing, spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is spectacular, the Albufera and the sea just a few steps. The community pool was clean and comfortable as well. Great local spots, reataurants, merkats, bike rental, pharmacy, everything you need for a great vacay! Marta is an extremely kind& responsive host.

The apartment is great, the location is excellent and the host was very attentive and kind at all times.

The house is as listed, amazing views right onto the beach. A lovely walk along the beach front. Mary was very helpful and responsive, giving lots of info on the area etc. The house is approx 30mins by car from Valencia City / airport, I would recommend having a car as the area can be quiet, especially in low season. Even though we had a car, we still took the bus into Valencia City on one of the days, it was approx 15mins walk to the bus and then 50mins on the bus. It was cheap and a nice journey through smaller towns, even our small children enjoyed it. There is lots to do and see in the area, again a car would make it easier to see around but there seems to be good bus links. The house had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. We felt very safe and at home throughout our stay.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to others, clean and modern apartment right next to Patacona beach. The flat looks better than the photos show. Great pool which wasn’t even cold in May, loads of playgrounds nearby for kids. Easy bus into town or if you’re feeling lazy like us one can get quick uber into the centre of town for only €8. Proactive host was very responsive. We would stay again, thank you!

The perfect place, just like the host, beach right next to the house, accessible by a small path, pool a few steps from the house, easy parking at the door of the house and we went with three cars, easy to go shopping and eat nearby, a 10 out of 10.

The stay in the apartment completely met my expectations and is really recommended if you want accommodation on the beach. It is located just outside Valencia in a quiet area, but you can easily reach the city by bus in about 1 hour, by car 20 minutes. For this, the accommodation with balcony and sea view is really inexpensive and it is worth it. The locals were also friendly and open. Equipment is as described, you have almost everything you need (dish soap, detergent, soap, shower gel, etc.) The apartment is very clean and you can feel comfortable. Alberto is very friendly, caring, accommodating and communication went smoothly. He even picked me up on the day of my departure and drove me to the airport, otherwise I wouldn't have made it in time! Thank you again Alberto for everything, I will certainly come back 💞🫶🏻🥰

Beautiful spot at the marina close to the beach and restaurants

The stay was super nice. Daiana was very nice to us and sent a dossier before the stay, which was very helpful, for example, for bus trips or taxis. In addition, she responds very quickly and also answers questions about the environment and other small things. The way to Valencia is very good and without changes thanks to the bus line in the village. The well-equipped kitchen can be used very well to cook for yourself. The location on the beach is great, you can hear the sea rushing and can take beautiful walks on the promenade. Overall, the accommodation is perfect for a vacation for two. We enjoyed the time very much and may come back.😁☺️
