I am really thrilled, everything was 100 percent right. A nice little apartment in a nice house. Very quiet and just perfect for me. I can recommend this apartment.

Great environment. A place to feel good. Heike is a very attentive hostess. Always accessible and always kind. You can tell that she wants her guests to be well. I always like to come back.

The accommodation is very clean, nicely furnished and you feel right at home. There was nothing missing. Communication with the hosts was great and we got answers quickly. Since family lives in the area, we will definitely book the accommodation again!

Johannes is a great host, everything well prepared. The apartment is well laid out and everything you need is on site. Even a terrace with a view of the garden. The residential area is very quiet, and you have to go somewhere else to eat. He even provided a bicycle on request, very good.

We were in Waltrop to visit my daughter and grandchild. Moritz was always available and very flexible. The reception was warm and the whole process absolutely uncomplicated. There were even drinks in the fridge to welcome you. The apartment was very clean. It had everything you needed. Moritz was always available for questions. We will be happy to come back.

We were very welcome with our 2 dogs. The location is perfect for going for a walk. Silvi was super helpful and always responded directly to our messages. We had a very very very nice stay! :)

Niko's place reflected his personality—friendly, welcoming, neat, and cool. Although I didn't interact with Niko much, I found his apartment to be fantastic. The most impressive feature was his smart home system. It made navigating the space incredibly easy, and his instructions were crystal clear. Thank you.

We enjoyed the stay in the flat situated in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well furnished. We loved the homey accents in the house. Thanks also for welcoming us with some local foods for breakfast. We felt right at home.

14 days of vacation in a beautiful accommodation. Checking was hassle-free and very easy, parking was no problem as there were always enough parking spaces on the street. The house is located in a very green area and we were awakened every day with birdsong. The facility is completely great, we didn't miss anything, we could also use the garden. Anja provided us with a very clean accommodation and made extra space in the garage for our bikes. Anje is also happy to help at any time and gives good tips. We have taken beautiful bike rides on the Ruhr.

The stay was really great! The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need - including a minibar. A perfect combination of comfort and location. The environment is quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing or as a starting point for activities in Dortmund. Highly recommended!

A very large and super-equipped apartment in a good location with two very special highlights: a whirlpool - and a private cinema with four comfortable armchairs, Netflix access, a large screen and great sound. The location is also great: In a few minutes' walk you can reach the nearest subway station and a shopping center, yet it is very quiet. I was there by bike, and the apartment was the perfect starting point for trips to the Zollverein mine, the Nordsternpark in Gelsenkirchen and other interesting places. The communication with Lucas was great, fast response times and help with questions/problems at any time. If I am drawn back to the area, I would like to stay here again as a guest!

Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully thought out to the millimeter and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy. The lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. Without a doubt, my mother and I rested and relaxed as much as we needed. The jacuzzi is amazing. We had a very nice experience. We will definitely repeat

We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The whirlpool is a real hit, everything is lovingly furnished and clean. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings and large windows. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, freshness of the bed linen and a comfortable bed. The blinds in the bedroom were very useful, thanks to them I was able to sleep. The good pressure in the shower was also pleasing. The kitchen was disappointing. There was no dishwasher, although it was listed in the amenities. We were looking for a place with an equipped kitchen, so that we could cook during our five-day stay. A kitchen without a dishwasher is a thing of the past. Half a day spent washing dishes is not an option for those who intend to cook their own food. The refrigerator was even more disappointing - it was slightly cooler than the air in the kitchen. No freezers were found at all. To cool the drinks, we turned the regulator to the maximum, then loaded the purchases, and by evening all the products were frozen. We had to throw out all the greens, vegetables and buy again. At the same time, we had to buy a sharp knife and a grater. If you eat exclusively outside the house, the location is excellent, a bunch of cafes. With parking, you'll be lucky.

The apartment is awesome! Everything is very clean, the amenities are great! Everything you need! I only had to take half of my things from home, because everything was available. Whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. We don't need to talk about the bathroom. It's pure luxury. You can always find a parking spot nearby. It's quiet. Nice neighbors. Public transport is nearby. You can get anywhere fast. And there are also shopping facilities nearby. Dirk was very nice and always available. Everything wonderful.

It is very quiet and the facilities were very good. The whirlpool was a great offer. Since there were three of us there, it was also very good that there is an additional toilet in the apartment. Smart TV and fast, working Internet were also available. Everything that is part of the standard equipment was also in the kitchen. Klaus and Marianne were very nice and welcomed us very hospitably. I highly recommend staying with the two.
