We were at the accommodation over a weekend and were super satisfied. It was like a mini vacation. We were greeted personally with our dog and were allowed to share the beautifully landscaped garden. The apartment was very cool, which was a blessing at 30 degrees. Thanks for a great stay

I felt great in the apartment, my kids and wife were exited to explore the place. I loved all about it: drinks, fruits, chocolate, beds, shower. I could continue, but I let you find out the rest :). I’ve been a host for a long time, Susanne is doing a great job. It’s great, clean and cozy.

I have rarely felt as at home as with Bettina and her husband. Very quiet location, both are mega friendly and helpful. Both thumbs up!!! Will definitely be back.

Hello to everyone who is reading this. A quiet and very cozy apartment. Everything was clean and very cozy. Communication with the host also went well. One thing, personally, I'm used to sleeping on big beds, and it turned out to be a little small for me, but you quickly get used to it. And also, if you intend to leave early in the morning on weekends by public transport, plan it in advance. Because buses run extremely rarely. In general, I have only positive emotions. Oh, yes, I was also pleased with the presence of a minibar. Which was a great savior in hot weather. I recommend everyone to stay here ☺️

I recently stayed at this beautiful accommodation. The apartment is as in the pictures. It is well equipped, beautifully designed and nothing is missing. Markus and his wife are very nice and friendly landlords. Parking is free nearby, the S-Bahn is a 3-5 minute walk away. The apartment is located in a quiet area. I have already booked another time for August.

We felt very comfortable in Kaya's small house and also enjoyed sitting a little in the quiet garden in the evening.

It was a lovely stay. The house was spacious, clean and the beds were (too) comfortable. The garden is to fall in love with. Enjoy the birds, squirrels and other animals we have seen. The only pity was the weather, but despite that, it was fantastic. We will definitely come back when the sun is shining. Marcus is particularly helpful and the communication is very friendly. The apartment was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for the stay. Youssef responded to my messages very quickly. Everything about Youssef, the apartment and its cleanliness was very good; however, we were disturbed by the noise of the neighbors while resting. One of the neighbors heard loud calls to prayer (Adhan) and music, phoned loudly until late at night, and this noise prevented us from sleeping.

An amazing stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the attention to detail really made us feel at home. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality we truly appreciated it.

Pietra's place is beautiful, cozy and super well located. For those who like to cook, the apartment is perfect! We spent wonderful days in Dusserdorf.

The three of us stayed at Corinna's place for three days. Even before that, the communication was great and everything could be easily clarified. Corinna was super friendly and we could always turn to her. She was able to give us a few good tips for the area, but also had a folder in the apartment in which everything necessary could be found. The accommodation was very cozy, simple and timelessly furnished and we immediately felt comfortable. The city is easily accessible via a few stairs and you have everything you need. Great stay, very central and convenient location. Amazing and big terrace with many beautiful plants. Big kitchen. If you have a chance to visit Dortmund you won't regret staying here.

There were no complications - we would love to come back.

Consider yourselves really lucky and blessed if you can get a booking at this place at your desired dates! This apartment, and so the owners: Ulf & Charlotte, are truly deserving the 5 stars-rating by all their guests who had been here before us! :) The other guests already wrote pretty much everything we wanted to write, about how squeaky clean everything is in this apartment, how comfortable, how quiet, how modern it is, etc., and it provides everything you need for a short or even long stay. They even have an EV charger! And with the parking space just right outside the entrance door, is really convenient! And another thing that was super nice was the 2 AC units (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room), and they put shutters at all windows! which is great! not only for privacy but also to prevent heat coming from the outside. We were staying here during a very hot weekend, which was up to 32°-33°C (with real feel of 34°). But we were super comfortable inside the apartment.

I had a really nice time with Birgit, as I have the last few times. The apartment was very conveniently located for my training and beautifully quiet in a rear building with great amenities and very well maintained and lovingly decorated. Birgit was a very likeable, friendly hostess, who was always concerned about my well-being and was easily accessible. If I have another training in Wanne-Eickel, I will be happy to come back. I felt very much at home.
