Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

What a fantastic place and location. Tranquil, stunning views, located perfectly to explore the local area. Lots of character; quaint and quirky. As hosts Isabella and Claudio were amazing. Always helpful, friendly and very responsive when we asked them about places to go to. Apartment was located at the very top of the village and provided us with stunning views whenever we ate outside. Fabulous BBQ area and a great choice of outdoor seating. Highly recommended.

A cozy paradise nestled among an idyllic olive orchard, ran by the host family who gave us a sample bottle of their olive oil to enjoy during our stay (delicious!). Azzurra was very proactive, flexible and helpful during check in, and even gave us fabulous recommendations for local restaurants, nearby beaches and more. Beyond that, the apartment itself was full of little niceties and thoughtful details that showed Azzurra truly knows how to properly host guests who may be weary from travels. Lastly, we made friends with a charming and well-behaved old dog who politely greeted us during our morning coffee on the patio. 10/10, would love to return!

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home! The area is very quiet and the property is completely fenced, which makes it ideal for our dog. The house is perfectly equipped and very clean. We really enjoyed spending the evenings on the spacious terrace and in the lounge. The free charging station for our electric car was a really generous and practical extra. Francesco and your family were incredibly attentive and friendly. You immediately feel the warm atmosphere and your hospitality. I highly recommend your home and you as a Host. We enjoyed Maria's great house. We were kindly received by Maria and her family, where we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and delicious cake. We were with 6 adults. There's plenty of room. It's great that every bedroom has its own bathroom. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful setting with a lovely swimming pool among the olive trees and it is really equipped with all comforts. The charger for the electric car is also very nice. We picked up fresh bread every morning from the local baker in the village, 5 minutes away by car. Good base for the beautiful cities such as Lucca, Siena, Florence. The beach is also a great option. We felt very much at home. Maria and family, thank you for the wonderful time in your beautiful home.

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was exactly what we were looking for. A charming place equipped like a home with everything you need - even an EV charger. The house keeper was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We would be happy to come back another time.

We had an all-around perfect time with Tamara and Roger. A beautiful place to relax in the midst of nature surrounded by olive trees has been created here. Our apartment was clean, well equipped and stylishly furnished. On your own terrace, you can enjoy your food, a glass of wine and the view (including sunset). The grounds are spacious, with many beautiful seating options and a great pool. There is also a small fitness room. Tamara took care of the property, the animals and the guests with a lot of love and dedication. We got some great tips from her. Unfortunately, our 3-night stay was far too short. We will definitely come back and would recommend it to everyone. Thank you Tamara, for this great experience! 🥰

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. Olga's villa is absolutely stunning. Our family of 9 had the most wonderful visit. We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful and well appointed kitchen, eating outside on the terrace, swimming in the pool, and relaxing outside on the terrace, enjoying the peaceful beauty and breathtaking views of Tuscany. Olga's place is truly special. Olga was very communicative, helpful and kind. We highly recommend her villa to others.

We had an unforgettable stay at this villa for our bachelorette getaway! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. The views were absolutely breathtaking — even better than in the pictures! The villa had everything we needed to set the perfect atmosphere: fully stocked kitchen with plates and glasses, plenty of towels, and thoughtful details throughout. We loved picking fresh lemons from the garden and finding peaceful spots around the property to read and relax. It’s incredibly private and serene — the perfect escape. While the drive-up can be a bit tricky at first, it quickly becomes second nature and is well worth it.This place exceeded all of our expectations. Highly, highly recommend — we'd come back in a heartbeat!

We have just returned from our Italian holiday and would like to say a few kind words about our wonderful host Pietro. Pietro is a very friendly and warm person - thanks to him we never felt like strangers. He gave us a lot of helpful information, even before we had to ask. We were delighted with the products from his garden and took fresh fruit and vegetables as well as olive oil from his own cultivation with us when we left. As soon as you enter the accommodation, you will be greeted by the beautiful olive trees in the courtyard - simply fantastic! We very much hope that we will see each other again one day. We spent four nights in Michele's house. The house is very well equipped, e.g. fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, induction hob and microwave, good internet and also very useful things like fly screens. The private terrace and pool were simply fantastic. The accommodation is very suitable for day trips such as to Pisa, Volterra or San Gimignano. Michele is a great host who always responds quickly and gives many useful tips. We will be happy to come back!

I recommend it to everyone! The house is very tidy and well-equipped. The garden is beautifully maintained with care and order. Perfect for families! The sea is just a few minutes' walk away and the area is very quiet. Very kind and helpful host, both for giving advice and on arrival/departure times. It's worth it, it's worth it, it's worth it!!!

We had 8 wonderful days at Vallorsi, and didn’t wanna leave. Lovely pool, wine tasting, friendly people and just amazing views and environments. Tasty wines and beverages was available against pay when checking out which was convenient since you needed a car to go to the store. However - The store, big and well sorted, was just 5 km away We will be back for sure!

The accommodation is really very nice, an oasis of peace and tranquility. Here you can find the quiet life of the countryside, seasoned with excellent views of the Tuscan hills and beautiful sunsets. However, we recommend arriving by car, as it may be more difficult to reach some places on foot. Perfect outdoor garden, especially for small children!!! A round of applause for the impeccable cleanliness, no trace of dust!!! (not even under beds and furniture or in the most hidden corners). CONGRATULATIONS! Highly recommended, a reference point for our future trips in the region. Thanks!!

We were 2 and a dog there for a week. The apartment is rather small, but the outdoor area is large and fenced. Andrea showed us everything and gave good tips for the area. You should be well spread on mosquitoes, but even there Andrea had a starter set😏 ready.
