Very bright penthouse, with a gorgeous 180° view of the “Asinara Gulf” and the “Castle”. Excellent location, by the sea. You reach the very nice “Marina Beach” with just a 250m, downhill walk. The central Square of Castelsardo (“La Pianedda”) is at 600m.: from there you could walk up to the historic old village, to visit the "Old Cathedral", the “Doria Castle”, etc. The flat is totally new, properly equipped and with a wide terrace: you could eat outdoors, in front of the sea and the old town.

Shared swimmig pool on the roof (open from 01 june till 30 of september). you can find bottle of water, the and coffee for your breakfast, and soap for dishes. Towels , linens for and also beach towls are included. In you stay more then 7 days their change are free, while if you need other towels or bed linens, you should pay 20 euro in cash. We are pet friendly, but you should remove pet hairs, use your own bowl and pay extra 35 euro.
