Holiday rentals with beach access in Sardinia

Great, one of the most clean Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in, in Europe, over the 6 different years I have visited! Peaceful location, beautiful local beach and quiet town.

I loved my stay! The view is to die for and Andrea is an exceptional host. The apartment is located in a woodsy village that overlooks the sea. The large living room window was one of my favorite things and the proximity to the beach was the other. The apartment is basic but had everything I needed. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available for my use also. As a solo female traveler I always felt completely safe. The other people in the village were very welcoming and I never had parking issues. I highly recommended this accommodation.

Valentina is a very sweet girl and very attentive and helpful with the guest. Although I stayed a few days in this splendid apartment with my husband, we really felt right at home. Very close to the beach and the amenities of the small village, the apartment was really clean and comfortable. We found a landmark where we can come back, hopefully as soon as possible!!

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

The host was very kind and responsive, literally one of the best hosts! Place was cute with great views, liked the vibes and architecture of the kitchen and windows. Could use a little furniture update in the living room and bedroom. As well as new linens / towels.

We loved our stay at Manuela’s! What an amazing place. Stunning view, close walk to beach, very clean, and was stocked very well! We had everything we needed and more. Definitely recommend staying here.

M&G are great hosts. We had a lovely time at the apartment in Capo Falcone. We really felt at home, the covered area and the garden meant we permanently lived outdoors only coming back inside to shower/sleep. There are some great walks , recommend the one to the Torre Falcone (although you need to be fit to go the direct route) and the views to La Pelosa and the islands behind from the apartment and close by are breathtaking. We miss the simplicity of Stintino and Sardinia and we are already planning another 3 weeks in 2026. Thank you for being lovely hosts. Bar close by has snacks and simple meals of high quality at reasonable prices (music and views are great). Shopping in Stintino a 10 min drive away.

We were in Arbatax with our dog for a few days and had a nice time in the accommodation and in the area. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely be happy to come back. Thank you for the smooth process and support for and in the accommodation.

An authentic and atmospheric house in a very interesting Sardinian area. Extremely kind and hospitable hosts who provided us with a clean and well-maintained home.

We stayed with our dog for a week at Matteo's place. The house is simply fantastic. In a few minutes you can walk to the beach, which you have almost to yourself at this time. From the house you can go hiking and discover the coast. We can only recommend the house.

Manuel was a great host , giving us good information on local stuff to see, would have done more of it if we had more time. Future guest should know that the succa market in Palmadula is very well stocked , but you might drive by it like we did because it’s behind the farmacia, and the sign is faded from the great amount of sun they get there. It was interesting to read and learn about the towns mining history, hopefully we can make it back in the future. Thanks again Manuel🙏🏼

Patrizia is very, very friendly and welcoming! The appartment was perfect - clean, a lot of space in the rooms and had all the things you could need - dishes, glasses, iron etc. If the view from the balcony is one of main thing you look for - you will be very happy, because it is truly spectacular - all around sea view with Tavolara island in front! The town itself is also very calm and has a lot of flowers around, which makes the whole experience even better. In general - can't go wrong with renting this one, we loved the place!

Unfortunately, the directions from Airbnb were not quite correct, but through Alessandro's help you could find the place. Otherwise, the accommodation was an absolute dream. Very clean, quiet location and with a breathtaking view😊 Alessandro was really very helpful and fulfilled practically every wish. As a welcome gift, there was even a homemade wine and a small Sardinian specialty. We had a very nice stay!😊

What a place!!! Stefanos house looks exactly like in the pictures! It has direct access to the beach - which enabled us to walk on the beach with our morning coffees - what a wonderful experience!! The bed was by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in - I already searched online to find the pillows we had - need them for back home! Stefanos house was perfectly equipped - everything you will ever need is there. They have even a cupboard with sunscreen etc, in case you run out of yours :-) When we come back To Sardinia, this will be the plac where we stay in the south! Thank you very much Stefano!! Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. We were hosted very well by Eva's husband who speaks French very well so easier for us the accommodation is very well located 2 steps from the sea a private fenced yard so for our dog perfect everything was very functional and complete and thank you for all these recommendations that allowed us to have a very good stay.

Very clean, functional and very well located accommodation. Shops, restaurants and the beach nearby. We enjoyed the large terrace and private parking for our motorcycle. Maria Franca has invested a lot to make us feel good in her home. We had a pleasant stay. We recommend it without hesitating!!

We had a nice and pleasant staying in the apartment. The host greeted us with a bottle of wine, and it was very pleasant. We liked the terrace - with flowers, lemon tree and sea view. The towels for beach were unexpectedly nice surprise. Very clean, with everything necessary and even more. There is a supermarket really nearby the apartment, unfortunately during our staying it was closed for renovation. The other one is at 25 minutes walk.

Katia’s place is spectacular, right next to the water, offering two private beaches, a beautiful garden with a stone table with incredible view! Loved the gallery space outside of the house and the inside is super clean and modern. Katia was a super friendly and attentive host, she lives on the house on top but she always respected our privacy. Also the place is fully equipped with anything you need and more, there was cooking stuff, wine, coffee, water, fruits, many hygiene products, sunscreen. One of the best places we stayed!

Fantastic spot in Alghero. Luca was extremely communicative, provided clear instructions and was a great host. The accommodations are charming and very clean. Perfect stay in Alghero.
