We had a fantastic stay at Luisa’s place. Veronica’s was super with communication and recommendations. We loved the location and the view of the canals. Everything is within walking distance. I would only recommend to get precise instructions when getting off the ferry stop as we did get a little lost with the small Venice streets. It was a wonderful stay!

Alice has the best Air bnb i have stayed in! Very clean and modern with cold AC (AC is critical in Venice during the summer). Alice was helpful with directions and checking in and even provided lots of food and area recommendations. Cant recommend this place enough!

Great location right in the heart of the historic center! Walkable distance to public transportation, groceries and sightseeing. Very easy to get around. The place had everything I needed.

Great place! Would definitely recommend. It is bigger than the pictures for sure. Central to all kinds of things, and Sofia is so nice.

The accommodation is a true gem! The location, with its view of St. Mark's Square, nestled in the narrow alleys, is simply a dream. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures; very chic, with vintage furniture. The terrace is inviting. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. Communication with the concierge service was extremely pleasant, proactive, and very accommodating. We would return in a heartbeat if we ever came back to Venice.

There aren’t enough superlatives to positively describe this stay! The SUPER HOST AND SON went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, accommodating and pleasurable. Everything was beyond the description in a great way. We will be returning next year and will seek to stay at this location only. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our first visit to Venice phenomenal!

This place was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay - Giacomo's apartment was located in the beautiful Castello neighborhood which is in a less touristy part of Venice but still had wonderful restaurants and things to do nearby. Our dinner at nearby Nevodi was one of our favorites of our entire trip. The room with two twin beds had harder mattresses (which some might prefer) and the room with one single bed runs a bit warmer without its own A/C unit, but overall the apartment's location was amazing and the space was perfect for what we needed! This place felt like an authentic Venetian getaway, and Giacomo was friendly and accommodating to our needs. We had amazing stay and would definitely book again, grazie Giacomo!

Roberto was a fantastic host. His apartment was very clean and in the perfect location. He met us at the ferry when we arrived and walked us 5 minutes to the apartment. Thanks again, Roberto!

This is a wonderful apartment in a quite area. It is very comfortable and is just as pictured. We loved our daily view from the balcony. Very walkable location to the main areas (15-20 min to main area). There are many places to eat and shop nearby. Please note there are no elevators. I simply filled my extra carry on at the base of the stairs to make it easier for me to get the luggage up the stairs. Be sure to follow their clear instructions to get to the apartment…. Definitely take their instructions for the Valporetti Ferry. It brings you just 3 minutes away from their location. Avoid walking from the train station because you will encounter many bridges with no ramps.. not fun! The air runs from the living room so we kept the bedroom door open to keep it cooler. The couch in the living room pulls out into a bed. There is a full kitchen and washer… everything was very clean. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay. Wonderful location a little removed from all the noise and commotion, but still walkable to everything. The water-door is a very cool feature. It was very nice to have two sinks and toilets for a family of 4. Only negative is the sofa bed. It is very basic and if you had to sleep on it for several nights that would be tough.

This was such a great apartment! Spacious and clean, it was only minutes away from the Sites and Vaporetto stop. And time I had a question I received a response quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

This charming location was better than anticipated! Location was perfect!…away from the large crowds, close to the water for walks, great restaurants and atmosphere, neighborhood feel, felt extremely safe for a mother-daughter trip!

Fantastic. Close to everything. Restaurants, convenience store, small merchants, tours, vaporetto, etc. Very quiet apartment. The osteria has a terrace and you can see it from the bedroom. It can be a little noisy but at bedtime it closes so no worries. This restaurant is also very good and the owner is very friendly. Very well-equipped apartment, good bedding, impeccable linens and in good quantity. Exceptional location because it's close to everything. Really a little gem.

The location of this apartment was perfect for our family of 3. It's much quieter than some other neighborhoods in Venice, and is within a few minutes of the water buses. Good restaurants and popular tourist sites are also within walking distance. We never had to wait long for an answer from Davide when messaging through the Airbnb app. His restaurant recommendations helped us find much-needed dinner reservations and experience a taste of local cuisine. If you want to stay in Venice, we highly recommend Davide's place!

We really enjoyed Venice and the starting was a great place to stay. It was central to everything and was a great space to stay. Niko and Barnaba were great to deal with they gave great instructions and were very helpful on getting around and recommendations on what to do and see. Wonderful stay! Our host was very friendly and told us a both of recommendations on what do in the city. My friend and I loved the bath tub and sauna! Would stay again.

The place was perfect! Very well located, in an ideal spot, and spotlessly clean. It’s a unique triplex spread over three floors, which makes it both spacious and charming. Access is super easy through a private ground-floor entrance. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Great stay with a wonderful host! Lara was very welcoming and provided lots of practical tips that saved us a lot of time and effort during our trip. The location is super convenient — only 10 minutes to Venice’s Piazzale Roma with frequent connections every 10 minutes. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The host was always reachable for any questions. Highly recommended — especially for families with kids!

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.
