Beautiful place! Luxury cover, beautiful view, decoration of the first apartment, highlight the bed linen that was impeccable and in all bathrooms with liquid soap,shampoo and quality conditioner. A balcony with barbecue with a hard to describe view of so beautiful is a wine cellar full of high quality wines. Another special point was the receptivity of Hostã Yasmim and her husband who was excellent where he presented the whole apartment to us. Certainly when I return to Guarapari I will be there again

New apartment, fully equipped, super comfortable, I felt at home. Laudiceia, which was our host, very attentive and always worried if everything was going well. 24h gate, super insurance, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, snack bars all close.

The apartment is in perfect condition (painting of walls and impeccable plaster ceiling), electronic lock on the door. 3 bedrooms (2 are suite) very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are in good condition, the apartment has a gas heater, working perfectly. The concierge of the building is 24h and easy to access, the building has foot lava on the ground floor (as it is close to the beach). I will definitely locate again when I go to Guarapari.

Impeccable accommodation! The penthouse is even more beautiful than in the photos — spacious, super well decorated, with new and tasteful furniture in every room. The view is simply incredible, you can enjoy both the indoor area and the balcony. The leisure area is a show in itself: a delicious jacuzzi, a super cozy sauna and a barbecue with a brewery in the outdoor area that made everything even more complete. Perfect for enjoying good times with friends or family. The kitchen is super equipped, there was absolutely nothing missing, and the laundry was super useful during the stay. The rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning, ensuring quiet nights as if we were at home. And the location couldn't be better — close to everything and in a quiet area. Undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've ever had on Airbnb. We recommend with our eyes closed and we will definitely be back.

Our stay was super quiet, the apartment is very close to the beach and shops, Jussara was very attentive and communication with her is practical, my family and I had a lot of fun.

The apartment is very well located, foot in the sand, and close to the shops and restaurants of the Guarapari centrinho. It's even better than the photos! Limpinho, smelly and with all the amenities necessary to spend a more than quiet season - including without washing anything, since it has a dishwasher and laundry. Mariana is very friendly and communication with her was very easy, always assertive and flexible when possible. It provided us with all the necessary details, as well as super useful information for the time we stayed in the city. SUPER recommend the apartment and hope to return soon! The garage is really the garage, which is really very tight...

Great place to stay - Maria was extremely responsive and helpful, and went out of her way to arrange a taxi for us back to Vitoria airport. Her parents were also extremely welcoming and everything went very smoothly throughout. Very comfy rooms and great facilities! We highly recommend Maria's place to anyone wishing to stay in the area :)

This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. The house has also undergone improvements in the past year, making it even more comfortable. In addition to the complete leisure area and all the necessary utensils available, we are delighted by the beautiful view of the lagoon and the many fruit trees in the yard. We look forward to returning soon!

It is well worth the accommodation. It is extremely close to the beach, just a corner away from the beach of the hill, very well located. The extra good market is practically next door, not to mention the markets and restaurants. The apartment was impeccable with clean and overcomes the photos of the ad. We were very happy and satisfied with the comfort, with the location, with everything that the apt provided. Too much worth it! My family was delighted. We went in a group of 8 people and a baby and it was all very quiet and tasty. We stayed for 9 days.
