Step out from the apartment onto a large deck overlooking a 340 acre all-sports lake. Paddle boat and kayaks incl. Winter activities include proximity to Swiss Valley Ski Resort. It has a very fun private lakefront on Dewey Lake, with a private dock and a small private beach area. Completely gated yard, tons of outdoor furniture, and a fire ring for bonfires and s'mores! Sleeps 20 with 7 bedrooms, 13 beds, and 3.5 bathrooms! The home is dog-friendly and child-friendly and is truly a wonderful lakefront getaway for families and groups both large and small!

Our place is great for couples, families (with kids), and large non-rowdy groups, In addition to summer and fall rentals, the house can be rented for ND football weekends. It is a 40-minute drive to the stadium. If you want to be closer to ND (within a mile) check out our other listing here on AirBNB. NOTE: Fireworks are NOT to be used on our properties at anytime.
