Whether your wanting a quite weekend retreat or a family get together this cottage meets your needs. Large two story open concept with a loft, 2 private bedrooms, three full bathrooms, large 2nd floor with 2 king beds, 2 pull out couches gives you plenty of sleeping room. Large porch and second story balcony over look the lake. Full access to beautiful diamond lake, plenty of onsite parking.

The Row House on Front

The charming historical Row Houses were originally built for the railroad that runs right through town; in yester-year, the very first stop of the legendary Orphan Train. Later, The Row offered housing for the workers of the famous Potbellied Stoves that were manufactured here and added to the prosperity of this town. Now you can tuck into the charming history of this sweet house with all the modern conveniences. Perfect walking distance to everything you need in lovely quaint Dowagiac.

The Box for Guests Over 21

All guests must be 21 or older. Affectionately known as "The Box", this is a romantic getaway for water lovers, wine and beer tasters, and peace seekers. Enjoy excellent fishing, kayaking, swimming, and amazing sunsets. 5G Wi-Fi, Netflix, Pandora, and 2 TVs. Due to insurance and AirBnB policies, all guests must be listed on the reservation - even if they're just visiting and not staying overnight. We can't host dogs; please don't ask us to make an exception - we can't.
