I had a wonderful stay., they were fantastic in accommodations for me and my service dog who loved the yard. The home is beautiful and the host was very accommodating. communication was great. I look forward to staying there when I’m in that area again.

This was the perfect condo for our family of four! We were visiting StoryLand and being able to stay directly across the street was convenient! The condo was clean, TV in all the rooms and comfy beds! Keith was very responsive and helpful! We'd stay here again next year when we come back to StoryLand! Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

Great house! Very spacious, plenty of bathrooms, and fantastic location. Very easy to communicate with the owners and check in/out was simple. My minor only critique is that we wish the grill were a bit bigger and nicer. We wanted to grill one day, but we were a little disappointed and unable to do so due to the grill quality. Would definitely stay again!

Top notch spot and host!! We had such a great time at Alexa’s lovely home! It was so cozy, beautifully decorated, modernized, and had all the essential items you’d need - plus it is completely pet friendly! Our dog loved the fenced in yard with a doggy door to get out to it. The sauna, endless pool, and hot tub are just amazing amenities to have on site - that sunroom was my favorite place in the house to say the least! Can’t say enough about it and Alexa, too! She is super friendly, responsive, and had great recommendations for fun and good food in the area. Overall, it was just a wonderful and relaxing experience for our first time on the Maine coast and we can’t wait to visit again!

This beach house was an absolute dream. Perfectly located just steps from the ocean, with tons of natural light and beautiful design throughout. It felt like a true home away from home - peaceful, airy and well equipped with everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Excellent location! Right on the beach. Beautiful gardens. Bird feeders gave us some view of the wildlife. The indoor porch was a spectacular place to sit and surround yourself with natural light. Roku TV allows you to easily connect your streaming platforms. We appreciate the kitchen basics provided.... basic spices and oils are a nice touch and very helpful. Very comfortable.

This was our second stay at Michael's house. The house is in a great location near the town of Windham and on the water. The house was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Michael was very helpful and attentive. We would definitely like to stay there again! Thank you so much!

Everything from start to finish was great with our stay! Our dates shifted by a day, so we had to move our dates and Rachael was super nice and accommodated our stay for us. When we got to the property, it was in a great location, the place was immaculate and everything was in perfect order. We are sharing this place with our Coastie friends as a suggested place for them and/or their visiting family members to stay. Highly recommend this property!

Amanda’s place is super comfortable! Very pleasant, relaxing space, really comfy beds (although for a tall person they’re a bit short) and very clean, with luxurious towels and bedding. Beautiful mornings with coffee and birdsong on the screened in porch!

Kate’s place is in a beautiful location and has so much to do. We loved the wildlife, the easy access to Portland and all the yard games. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful and comfortable house in a lovely natural setting, five minutes from Pleasant Mountain, which we think is a wonderful family ski area. Marty was very kind and extremely helpful with all our questions and requests. We would love to return and experience other seasons here as well.

What a time in Naples Maine! What a beautiful home, and even better property. We did not want to leave! Truly recommend for anyone looking to explorer the lakes region of Maine! You can park your car at the house and not use it the rest of your time there!

My family really enjoyed our stay at Justin's Cozy Lakefront Cottage on Little Sebago. It was exactly as advertised - a cozy lakefront cottage. We especially enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks and a canoe (and plenty of life jackets) , as well as the dock and floating pier. This access made it easy to enjoy the lake all day. And the view of the stars from the dock at night was incredible. We enjoyed listening to the loons at night, and had many fabulous meals on the screened in porch. The inside of the cabin is very cozy and there are games to play and books to read. Justin gave us many great recommendations for places to enjoy in the area. In particular, we liked the lobster rolls at Fishermen's Catch and everything from The Good Life. It was easy to make day trips to Portland and Freeport. Overall, this was a very relaxing trip and everyone from age 12 to 60 thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Justin has thought of everything for you to have a wonderful vacation.

This unit was delightful in every way...clearly a labor of love, solidly and tastefully built, such a well-stocked kitchen, terrific lighting, spotless, awesome spaces to hang out (screened-in porch, back deck, multiple places to sit and eat), very thoughtfully done! We enjoyed the firepit with all the fixings to get a fire going. Quiet road with easy access to Portland and also points further north. Second year we have stayed here and haven't ever turned on the TV. Our favorite time is evening sitting by the water of in the enclosed porch listening to the loons. A perfect place to unplug and unwind.

This property is the perfect blend of lake house and a cabin in the woods. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the spices and pots & pans you might need. A grill, a fire pit, comfortable beds, and a cozy living room make it so easy to relax. Mo provides great recommendations for the Sebago Lake area and is very responsive. Highly recommend.

My family and I had a serene experience staying here. Although the weather was mostly rainy or cloudy, we loved the lake location and maximized the indoor, outdoor, and nearby activity options. The hosts were so responsive, regardless of the question, and made this a truly delightful visit. This was my parents’ first Airbnb experience and it set the bar higher than I could have imagined! My family and I are already talking about coming back!!

I’ve been going to Frye Island ME for close to 50 years; as a guest, a renter, then as an owner (for 20 years) and now as a renter again. It is challenging to find “nice” rental properties as many of the rentals are older cottages and the pictures are not representative of their current condition. Austin’s cottage is very new and as such it is just as the pictures show; it is very clean and well cared for! It’s perfect for a family of 6.
