Absolutely beautiful apartment right in the centre of Lucca. Lucia was a wonderful host, and provided excellent recommendations for wineries and shopping! The kitchen has everything you need. We like to cook a couple of meals in and the kitchen was beautifully equipped with very nice pots and pans etc. It was also fantastic that she had olive oil, salt and pepper and other spices. Super comfy bed and bedding. This has been our favourite Airbnb to stay in, we were so comfortable and felt right at home. Thank you Lucia for your fabulous hospitality!! We would definitely stay here again!

Very tidy and clean house. Cinzia was super responsive with messaging and check in was very easy. Close to many great hikes in the area. Would recommend!

My wife and I loved the apartment. Easy walk from the railway station. Easy to find. Very clean. All mod cons. Quiet at night. Good air con. Excellent Wi-Fi. Spotlessly clean throughout. No complaints at all. Entry is via a steep staircase only though, so be aware of that if you have heavy bags. We will certainly rebook if/when we return to Lucca. Thank you Federico 👍

Recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento en Peccioli. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien atendidos. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio y la ubicación es ideal para recorrer la Toscana. Las recomendaciones de estacionamiento, restaurantes y lugares turísticos fueron muy valiosas. Además, contar con café y utensilios de aseo fue un detalle muy considerado. ¡Gracias por una estadía maravillosa! Nos entrego Lorenzo y Francisca personalmente el apto con todas las indicaciones

Il soggiorno presso la casa di Stefano e Serena è stato fantastico, tutto era estremamente ordinato e pulito, non mancava nulla, dal detersivo allo shampoo per la doccia, addirittura abbondanti prodotti per una ricca colazione, caffè, acqua fresca e bevande, mai visto prima! Serena ci ha accolto all'arrivo con grande calore, ci ha dato ottime indicazioni e ci ha consentito di prolungare l'orario del check out, veramente un'accoglienza ottima. grazie mille, torneremo!!

The location is perfect – Pisa is a small city, and this apartment is very easy to reach from anywhere. It’s close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The place itself is spotlessly clean and impressively well-maintained. The interior design is beautiful and full of character – you can tell a lot of thought and love went into it. Everything we needed was there: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, cozy living space – it truly felt like home. We were able to relax completely during our stay, and we really appreciated all the small touches that made a big difference. If we ever come back to Pisa, we would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Wir waren für 1 Nacht in der Wohnung. Es war alles bestens, gemütlich und sauber. Optimal für 4 Personen. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auch wegen der zentralen Lage. Auch die Aussicht aus dem 2. Stock ist schön. Wenn die Koffer nicht riesig sind, können diese gut über das Treppenhaus in die Wohnung gebracht werden. Wir haben amn der Stadtmauer geparkt, war kein Problem. I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen in dem traumhaften Appartement verbracht. Der Garten und das dazugehörige Anwesen einfach zauberhaft. Das Apartment sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wer einen ruhigen Ort zum entspannten sucht kommt zu 100 Prozent auf seine Kosten. Florenz bestens zu erreichen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Danke für den unvergesslichen Aufenhalt! Wir würden es immer wieder empfehlen.

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

L'alloggio di Elisa è splendido, immerso nella natura e nel silenzio. Gli spazi sono confortevoli e dispongono di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno piacevole. Elisa è stata sempre pronta a rispondere alle nostre domande e a darci consigli, Irina e Gianni, genitori di Elisa che vivono accanto, sono due persone meravigliose, disponibili e gentili. Sicuramente se ripasseremo in zona, torneremo qui! Grazie di tutto :)

Lorenzo est un hôte disponible, reactif et dynamique. Il nous a fourni des précieuses informations sur les sites à visiter et les activités environnantes. Le logement est restauré avec beaucoup de goût et d'authenticité. une place de parking à proximité immédiate s'est avérée très pratique. je recommande sans réserve.

Smukt og fantastisk er nøgleord, der beskriver sted, hus og værter. Udsigten er udsøgt og spiller i samspil med de fantastiske værter, der var meget imødekommende og serviceorienterede til mindste detalje. Ontvangst door de host was bijzonder gastvrij en warm. Het huis was bij aankomst goed schoongemaakt. De ligging van het huis is mooi, met uitzicht over de Toscaanse heuvels. Er is een grote tuin met een olijfgaard. Voor onze twee hondjes was het een fijne plek. Onze dochter heeft ook enorm genoten. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis om Toscaanse steden te bezoeken. Voor ons is het een plek om terug te komen.

Piękna okolica, idealne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Toskanii. Super miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi (dostępne łóżeczko dla dzieci, a nawet barierka do łóżka dla dzieci które śpią z rodzicami 😉). Nicolo odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze potrzeby, a samo mieszkanie oddaje w pełni toskański klimat 😀 bardzo polecamy!

The place is excellent and situated in a very walkable neighborhood with restaurants, retail and an amazing gelato shop all within steps. One street at the base of the building seems to be blocked off from traffic and is a very pleasant place to stroll around. The beds, furnishings, and ambiance are all comfortable and stylish. We got a taxi to the place from the Santa Maria Novella train station because the one tram we tried to get on was completely full when we tried to get on in the afternoon. We also got a taxi to go into the center of Florence just to save time versus riding the tram. In the evening we did find the tram convenient for going a few stops away to a specific pizza restaurant we wanted to visit called La Gioconda Guarda Napoli that was excellent, although you can find plenty of restaurant options within steps nearby but we didn’t try any.

We had a fantastic stay at Martina & Paolo’s lovely home! The house is beautiful and was perfect for a peaceful break after a few days in Florence. The area is stunning and all amenities are as described, but the real highlight was Martina & Paolo’s kindness and hospitality! Martina was responsive and flexible during check-in and throughout the stay, and gave us a very informative tour of the house on arrival, along with some cake and a bottle of wine! They gave us recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and were more than happy to help with any questions we had about the house or the area. They clearly cared a lot about making our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and even offered us snacks and drinks after a long walk! They did a great job of making us feel welcome, and it was lovely to chat to them and get to know them a bit while we were there! Overall, we highly recommend this place and would suggest saying hello to Martina & Paolo if you do stop by!

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

we had a great short 2 day break in Elenas place. the accommodation is more beautiful in real life and perfectly located for walking distance to everything, Including the train. it more than comfortable for two couples. we were disappointed to only be there for 2 days. thank you for the wonderful stay whilst exploring beautiful Lucca.

Logement très propre, conforme à l'annonce. Chambre très spacieuse, avec une très bonne literie. Place de parking dans la résidence. Situé à quelques kilomètres de Pise, très central pour faire la visite de la Toscane. Nous remercions Francesca qui nous a accueilli avec ponctualité et pour ses conseils pour les visites.

Appartamento bellissimo, attrezzato con tutto… la signora Sabrina sempre molto disponibile … appartamento in una zona comodissima per andare al centro di Firenze … stazione centrale a 50 mt dal appartamento con un parcheggio enorme e gratuito affianco la stazione… sicuramente ritorneremo !!!
