Excellent welcome, the host made herself available to all our expectations by messages. Impeccable, functional (there is Netflix), spacious accommodation. I 1000% recommend this accommodation ☺️

Marco was a fantastic host! He texted us beforehand asking if we wanted to self check-in or have him meet us there. Meeting us on the street as we arrived, he took us straight up and immediately started to explain all amenities, along with providing us with some lovely maps of Montecatini and Lucca. He strongly recommended a visit to his favourite local place of Lucca, in which his recommendation was very well received as we spent the Sunday wandering the splendid medieval town. All in all I would very much recommend this AirBnB, as it's 5min walk from main centre, the station and many authentic restaurants (which Marco told us about when we asked him). Don't forget to also take the vernacular and visit Montecatini-Alto in the hills!

Firstly what a wonderful person Moira is and an absolute pleasure to meet. We were contacted by Moira who advised that she had a meeting later in the day and asked if we could meet early to check-in; excellent. Moira was really friendly and greeted us warmly. She showed us around the apartment and explained where everything was. We paid our occupancy taxes and she went to her meeting. Our initial look around demonstrated that the furnishing and presentation of the apartment was exactly as described in the wording on the site and the photos illustrated. The bed and sofa were both firm but comfortable and the kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates, cups and glasses etc that you would ever need. The shower was nice and hot and well ventilated. The addition of an outdoor space is a real plus as an additional somewhere to sit and leave clothing to dry. The location of the apartment is excellent; within easy walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants - we will certainly plan to return.

We had the most amazing stay at Francesco‘s. The view from the garden was incredible and at night we were lucky enough to see lots of fireflies which was just magical. Francesco was a great host and made us feel right at home. The apartment really is a little gem in the hills of Monte Pisano and we would love to come back for another stay.

We had such a lovely week at Martina's beautiful home. The setting is stunning. Despite very bad luck with weather and rain most days, we had lovely visits to Pisa, Lucca, Florence (by train), Montecatini Terme, Livorno and the beautiful coast at Marina di Pisa on the one sunny day! Martina is a kind and generous host and the delicious homemade tart on arrival was much appreciated and enjoyed! We enjoyed two different local pizzerias and the Co-op in Calci is a very handy supermarket. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment. Light, Clean and airy. Everything you need. Great lighting. 2 Huge TVs. 2 terraces, so the best of the sun all day. Superb walk-in wardrobe. Just loved everything about it. Beautifully appointed. Great place.

What an incredible experience staying in this historic villa. I cannot believe the price we paid for what we experienced. Upon entry, I felt like I was walking into a museum or castle. Frescos on the ceiling in the common entry way that leads to the secret garden courtyard. The place is so incredibly inviting, like you are visiting Nona’s house for supper. Considering the age of the building, everything inside functions well. It was truly a memorable time for our family, and we are so glad we had the chance to experience this little town staying in this place. Simone and Rita were beautiful people with kind hearts. They even sent a masseuse to have a private massage in the villa. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to truly unplug from the busy day to day or finish a book, or just relax in the beautiful surroundings.

Stefano and Cristina's apartment is beautiful, cozy and clean, plus it is very close to the hospital and the airport. What we were looking for! Very convenient check-in thanks to the easy and convenient access process. We followed Stefano's advice and his "shortcut" has shortened the distances even more. Stefano was always "present". The times we asked for help, he did his best and more. Thank you Stefano and thank you Cristina, I will come to visit beautiful Pisa again. This time I won't waste time searching, I already know where to go!

Incredible experience! Filippo’s place was as described! All the amenities present and spot clean. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend to everyone!

Although short, we had a great time at Francesca's place. The accommodation is clean and everything is thought out for a comfortable stay. We feel that Francesca loves to receive and does everything to make us feel well. The little touches are not lacking: we even had small chocolates because it was the WE of Easter. Kids loved it. Francesca is very responsive. The accommodation is very well located, close to Pisa and the sea, and allows you to shine among the most beautiful villages in Tuscany. Everything was perfect and thank you again for hosting us!

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

We had a great time in Barga! The accommodation is very centrally located in Barga with many great restaurants nearby, that was great! Eleonora was always easy to reach and very helpful. The apartment is stylish and beautifully furnished. Glad to come back :)

Charming apartment in the historic center of San Gimignano, excellent level of cleanliness. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. I stayed for two nights and had a great time. The hosts, Federico and Helga, are fantastic and very friendly people. Excellent advice on how to get around the area and on restaurants with typical Tuscan cuisine and places with views of the hills ideal for aperitifs at sunset. I would definitely go back!

Michele’s place is everything you need for a pleasant stay, close enough to the center of the city, the train station and the airport! Would recommend 👍

We stayed here for 10 days with 4 people and we had a fantastic time here. It was like we ended up in a movie. With all our questions, we were able to contact the reception and were well helped. If possible, definitely join the wine tour on Friday, which was very fun and educational. We really recommend Poggio al Casone even if you have to make a stop in between.

We had a great time in Francesco's apartment. A perfect place to discover the many sights. The property is very clean and cozy. Typical Tuscan style in the middle of the village with very nice locals. The pool was perfect! Francesco was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended! Thank you :-)

We had a couple of fantastic days up in the mountains on Cima alla Serra. We sat every night on the terrace and enjoyed the view and the tranquility, and during the day you could relax by the pool, which was fantastic. Giovanna and the staff on site were very helpful and we are so happy about our stay. Although it is relatively close to Pisa, you should have a car, which we were recommended. We hope to have the opportunity to come back again! Thank you for a couple of nice days :)

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few meters over the dune and you'll find a wonderful beach. There are beautiful stand bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with many details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Nevertheless, Sharon was there for us at 11 pm. That was great.

We enjoyed so much the time at alessandros place! It’s beautiful and they where so kind to us. We can recommend it 100%!

Just go ahead and book! You won’t regret it! We had a great time! Susie and Paolo were so lovely! Our daughter loved petting Luglio. The location is great. You can spend the whole time there secluded and surrounded by the forrest and enjoying the fresh pool or also do day trips. We even went the beach. The flat is just like the pictures! Definitely a recommendation! An authentic AirBnB-Experience! :)

Both Barbara and Andrea were very welcoming and forthcoming when we encountered a hitch in our travel plans. They are unusually friendly, and accommodating hosts. The house is a great base for exploring the surrounding area and is tastefully decorated. Highly recommended!
