Absolutely beautiful home and setting!

This was our 2nd stay and it was even better the 2nd time. Pool is amazing, lots to do in the basement. Our grandkids enjoyed the watch tower, the pool, and all of the fun things to do in the basement. Lots of variety for the different ages. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed grilling out. You never have to leave the house as it has everything you need. We chose to go into town for dinner at The Roof and it was great food with great view of the mountains. We look forward to returning next year!

We spent a much anticipated week at R House for a multi-generational family trip including a baby and toddler and had a truly wonderful stay! The home was exactly as pictured, spacious, comfortable, and a great layout for our group. The beds were cozy and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The decks were a highlight, peaceful, roomy, and perfect for relaxing and listening to the river below. We even spotted a few bears outside the house, which added to the adventure. Grace and Gabe were super responsive and quick to assist with anything we needed. The only downside was the drive through the development is a bit long and winding, but manageable. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Too short but a wonderful weekend stay in the Ellijay area! The beautiful and spacious home is about 15 mins to down Ellijay and nearby to many activities. It had everything we needed and I especially appreciated the provided hand soap in the bathrooms. The home has fun amenities like cornhole and retro acrade games (Pac Man was a hit!) We all enjoyed the hot tub and ability to have private spaces as desired. The Coosawattee River Resort roads- thankfully paved and easy to navigate - are winding and very hilly. We traversed the area to find the rec center and enjoyed a simple mini-golf course and pickleball. We enjoyed the Tumbling Waters Trail nearby at Carter's Lake and loved our dinner at Ellijay Wood Fired Pizza.

The Roman Retreat was beyond beautiful and so so comfy and cozy! Katie was very responsive and thought of so many details and "extras" to make you feel at home. The porch was beautiful and so enjoyable to hang out on. We didn't have any children with us, but it we did, there is so much for kiddos to do! The inside was beautiful and had everything you could've needed and even extras if you forgot something. We had a wonderful long weekend and would recommend to everyone!

Lovely home and surroundings. Plenty of room for two couples and private areas to get away from each other. Rained a lot, and we were able to sit and enjoy under two porches if wind changed. Rested & relaxed from roar of water below. Deer everywhere and spring was springing! Would go again.

This place was magical. We came to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! There was so much thought put into it from the heated bathroom floors to the layout. Everything you need for a dreamy, romantic getaway is already here. If I could give it 100 stars I would. We cannot wait to visit again!

Great cabin! We really enjoyed our stay, the steam shower was a huge hit! The property was relaxing and cozy! We fished a bit and caught a few small fish, the kids had a blast! We enjoyed the fire pit located right near the creek! The cabin was well stocked with anything you could possibly need. I highly recommend this location!

Chris was a delightful host. Kind, responsive and helpful! The home was super clean and well appointed. We so enjoyed the amazing views and the hot tub and our grand children loved playing “corn bag” as they called it. There are some steep stairs to the basement recreation area but they have taken great care to have handles where needed and reminders to watch your step. I appreciated all the instruction qr codes and little printed framed signs to help guests. We look forward to returning.

My husband and I weren't on a vacation, we were having our wood floors installed and needed a home away from home. This was also our first experience with an Airbnb and we were thrilled to not have to stay in a hotel for 8 days. Unfortunately we got sick just before our arrival and spent most of our time recovering so I was very grateful to have a kitchen where I made some homemade chicken soup and few other meals to get us back to health. We don't dine out very often so it made life much easier to have a kitchen available. The cabin was tastefully decorated, clean, and felt very safe and homey. The location was great. I did reach out to Cheryl for with a few questions and she responded in a timely fashion. I would visit again for sure.

Cabin was located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The views were beautiful and the hammock became a favorite spot! It was a great space to bring our pups with lots of accommodations for them as well. The host are friendly and responsive. We are already trying to decide when to return.

Mark's place was such a wonderful experience. We loved being surrounded by nature and spotting deer. The space was very clean, modern, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The drive to the Airbnb involved many hills and tight turns, but the more we drove it the more we got used to navigating through it. The hosts were great at communicating and responding to questions. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I loved staying at the Cozy Boho Cabin! It was exactly as shown, with every amenity and thoughtful touch. The games, record player and record selection, charging pads on the bedside tables…everything was great. The location is 10 minutes from Ellijay’s downtown and about 15 minutes from the rec center, with a big workout room, indoor pool, tennis courts and arcade, which my 10-year-old nephew loved. We had such a great time there. It was a perfect weekend getaway to the mountains!

Holy crap! We LOVED this little cabin. It was exactly what we needed for our vacation. Samantha and Joe are rockstars when it comes to communication and recommendations. And I cannot recommend their cabin enough. The little creek crossing might be tough for a really low sports car, but I’d say most regular cars could get across very easily. It is so lovely and secluded! The porches are wonderful, the forest canopy was gorgeous, and it might have inspired us to move to the mountains. No joke. You won’t be disappointed!

Charli’s Place is absolutely perfect! It was clean, decorated well, very comfortable and had the most unbelievable views of the mountains! My husband and I stayed with another couple. The bedrooms were separated and both had private bathrooms. There were plenty of extra blankets that were super soft!

Cozy Cottage is exactly what the name says. The home left us wanting nothing because Ellen ensured that we had everything we needed such as linens, kitchen equipment, etc. I was pleasantly surprised to see that she had stocked the home with paper products (paper towels and toilet paper) as well. These small details made us feel like a valued house guest/friend instead of a renter. As for the location, it was great. We attended a wedding at Barnsley Resort and were able to walk there since the home is across the road from the resort. If we ever have to go to something at Barnsley again, I will definitely choose this home.

We absolutely loved our stay in this secluded location! The peace and quiet were exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The home was well-equipped, with fireplaces and outdoor decks. Every floor had a view of the surrounding nature. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a truly tranquil escape.

This was the cleanest, most well-thought-out Airbnb that I have ever stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice. The attention to detail was impressive. Everything was so clean, and you immediately felt at home. The host was so sweet and responded very quickly to questions about the area and nearby restaurants. I was so impressed with this place that I reached out to a friend who booked for a later date while I was there, and the host reached out to thank me. We are already planning our trip back to this beautiful cabin.

Beautiful place! Pam was a great host. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location, close to hiking and other amenities in Big Canoe. Pretty lake and forest views.

I had a work trip to the Atlanta area and my wife and I decided to turn this trip into a little getaway. Ashlee’s description of the rental is exactly what you will get. The area is quiet. We loved the outdoor shower! We will definitely be back in the future!

The property was exactly as described and shown in pictures, even better in person! Super clean and comfortable, the AC units kept our cabin nice and cool, tons of great amenities. Self check in was easy and the owner's were very responsive. The second day unfortunately due to severe weather conditions which affected the entire Ellijay area's power grid the electric had gone out around the late afternoon but thankfully a different power source had kept the Wifi active for another 2-3 hours to allow for communication via our devices and since we brought headlamps and battery powered lanterns it wasn't too much of an issue, not to mention the cabin itself retained much of the cool temperatures so it was still very pleasant to sit, watch the rain and mountains with the front storm windows. The power returned around 2am the next morning allowing plenty of time to comfortably rest and wash up, check out was as easy as checking in, Would book again!

This was my second time in 7 months staying in their gorgeous home!! As usual, their home was peaceful, stunningly gorgeous and perfect for a weekend getaway!! We will definitely be back!!
