This place was perfect for our first time in Barbados! The bed was very comfy, best shower I’ve had in an Airbnb, very welcoming and a great location with lots to do in the area.

Chloe’s place was truly something special. The view couldn’t be better—right on the water! The upstairs features a large opening to the beach that makes you feel like you’re living outdoors. It does get warm during the day, but with the fans and side windows open, you can create a pleasant airflow. The spacious bedroom downstairs was comfortable and includes a cooling system that keeps things cool at night. The mattress could use an update—it’s quite soft and you can feel the springs a bit—but we still slept well. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the utensils you might need if you plan to cook. I would definitely recommend Chloe’s place if you’re looking to enjoy island life away from the main tourist areas, while still being close to attractions and having direct access to the water!

As a Barbadian born visitor returning with my partner for a family event. We needed a place to afford us privacy but yet located in the perfect location to get to most places on the island. Michelle’s place was just what we needed. The apartment was as described and lived up to expectations in a peaceful neighbourhood with very welcoming locals. As soon as we arrived, Michelle was online to welcome us and to make sure we had access to the property. Her advice prior to our arrival provided excellent navigational instructions including suggesting various car rental options. We found Michelle to be an extermely flexible host who clearly takes pride in the apartment and in the comfort of her guests. We will have no hesitation in returning to this apartment in the future and would highly reccomend this residence to any of my many friends who plan to visit Barbados. Thanks Michelle’s. Immediately upon arrival Anderson was very helpful by helping with bags and setting us up for the stay. The apartment was spotless, welcoming, resourceful and comfortable. Anything I needed Anderson had it done in a blink of an eye. Will be returning soon - especially back to this apartment. 😊

A clean, comfortable home in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing stay in Barbados. Our three young children loved the green space -and the pools! Well-equipped and nicely maintained, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. Ideal for a peaceful getaway.

We spent 5 nights at Talking Trees and absolutely loved it! Although we had a car, we could definitely see ourselves coming back and just relaxing here completely. Angelique’s thorough handbook was very helpful. We’d just add that the Eastside Kitchen at Andromeda Gardens is amazing & we ate there twice! We found plenty of provisions at the small grocery store and fruit-veg stands. You could also stop at a Massy supermarket before coming east if you wanted to buy more than the basics. There’s one a few km from the airport. If you want to get away from the resorts and busyness of the west coast of the island, we’d highly recommend Talking Trees!

Excellent place and host. No complaints whatsoever, everything was as described and easy to check in, beach is just across the street, Perfectly situated just across the street from the beach, making it incredibly convenient to head over with nothing more than a beach towel (which, by the way, is provided for you). I would highly recommend it, you will never be disappointed. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with brand-new appliances. I will definitely be returning and will highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

We spent 2 weeks at Beau Beau Reef, had a fantastic time and couldn't recommend it more. Rosalind greeted us when we arrived and took time to show us around the apartment and gave us a brief chat about the local area and where to find supplies. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for cooking at home. Fresh towels, beach towels and bed sheets available. Fantastic air conditioning, the best view from our balcony and an almost private beach at the bottom of the steps. Rosalind is a great source of information and told us how to catch the buses, how much things would cost and how long it would take to get there. She recommended several places to get the best food. Sonia's Variety, Gina's and Papa Earls all make amazing home cooked food that you can order in the morning and pick up later. Lots of fish, chicken, rice and peas! Great value and delicious. Rosalind was the absolute perfect host, kind and friendly and gave us mangoes from her tree.
