Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Carolina

Best place I’ve ever stayed at. The jacuzzi was amazing & how the air bnb looked was even better. This made my Puerto Rico trip 10x better

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. What really stood out was how kind and accommodating the host was. My flight landed earlier than expected, and when I texted to see if early check-in was possible, the host responded quickly and was kind enough to let me check in early. It made such a difference after a long flight and was truly appreciated. Overall, a great experience I would definitely stay here again!

It was so peaceful and quiet you hear the nature around you and it’s beautiful! I thought it would be hot due to no ac and I was scared about that part but we were actually freezing we had to turn it actually turn it off. There were games and the house is so modern and picture worthy definitely. There was also a whole binder full of things to do and places to go we had so much fun we did not want to leave I definitely recommend this place!!

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

Staying with Joel was a pleasure. The location was perfect, very accommodating and provided great local tips. The house was fabulous for our group. Big and clean. From the spotless rooms to the thoughtful touches, everything was perfect. Joel was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended. We’d love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was great—very welcoming and responsive. The property is in a quiet and peaceful area with a beautiful view that made every morning feel like a retreat. We especially loved the pool—it was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. There’s also a rivers nearby, which added a special touch to the whole experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway!

Great location and walkable to anything in Old San Juan. The apartment was clean and AC and fans were prefect for the warm weather. The roof was an awesome place to hang - wish we could have stayed longer. Just be warned this property is a 3 floor walk-up, wasn’t a problem for us but didn’t realize it in the dedication. It can also be a bit loud at night/early morning but I think you’d get that anywhere in OSJ

We love staying in the Loiza area because of its proximity to the beaches as well as Piñones’ local restaurants and Carolina’s shopping malls. Host was very responsive and welcomed us with open arms even though we arrived in the early morning light. Apartment was as described-air conditioning in every room but the cross ventilation in the living room was great that we barely used that unit. The place was clean and fully stocked.

I was very satisfied with my selection of this Airbnb. Camila was very proactive with answering questions and also sent a helpful list of popular restaurant choices throughout the island. I didn’t utilize them but thank you for the four complementary beach towels. I didn’t utilize the kitchen or living room but it was nice to see all of the essentials you may need. The beds were super comfortable. Didn’t utilize them but thank you for the complementary makeup wipes, shampoo and conditioner. Thanks for the extra trash bags and toilet paper. The instructions to get inside the two security gates and door were simple. The two flights of outdoor stairs were a bit steep so be careful carrying your luggage up and down.

Loved everything about this place. So much so that it was hard to leave the room. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I stayed here with my family for one night, and it was exactly like the pictures   very clean and comfortable. We wanted to explore La Placita on our last night in San Juan, and this place was perfectly located, close to everything. Diana was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It’s a great spot for families, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we return next month!

Wow! This place was unbelievable and even better than we expected. I loved it so much! You can see the ocean from the balcony and it's such a beautiful view. We went golfing at Bahia and it was pretty close. This was an amazing experience. Jose was super nice and Miguel picked us up from the airport at midnight and he took us to Old San Juan. His driving skills were very impressive. We drove a scooter while we were there and it was fun but I do recommend a car. This was the perfect place to stay and it was so relaxing. Plus, there is a mini jungle on the property. You can walk around the yard and pick fruits if you want. This place also has constant hot water in the shower. We really enjoyed everything about it! The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It’s surrounded by nature, it’s absolutely gorgeous, it felt like home, it has everything and more. Loved the sound of nature at night. I loved everything about this Airbnb.

Eunice was a wonderful host and very accommodating with moving up the check-in time for our party. Couldn’t have stayed at a better place.

I highly recommend this stay if you are looking to be surrounded by the sound and feel of nature! It is private and in perfect location to all the main attractions and beaches! Amazing food nearby and a very friendly community! The host was very responsive and helpful, they made us feel very welcomed. The property is exactly as described but I promise it will still take your breath away! We loved the view and the pool! We Spent many hours swinging in the hammock! A hidden gem! This rustic cottage in the middle of the countryside but at the same time close to everything was the perfect escape. Surrounded by nature and incredible peace. My stay in this cabin was wonderful! I hope to be back soon!

Eunice's home was the perfect, relaxing basecamp for our time in Puerto Rico. 35 minutes to San Juan, 30 minutes to Piñones & Luquillo, 45 to El Yunque. The last 10 minutes of the drive are up a countryside, we recommend reserving at least a small SUV; our Hyundai Elantra was not a fan of some of the bumps/getting in the driveway. However, the space and amenities 100% make that drive worth it. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the small, indoor kitchen was just enough. Not to mention we had an intense pickleball tournament and game of horse on the courts on the property! Absolutely recommend!

What a gem! We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. We had to adjust travel plans and booked this last minute. The home was ready (early!) and Eunice was very helpful. The place is charming, relaxing and the has most beautiful views. Only about 25 min from San Juan with some tricky mountain roads at times, but absolutely worth the drive! Eunice was an excellent host with great communication. We loved our experience & hope to return soon.

I had a fantastic stay at Marilyn's Airbnb in Gurabo, Puerto Rico! The views from the property are absolutely breathtaking, and the ambiance is serene and welcoming. Marilyn and her husband Johnny were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. I can't wait to come back and visit again!

5/5 – Absolutely Amazing Stay! This villa was perfect!! Everything we could have asked for in a tropical getaway! The space was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host’s communication was excellent, making the entire process seamless. A couple of small notes: The humidity inside could be noticeable on some days, but that’s to be expected in paradise. Also, the villa is connected to another, so you can hear some noise from the other side. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but there were a few moments when our kids woke up due to other guests—though I’m sure they heard my toddler running around too! The villa offers a true el campo experience, which was exactly what we were looking for! Plenty of insects and animals around, but that’s just part of the charm. The neighbors were all friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Uber does come out here, but it takes a while, so renting a car is a must if you want to explore the island.
