Beach house holiday rentals in Carolina

This was a beautiful home in a walkable location with good parking. Be prepared for the busy streets, but there is little traffic. Also, this location is in the middle of everything; it’s not far from the beach, club, or restaurant.

Just a perfect Airbnb, super safe, bigger than how it looks in the picture, and it was just perfect!

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

Location was perfect. We loved the outdoor patio area. Several places were walkable which was very convenient. We had an issue with the lights (remote control would turn everyone's light on/off ) but Hector called immediately to help. The house was super clean. Only problem we had was the neighbors were so loud at night it sounded like they were in our apartment. Would def stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The property was exceptional—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very kid-friendly. One of the highlights was the thoughtful inclusion of beach essentials like coolers, chairs, beach toys, and balls, which made it so easy to enjoy beautiful beach days. The manager was also incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. You can tell a lot of care goes into this place. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. This is a very happening place with tons of local bars and restaurants, so as the listing said, expect some night noise (we brought ear plugs, and slept like babies). We had a lot of good food in the area. The house itself is spacious and clean, the sweet cat who visits the yard is a very friendly girl who won't say no to some meat if you have leftovers!

This is the best spot on the island and Bertha is the best host. We always feel so welcome and the location could not be better: literally on the water, you can walk miles of beach from the house (at low tide). You can walk to the kioskos, and you are close to El Yunque and OSJ. All your cares melt away when you are laying on the hammock listening to the waves.

Had a wonderful stay! Looks exactly like the pictures and had everything you could need. We had no issues during our stay and Gigi & Ted were very proactive checking in with us. They were able to accommodate an earlier check in time as well. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a great place to spend a weekend with the family inn.. the pool is perfect for the little ones. All the amenities int eh house and the area places just makes the experience better. I recommend this property for your next Puerto Rico vacation.

Our recent stay in Puerto Rico was nothing short of amazing! We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb, and it exceeded all our expectations. The house was exactly as listed—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The highlight of our trip was the stunning pool area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host went above and beyond, providing all the essentials we needed to fully enjoy the pool. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions we had. The location was also fantastic, close to local attractions and beautiful beaches. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Puerto Rico. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Francheska’s. Plenty of space for my group (we each had our own room) and we loved having the pool. We appreciated that this property is within walking distance of the beach (I recommend Numero Uno Beach Club!) and a grocery store; it was also a quick Uber ride to Old San Juan. Francheska was quick to respond and ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit.

Jose was an amazing host. Very accommodating, allowed early check in and late check out. The house is as described and looks like the pictures (the exterior of the house is now green). My family had an amazing time and we would recommend the Lake House Villa. The pool was great! A/C works great. I would highly recommend putting on some bug spray when outside in the gazebo. We asked for some fishing poles and within 2 hours they were at the house getting them out for us. Everything really was amazing. We did not really spend to much time in the surrounding area, visited the local bakery and that was okay. It was a great experience for my family 😊

Our li'l fam very much enjoyed our stay at Jonathan and Monica's cozy and relaxing place because it was exactly what we were looking for. Instead of being cooped up in a small hotel room with a possible pool many floors away, everything we needed was right there. Rainforest hikes, beautiful beaches, local restaurants, city sightseeing, and more all short drives away, but we were perfectly happy hanging at their place without too busy of an agenda. This would be a great place not just for a family, but a group of friends as well. We highly recommend staying here as it was a big factor for such a fun, relaxing vacation.

We’d stay here again. For the location and having our own pool, it was a decent price. It was nice having 3 bedrooms and an extra room in case we wanted to put our baby in there in the pack and play that was at the property. We brought an extra crib mattress sheet which came in handy since we didn’t know how clean the pack and play was. Overall the house needs a little TLC in the interior and a good cleaning of the sectional couch. It seems like it just needs a good wiping down with a wet cloth. There were ants at the bottom of the couch but after I wiped them up they didn’t come back. Looks like someone before us spilled something and didn’t quite clean it all up. Be careful of leaving opened bags or containers of food in the kitchen. You’ll see a ton of little ants the next day. Utensils in the kitchen also need a good cleaning but that’s minor stuff. AC worked great in the rooms and we felt very safe. Xavier was responsive.

This stay blew my expectations. I especially appreciated the hospitality in the small details met (which were not at all required). From beach towels to seasonings to out door tanning/sunscreen/bug spray and even the bar accessories. The house is beautiful and spacious. The location is incredible as well. Truly a 10/10

Property was just as listed. Host was responsive and proactive. Close to airport and in the middle of many activities. It was well maintained and clean. Experienced no issues but if I would have I am confident the host would have taken care of it right away! I would definitely book with Marina again.

What a great find! We loved the convenience and cozy atmosphere at Sarah and Colton's place. It's perfect for just one night or an extended stay. Easy parking just outside and walking distance to several eateries.

My husband and I love this places. Everything was perfect, Zaid is a friendly host and the apartment ws so beautiful.

We loved our stay at Luis Alberto and Jaime’s place! It was clean and just the right size for our honeymoon. The location was great. Calle Luiza has so many places to eat, and it was very walkable. We were able to walk to neighboring areas, but there is so much to do right around the apartment. I would recommend Coffeetera for morning coffee and Cueva Del Mar for the best seafood we had in Puerto Rico- both a five minute walk from the apartment. We loved it and would stay here again!

This is a great combination of a great place to stay and awesome host. Marcos’ place is amazing and exceptionally designed. The whole place is an experience! Then, you combine that with a personable host, always going above and beyond to make your stay even better. He’s knowledgeable of the coolest spots to enjoy your days a a local, not as a tourist so you get to experience the area in the most organic way possible. This place is walking distance to the most amazing places to eat in the area. It’s also steps away from the beach and, when in doubt, just ask Marcos. He’s ALWAYS helpful and willing to make your stay beyond amazing. ¡Gracias, Marcos por todo!
