Beachfront holiday rentals in Carmona Beach

The villa was perfect for our family and very close from cleaner beaches in Goa. It was spacious and super clean. Check in check out on time and the host was very friendly. He helped us to get grocery and any other need we have. Highlight of the trip was swimming pool. Kids had blast in the pool

We had a lovely stay at the Villa. The other reviews say it all! Our pet dog had a lovely time at the villa and at the beach too. The road from the villa has now been extended till the beach so you can drive till the beach if you want to. Otherwise it is a quick 5 minute walk to a non-crowded rather unknown part of Cavellosium beach. Only locals know the place ! Lourio and his wife were super helpful and Ranjit was always available for any help we needed ( we had a 'taxi not showing up' emergency and Ranjit saved the day!). The villa was just perfect for our extended stay in south Goa, the fenced garden a big plus for those with pets.

I stayed at Comfort Quarters for 5 days.. it's a great place to stay.. beautiful surroundings, quite private but easily accessible highway too. The place has all amenities that are mentioned. cool place, I recommend it.

good apartment just few minutes away from the beach

Best place to stay in North Goa. Location-wise and view-wise, a great apartment. Hope we will again plan a family booking for the same home.

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

Neat and comfortable home with easy accessible to beach and other shops. The instructions were very clear and Mr Rohit gave the contact numbers for rent a vehicle which was very helpful. Kitchen is having kettle pop up toaster fridge and Microwave with essential utensils. We can stay here with homely feeling. Had a nice stay. I recommend this home for a family of four who want to enjoy a peaceful stay without any disturbance. Thank you Mr Rohit and airbnb.

We had an amazing and a very great stay at this property. The check in was seemless and Vaibhav was very proactive and always available whenever we needed any info / help. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities listed in the website. The perk of the property was that it was very close to the beach ( approx 300 mts ) and we had a fantastic time there . The beach is very pristine and serene with some good shacks and lovely food available. Overall it was an amazing experience and we enjoyed our vacation thoroughly ! Would love to go back again .

We had a truly pleasant stay at this place! Check-in was absolutely smooth - everything in the house was shown and clearly explained, thanks to Mr. Lochan! Plus he gave a helpful scooter tour around for shops and other, and assisted in arranging my own rent a bike. The communication was excellent throughout, both before arrival and during the stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly and helpfully. The house itself was cozy, very neat and clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen, though compact, was perfectly equipped so it had all the essentials for daily. All appliances, including iron, tv, A/C etc worked just fine. The overall atmosphere inside this gated society was calm and safe. One of the best parts was how incredibly close the sea was, that exit gate literally opens onto the beach. It takes just 2–3 minutes to get there on foot. I’m also especially grateful to Mr. Brian for his kindness and support - even he helped me with ride to hospital once I was in need

Our stay at Serenity by the Sea was nothing short of extraordinary! The property is perfectly located right on the beach, with sea waves practically touching the boundary of the house—it felt like a slice of paradise. The house is immaculately tidy, and the luxurious interiors added to the charm, making this one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had in Goa. One of the standout features of this property is the stunning infinity pool. We spent countless hours enjoying it, and the experience of swimming while overlooking the sea was absolutely magical. A big thanks to Vibhanshu, the helpful staff member, who made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The deck of the house is another highlight. At night, the view is breathtaking—you can see the stars and the sea with crystal clarity while feeling the refreshing breeze. If you’re looking for the perfect combination of luxury, relaxation, and a prime beachside location, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

It’s a good place to sympathise very near to the beach just walkable distance and also have restaurants and cafe near by

Spacious house in beautiful location close to the beach. House is very clean, and caretaker is available for help and questions. Swimming pool well maintained and surrounded by nice garden, all really lovely. Recommended taxi driver George was a great help locally and so nice to chat with. Only downside was the mattresses, which are extremely hard and lumpy. They should urgently be replaced, l could only sleep by fashioning a mattress topper out of a spare quilt.

Meherangez is a wonderful host. She had shared all the relevant details well in advance ... how to get there, care takers details, who to contact for local transport, which are the nice places & restaurants to go to etc. We had a wonderful stay. Felt right at home. The house is well appointed, neat & clean. It has very peaceful surroundings which is exactly what me & my wife were looking for. We will surely recommend to our friends

It was an absolute please to stay at this villa. the size was perfect for us and very spacious. The housekeeper was lovely and helpful. The host was very accommodating and responsive. There is a bar/restaurant on site for quick and easy food. The grounds were kept clean and pleasant. There is also a shuttle buggy that can take you too and from the beach. The only downfall was the pool play loud music from 8am-8pm. It didn’t affect us because we placed our children into the back room away from the pool and we are also early risers but this could be an issue for others. Overall I found the stay great and would certainly book stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Vipin's place for my husband's birthday, and we will definitely come back again. It's a hidden gem, very quiet and beautiful place. Vipin is an amazing host, he was helpful every step of the way. And he even went a step further to offer us a birthday cake. The walk to the beach is very nice, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We had the best grilled fish we had so far in India, and overall experience was magical. I would definitely recommend Vipin's place over some beach rentals that are offered in the area as they might be loud and not very clean. Vipin puts so much love into his space, that it becomes truly magical for all his guests.

The place is right on Agonda Beach. Rooms are pretty clean, the household does a good job. The only difficulty I faced during my stay was the air conditioner. For some reason it wasn't able to cool down the cabin be it noon or the night. Though the staff attended to the problem but it couldn't be fixed since they said this is the best cooling that could happen. I checked into another place 10 steps away and the cabins were pretty chill even in the afternoon. The AC needs fixing at serenity. Other than that, great location, great restaurant right adjacent and lip smacking food. Abhir was super helpful at the restaurant and always served with a smile on face.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place near the beach! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the shore, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean every day. The house itself was spotless, very well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our kids especially loved it — they were so excited to be so close to the beach. A big thank you to our host Esha for being so welcoming and thoughtful. Everything was well-organized, and we truly felt at home. We'd definitely love to come back again!

Highly recommended!! All the amenities available were working perfectly fine and feel so much like home. Walkable distance from beach and easy check in with 24hr security. The only negative thing about the place is the pool. It’s not clean and not looked after. Overall, it’s a perfect home!!

very good place to stay. lovely atmosphere, good location nearby sea beach. Host Nicol is very helpful, cordial & proactive. Households are all good & in condition, only electric cooker gave some trouble - needs for servicing.
