Beachfront holiday rentals in Carmona Beach

The villa was perfect for our family and very close from cleaner beaches in Goa. It was spacious and super clean. Check in check out on time and the host was very friendly. He helped us to get grocery and any other need we have. Highlight of the trip was swimming pool. Kids had blast in the pool

We had a lovely stay at the Villa. The other reviews say it all! Our pet dog had a lovely time at the villa and at the beach too. The road from the villa has now been extended till the beach so you can drive till the beach if you want to. Otherwise it is a quick 5 minute walk to a non-crowded rather unknown part of Cavellosium beach. Only locals know the place ! Lourio and his wife were super helpful and Ranjit was always available for any help we needed ( we had a 'taxi not showing up' emergency and Ranjit saved the day!). The villa was just perfect for our extended stay in south Goa, the fenced garden a big plus for those with pets.

Best place to stay in North Goa. Location-wise and view-wise, a great apartment. Hope we will again plan a family booking for the same home.

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

Neat and comfortable home with easy accessible to beach and other shops. The instructions were very clear and Mr Rohit gave the contact numbers for rent a vehicle which was very helpful. Kitchen is having kettle pop up toaster fridge and Microwave with essential utensils. We can stay here with homely feeling. Had a nice stay. I recommend this home for a family of four who want to enjoy a peaceful stay without any disturbance. Thank you Mr Rohit and airbnb.

good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.

We had an amazing and a very great stay at this property. The check in was seemless and Vaibhav was very proactive and always available whenever we needed any info / help. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities listed in the website. The perk of the property was that it was very close to the beach ( approx 300 mts ) and we had a fantastic time there . The beach is very pristine and serene with some good shacks and lovely food available. Overall it was an amazing experience and we enjoyed our vacation thoroughly ! Would love to go back again .

It was beautiful and the perfect get away. The beach feels like it is fingertips away. The hosts assistant was also super helpful and respectful. Would definitely recommend.

She had shared all the relevant details well in advance ... how to get there, care takers details, who to contact for local transport, which are the nice places & restaurants to go to etc. We had a wonderful stay. Felt right at home. The house is well appointed, neat & clean. It has very peaceful surroundings which is exactly what me & my wife were looking for. We will surely recommend to our friends

What a well maintained villa as well as overall property. River view is lovely and calming while it is 3 mins walking to the beach. They have their own shopping complex with a great supermarket for everything required. Literally so much to do within close proximity. Inder (the caretaker) was super friendly and helpful, as was olinda (house help). Overall this property is worth it if you want to stay in the area.

Amazing place to stay near colva beach and had a great experience.

It was an absolute please to stay at this villa. the size was perfect for us and very spacious. The housekeeper was lovely and helpful. The host was very accommodating and responsive. There is a bar/restaurant on site for quick and easy food. The grounds were kept clean and pleasant. There is also a shuttle buggy that can take you too and from the beach. The only downfall was the pool play loud music from 8am-8pm. It didn’t affect us because we placed our children into the back room away from the pool and we are also early risers but this could be an issue for others. Overall I found the stay great and would certainly book stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Vipin's place for my husband's birthday, and we will definitely come back again. It's a hidden gem, very quiet and beautiful place. Vipin is an amazing host, he was helpful every step of the way. And he even went a step further to offer us a birthday cake. The walk to the beach is very nice, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We had the best grilled fish we had so far in India, and overall experience was magical. I would definitely recommend Vipin's place over some beach rentals that are offered in the area as they might be loud and not very clean. Vipin puts so much love into his space, that it becomes truly magical for all his guests.

The place is right on Agonda Beach. Rooms are pretty clean, the household does a good job. The only difficulty I faced during my stay was the air conditioner. For some reason it wasn't able to cool down the cabin be it noon or the night. Though the staff attended to the problem but it couldn't be fixed since they said this is the best cooling that could happen. I checked into another place 10 steps away and the cabins were pretty chill even in the afternoon. The AC needs fixing at serenity. Other than that, great location, great restaurant right adjacent and lip smacking food. Abhir was super helpful at the restaurant and always served with a smile on face.

Highly recommended!! All the amenities available were working perfectly fine and feel so much like home. Walkable distance from beach and easy check in with 24hr security. The only negative thing about the place is the pool. It’s not clean and not looked after. Overall, it’s a perfect home!!

Our experience surpassed our expectations. The apartment is well-furnished with quality fixtures, appliances and home furnishings. Loved the peace and quiet on the property. The location is truly pet-friendly with enough space to walk your dog. Our pet was extremely happy, and settled in immediately. Recommended for small families that want a peaceful getaway in clean, pristine condition. The giant Mario Miranda mural outside, adds a lovely touch to the property. The beach is not too far away, and we also discovered Robin's Ark, a pet-friendly restaurant, nearby. Vick is a gracious, proactive host, and has furnished the space with generosity and a great aesthetic sense.

Just returned from a months stay and what a lovely time I’ve had. The bungalow was perfect. Loved the peaceful surroundings with all the greenery surrounding me. A big plus is it’s a 5min stroll from the beach so nice to get away from the sand to clean paving slabs and marble floors. The 4 poster bed was a beauty…comfortable mattress and tidy and clean. Rams the caretaker on site, nice laid back guy who’s obliging and always keen to help. Have noticed from other reviewers moan ups about lack of toiletries and / or room not being cleaned. Ram offered on several occasions to clean my room and I declined- I valued the privacy and option you get with this. Guys Goa and the whole bungalow rental market is not hotels in Europe and alike, it’s a different gig. Instead your own home from home, but in 32 degree heat👌

This little flat is a lovely place of cool and clean amongst the dust of Goa. You have trees around the house and are likely to see monkeys playing in them. The flat is a moments walk to a number is small shops and lively places to eat. The beach is a 5 minute walk down a dusty track between large cool trees. The location is wonderful. The flat itself is well equipped. The 2 bathrooms are lovely with great showers. Plenty of hot water. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked for home cooking. There’s a big fridge freezer. A couple of minutes away is a local fruit and vegetable shop which sells produce at very reasonable prices. We went at the end of season and the beautiful beaches were virtually empty. We had some questions during our stay and Thibault was a sweetheart and gave advice really quickly. He went out of his way to make sure everything was good. There is a power back up for when the power drops as it does in India. I would highly recommend the flat. Thank you!
